The location was perfect, close to some tourist sites and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Beautiful flowers along the street. Nice amenities, including gym and spa. The neighborhood was quiet and well lit. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were a bit disappointing for the price. The furnishings were fine, bed was comfortable, but there should have been more attention to detail in the bathroom and better lighting in the bedroom.

🌟 4 stars Juliana Hotel is a lovely, quiet spot in Paris. The price was a little high, but overall the experience was very good. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable, which made a big difference after long days exploring. The location is great — close to many restaurants, landmarks, and within easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. The area around the hotel is peaceful and safe, perfect for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a calm, elegant place to stay in Paris with a good location, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Highly recommend this hotel. Location, rooms, service, breakfast, everything was perfect. Staff were accommodating and very friendly. They gave recommendations for restaurants that were spot on. We will definitely stay there again next time.

This is not a five star hotel I’m not sure how they achieved that rating. Their amenities are minimal at best. The rooms are very small, we booked a junior suite and feel misled by the images. Don’t book a suite it’s only an extra chair in your room for over $100 more a night. Missing simple items like tissues, cotton pads, or qtips - things every 5 star hotel has. “City view” is just a view of the building across the street. The elevators are terrible and you will wait a long time. They don’t give you a number when they hold your bags but also can’t remember which bags belong to you so you must follow them down to basement to retrieve them. After telling them which bags were ours it took 10 minutes until he appeared with the bags 1 floor up. The staff seems confused always and very unorganized. The bed was hard with cheap linens. I suggest you spend half the price at another hotel and get the same experience. It’s a basic hotel with nothing luxurious to offer. I would never stay here again.

Exceptional service from all off the staff at this Hotel, We were consistently made to feel welcome and the staff could not do more to please you, a couple of staffing issues meant there was a lack of staff to run the roof top bar or make cocktails, if the hotel chain can sort these issues then things will be near perfect, I wont take anything away from an exceptional two day break; clean rooms with comfy beds, superb choice for breakfast and staff service that was above and beyond, Including great recommendations for our evening meal. I would not hesitate to stay again. Sorry to the staff for not remembering their names specifically as I said i would, you were all brilliant.

We travelled to Paris for the weekend and this hotel was recommended to me and we was not disappointed. It’s a small boutique hotel with which offers a real Personnal touch to it. |There was a group of 8 people who travelled and check in was very sooth and effortless and greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival . |The rooms were very clean and well equipped and what you would expect for a 5* hotel. |Bathrobes, branded toiletries and most importantly I excellent shower.|In any good hotel you need good staff and they certainly have that,| I want to mention 2 people in particular RUI & EMILY who were fantastic and nothing was too much effort. Emily even became a phone technician when I couldn’t work my data on my mobile phone and Rui arranged transport for me on my guests whever it was required.|The location of the hotel was excellent for sightseeing and some lovely bar’s & restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is charming, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and the staff is the best! The breakfast is unbelievable, and there is a feeling of security! The little bar invites new friends! Everyone guest we met was engaging! The staff made our dinner reservations, which did not disappoint. They also assisted us with every request, I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Paris,

The Hotel Juliana was superb for our 6-night stay. Small, 5-star gem on a quiet Left Bank street just one block from Pont L' Alma and the Seine. Well located for walking to most every museum, shopping, etc. Lovely terrace for breakfast buffet worth every cent. Great staff. Well styled and comfortably furnished rooms with excellent AC, bedding, bath. Of the numerous luxury Paris hotels I’ve known over many years, this is the best in terms of price to value. If we return to Paris, we'd stay there again.

Yelp
The staff and accommodations at the Juliana were exquisite. A warm and welcome place to come back to after long days of sightseeing.

Yelp
This hotel had great reviews. Hopefully, my experience is an outlier event. I arrived and was given a room that was suitable, however, the window was broken and they said it would take one to two days to fix. So, I was moved to another - albeit smaller room - which was nice. However, the lighting in the bathroom was broken. However, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay most lovely. I would definitely stay again!

Yelp
Absolutely LOVE this hotel! Perfect location, welcoming and attentive staff, beautiful hotel inside and out, comfortable room/bed (they have a "pillow menu" to choose your favorite kind of pillow), and the breakfast offered in the morning is delicious. If you want, you can schedule them to run you a bath at a certain time so your bath is hot and ready for ya after walking all around Paris. We came in really late one night and there was someone working the front desk, but I'm guessing they only have 1 or 2 overnight staff? He was always there when we came in late, and even made us a drink at the bar (near the front desk area). Felt very safe to me! Zero complaints for this amazing hotel. I will recommend it to anyone who travels to Paris.

