We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The property was extremely clean, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with any questions or requests. We had a king bed with a very spacious room. The location is fantastic—very central and only about a 10-minute walk from both the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées. On rainy days, the hotel thoughtfully offered umbrellas, which was a lovely touch. We also enjoyed drinks at the bar, where we were treated to a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at this 5-star hotel at the beginning of January. The hotel is located near the Eiffel Tower and has recently changed its name to the current one, while the rooms and items still read "Juliana". The renovation is still in progress so that the new name is visible everywhere. The hotel has 2 different bars, downstairs and on the top floor. On the top floor there is also a small meal available in the evenings, which takes a long time to get even if you are the only guests. Our stay started well, the doorman came to meet our private transport at the door and carried our bags to the reception. We received glasses of champagne as a welcome toast and the receptionist came to show us our room. He said that the cleaners go through the minibar every day and fill it daily. This did not happen to us, but we had to get drinks and other things for our rooms from a local store. The rooms had welcome macarons (a small sweet cookie) and a nice box of sweets. The rooms were nice and stylish. On the first two nights, the evening staff came to bring a couple of glass bottles of room-temperature water and small candies and to tidy up the room for the evening, but on the last night this did not happen. In our second room there was a wilted orchid, it was only replaced upon request. Breakfast was served on the top floor on a glazed terrace, which was cool despite the individual heaters. The breakfast was small but tasty. There was barbed wire on the edge of the terrace to protect customers. As a development tip, part of the breakfast service could be moved from the elevator lobby to the terrace bar area. Coffee was only available from a vending machine and it tasted like water, no coffee. The first few mornings, the male water only brought croissants to the table upon request, but on last day of breakfast, the female staff automatically brought them to everyone, which was a nice surprise. At dinner time, the person working in the bar upstairs spoke and understood English poorly, when we ordered starters, main courses and desserts we only got starters. It would be good to have staff who also speak English fluently in a 5-star hotel. The lounge area connected to the bar on the first floor is a quiet and nice place to wait for the transfer, for example. When we were checking out of the hotel and the receptionists asked about our experience, we told them that we were otherwise satisfied, but the cleaning was lacking, no more toilet paper was brought, the minibar was not filled, the flower was only changed upon request, and after that they were rude and rude to us, for example when we returned to the hotel in the afternoon to wait for our transfer to the airport, we were only greeted partially. We had to carry our bags ourselves to our private transfer near the front doors and we were only greeted halfway. Overall, a good experience.

Fabulous hotel with the warmest of welcomes, from brilliant Reception staff (Dorienne, Omar and all their colleagues) to the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Our room was stylish and equipped with everything we needed, and the rooftop bar-restaurant with its views of the Eiffel Tower were a delight. Ours was a short trip so there wasn't time to explore the spa but I'll definitely be back.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in January 2026. The hotel and staff were cooperative and friendly. The room was an acceptable size for one or two people at most. The cleanliness and comfort were outstanding. I would like to thank Omar, Adel, and the rest of the staff for supporting and helping me spend two enjoyable and unforgettable nights.

From arrival, I was impressed. The combination of a welcoming lobby, a cozy atmosphere, and a tranquil room made my stay feel like a home away from home. Everything was spotless and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout.||||A special acknowledgment goes to the front desk and the whole team; their demeanor was exceptionally friendly, highly communicative, and profoundly helpful. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my experience and made my stay unforgettable. This will be my first choice for accommodation on my next visit to Paris.

This hotel is in a great area. Very convenient to public transportation, the Eiffel tower, seine river cruise, restaurants and shopping. |Our room was quiet, clean and the bed comfortable. The room was also very dark even with all of the lights on (there is no overhead light) and we were unable to leave our curtains open as our window faced another building (apartments I think). The bathroom was bright enough, but we hated the sink/counter. It is a double trough style sink with very little counter space. It looks cool, but not very practical when you're trying to use it. There is nowhere to place the hairdryer, etc. unless you put it in the drawer. There is very limited space to put things in the shower (if you don't want to put it on the floor). A shelf would be wonderful. You also need to climb into the separate tub to open the window for ventilation. Overall looks nice, but not functional.|The staff are friendly & helpful. We were given a free bottle of wine when we arrived, but no corkscrew. Housekeeping got the bartender to come to our room to open the wine. He was very friendly & nice about it, but would make more sense to put a corkscrew in the room if you are giving guests a bottle of wine. |We did not go to the included breakfast.|Overall a good stay with a few improvements that could be made to make it an excellent stay.

The staff at The One Alma were so kind and welcoming. We arrived quite early (about 10am) and expected to only be able to drop off our bags, but we were delighted to learn our room was ready for check-in! ||The room was clean, cosy and comfortable. We especially loved the Diptyque toiletries and turndown treats. Thank you for a wonderful stay, celebrating our anniversary.

The hotel is lovely and ideally located! It’s just a 10–15 minute walk from major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, and the Arc de Triomphe.||If you need any assistance with transportation or guidance on local attractions, Adel is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Doriane was also wonderful—she answered all of our questions, both about the hotel and the city in general.||I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a true Paris experience. The location is perfect, with everything just a short walk away.

Yelp
The staff and accommodations at the Juliana were exquisite. A warm and welcome place to come back to after long days of sightseeing.