Yelp
We absolutely loved our stay at the Juliana Hotel! The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location for walking to many of the sites in Paris. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nice! But the staff is what truly made this hotel amazing! When we arrived we were greeted so warmly! In the evening Terry was at the front desk making sure we had everything we needed making us feel as welcome as possible. The bar was fantastic and Nadyia was always happy to make any drink you desired. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone and we will return one day! Thank you everyone at the Juliana Hotel!

Yelp
I stayed for 5 nights at this hotel last week. I am baffled by its 5 star rating! Pros: the hotel is very new and clean, comfortable bed and an agreeable location. Cons: the terrace was not open at all during my stay, i inquired several times, and room service was not available despite both of these things being listed as amenities of the hotel. I asked the front desk for a bottle of champagne listed on the menu and they called back 30 mins later to say they didn't have it. They ran out of washcloths my second day.. on my third morning at the hotel, Saturday at 8am, the phone rang over twenty times- when I finally woke up & answered, it was someone asking me if I wanted coffee. There was no bartender to serve drinks at the bar, no staff at the desk after midnight on a Friday though the front doors opened automatically, which felt unsafe. It was a bizarre experience - when I checked out at 1230, there was no one around to assist with my luggage and I didn't even get an au revoir. I will not return.

Yelp
I stayed here for two nights back in April for my birthday. Since it's an overdue review, I'll have to admit I don't remember a lot of the fine details regarding my stay. So I'll write about what I do remember. The staff was very friendly from the moment we checked in -bringing our bags to our room, to the moment we checked out -thanking us for the stay and offering to call a cab. I remember I missed breakfast and they allowed me to gather some food from the breakfast area to bring up to my room. The hotel itself is clean, very beautiful, and in a great location. From the hotel we walked to the Eiffel Tower, surrounding restaurants, and if we weren't so tired probably could've walked to The Louvre as well. We never felt unsafe being out so late at night. Someone had mentioned in an earlier review that the front door opened automatically during the late hours but when we returned later in the evening it was actually the opposite; the staff had to let us in. A few teeny tiny cons. I unfortunately never had a chance to check out the rooftop terrace so I can't comment on that but I did use their gym which was a little too hot. Because the thermostat was like the one in our room I thought I'd be able to get some cool air in there but couldn't; cutting my workout short. Aside from that, there was the TV in our room. Obviously not a lot of options to watch in English but thankfully it's a smart TV and after a very long while we were able to cast some movies from our tablet onto the TV. Just a heads up you might be out of luck if you plan on casting from an Apple device, which we initially tried and failed. And finally, I did note that it was my birthday in the reservation and again while checking in. I'm not sure what I expected; a complimentary drink or dessert, a note card maybe. Still none of these small things were a deal breaker. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay. I've already recommended this hotel to a few people and would consider it again in the future.

Yelp
Easily one of the top hotels Ive ever stayed at! The hotel was very luxurious and the staff was very attentive. The hotel is just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower which makes it very easy to visit. I would definitely go back the next time I was in Paris. The price wasnt much higher than the other hotel we stayed at in paris our first time that was only a 3-star. Highly recommend this place.

Yelp
We stayed during the first week in August. The room was beautiful, the staff was so helpful and welcoming, breakfast each morning was delicious, and the location was absolutely perfect. It feels like a high-end hotel, but it is small, personal, and quiet. We will stay here every time we visit Paris in the future.

Yelp
I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and I can say this is an honest review of every aspect of the hotel. In general the staff was friendly and welcoming with the exception of one person. We came to our room one day to find the cover on the lock was removed. I let the front desk know it was missing and they sent a woman up with two other men and they barged in our room after we said to give us a minute since we weren't fully dressed. The lady accused us of taking the plastic cover and said it was impossible for it to go missing. I don't know what kind of value she thought it had or what the reason would be for us to take the cover! We left the room that night and when we came back the cover was hidden under some clothes on the desk.. very strange! The next morning we had their breakfast (which is the same every day) and I had the eggs. I ended up getting food poisoning off the eggs and it ruined a full day for us. When I called the front to let them know I got sick they were really casual about it and didn't seem sympathetic at all. A true four star hotel would've done better than that. This review would've been a two star review but because the actual room and bathroom itself and location was good, I added a star. I hope they make some changes based off this review!