Yelp
This hotel had great reviews. Hopefully, my experience is an outlier event. I arrived and was given a room that was suitable, however, the window was broken and they said it would take one to two days to fix. So, I was moved to another - albeit smaller room - which was nice. However, the lighting in the bathroom was broken. However, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay most lovely. I would definitely stay again!

Yelp
Absolutely LOVE this hotel! Perfect location, welcoming and attentive staff, beautiful hotel inside and out, comfortable room/bed (they have a "pillow menu" to choose your favorite kind of pillow), and the breakfast offered in the morning is delicious. If you want, you can schedule them to run you a bath at a certain time so your bath is hot and ready for ya after walking all around Paris. We came in really late one night and there was someone working the front desk, but I'm guessing they only have 1 or 2 overnight staff? He was always there when we came in late, and even made us a drink at the bar (near the front desk area). Felt very safe to me! Zero complaints for this amazing hotel. I will recommend it to anyone who travels to Paris.

Yelp
We absolutely loved our stay at the Juliana Hotel! The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location for walking to many of the sites in Paris. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nice! But the staff is what truly made this hotel amazing! When we arrived we were greeted so warmly! In the evening Terry was at the front desk making sure we had everything we needed making us feel as welcome as possible. The bar was fantastic and Nadyia was always happy to make any drink you desired. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone and we will return one day! Thank you everyone at the Juliana Hotel!

Yelp
I stayed for 5 nights at this hotel last week. I am baffled by its 5 star rating! Pros: the hotel is very new and clean, comfortable bed and an agreeable location. Cons: the terrace was not open at all during my stay, i inquired several times, and room service was not available despite both of these things being listed as amenities of the hotel. I asked the front desk for a bottle of champagne listed on the menu and they called back 30 mins later to say they didn't have it. They ran out of washcloths my second day.. on my third morning at the hotel, Saturday at 8am, the phone rang over twenty times- when I finally woke up & answered, it was someone asking me if I wanted coffee. There was no bartender to serve drinks at the bar, no staff at the desk after midnight on a Friday though the front doors opened automatically, which felt unsafe. It was a bizarre experience - when I checked out at 1230, there was no one around to assist with my luggage and I didn't even get an au revoir. I will not return.

Yelp
I stayed here for two nights back in April for my birthday. Since it's an overdue review, I'll have to admit I don't remember a lot of the fine details regarding my stay. So I'll write about what I do remember. The staff was very friendly from the moment we checked in -bringing our bags to our room, to the moment we checked out -thanking us for the stay and offering to call a cab. I remember I missed breakfast and they allowed me to gather some food from the breakfast area to bring up to my room. The hotel itself is clean, very beautiful, and in a great location. From the hotel we walked to the Eiffel Tower, surrounding restaurants, and if we weren't so tired probably could've walked to The Louvre as well. We never felt unsafe being out so late at night. Someone had mentioned in an earlier review that the front door opened automatically during the late hours but when we returned later in the evening it was actually the opposite; the staff had to let us in. A few teeny tiny cons. I unfortunately never had a chance to check out the rooftop terrace so I can't comment on that but I did use their gym which was a little too hot. Because the thermostat was like the one in our room I thought I'd be able to get some cool air in there but couldn't; cutting my workout short. Aside from that, there was the TV in our room. Obviously not a lot of options to watch in English but thankfully it's a smart TV and after a very long while we were able to cast some movies from our tablet onto the TV. Just a heads up you might be out of luck if you plan on casting from an Apple device, which we initially tried and failed. And finally, I did note that it was my birthday in the reservation and again while checking in. I'm not sure what I expected; a complimentary drink or dessert, a note card maybe. Still none of these small things were a deal breaker. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay. I've already recommended this hotel to a few people and would consider it again in the future.

Yelp
Easily one of the top hotels Ive ever stayed at! The hotel was very luxurious and the staff was very attentive. The hotel is just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower which makes it very easy to visit. I would definitely go back the next time I was in Paris. The price wasnt much higher than the other hotel we stayed at in paris our first time that was only a 3-star. Highly recommend this place.

Yelp
We stayed during the first week in August. The room was beautiful, the staff was so helpful and welcoming, breakfast each morning was delicious, and the location was absolutely perfect. It feels like a high-end hotel, but it is small, personal, and quiet. We will stay here every time we visit Paris in the future.

Yelp
I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and I can say this is an honest review of every aspect of the hotel. In general the staff was friendly and welcoming with the exception of one person. We came to our room one day to find the cover on the lock was removed. I let the front desk know it was missing and they sent a woman up with two other men and they barged in our room after we said to give us a minute since we weren't fully dressed. The lady accused us of taking the plastic cover and said it was impossible for it to go missing. I don't know what kind of value she thought it had or what the reason would be for us to take the cover! We left the room that night and when we came back the cover was hidden under some clothes on the desk.. very strange! The next morning we had their breakfast (which is the same every day) and I had the eggs. I ended up getting food poisoning off the eggs and it ruined a full day for us. When I called the front to let them know I got sick they were really casual about it and didn't seem sympathetic at all. A true four star hotel would've done better than that. This review would've been a two star review but because the actual room and bathroom itself and location was good, I added a star. I hope they make some changes based off this review!
