Omg! There’s no words for the work that Juliana & her team do! She will turn your event into a fairy tale going above & beyond ones expectations. She did the decorations for my daughters Quinceañera, Sweet 15 and the guest and I were blown away with her. She arrived early and ready and left us all in aww. Juliana is THE BEST decorator in NJ!! over 400$ was charged for 50 chairs and 5 tables, along with 10 tablecloths. The chairs were white resin folding chairs and some were stained green, others were scratched, and 3 of them had rust in them. As for the tables, do they even clean them?? they handed it over to us tattered and stained, and they were wobbly. Some also had scratches on them. As for the tablecloths, they were also stained and some had holes in them. They gave it to us around 2pm and it was too late to cancel and find something better. At first they charged us 200$ for the deposit and after the party an additional 200$ for ‘delivery’ Literally never buy from here. There are so many better options than this. This is ridiculous and I genuinely want a refund for such a crappy service.

My family had loved renting from Juliana’s for all events until she became really nasty & rude. She is very unprofessional and if things are not her way, she becomes demanding & vicious. We last rented tables and chairs last year and to drop them off, it was a goose chase. They wanted us to drop them off at a location where they were going to have another party and then demanded we return them to her store. We got there a few minutes passed closing and she was angry about us being late. She also refused to lay a finger on helping us unload the tables and chairs. Definitely do NOT recommend. She is quick to want her money, but refuses to provide great customer service and professionalism.

Terrible service. If you have common sense do not come to this place. Julianna is a very rude person to deal with and she decline to return the money under false circumstances. She pretends to be the nicest person when selling and getting what she wants but in the end are just lies.

Loved the way they decorated my party I was so satisfied with it , I will recommend it to my family, friends this place is the best .

Juliana and her team were absolutely amazing!!!! Juliana did my daughter in law's baby shower in Aug. 2023. My daughter in law and all my guests were blown away. She is an experienced professional in the party planning business and her attention to detail and the client's request is spot on! The baby shower was absolute beautiful!!! Thank you Juliana!

Honestly, I have never seen events planned with such professionalism. I have been to different events and social gatherings yet nothing beats Julianas Bridal. It is a one stop shop. Big or small they will accommodate your needs or wants. All of my events have been decorated and catered by Juliana's and I have yet to hear a complaint. My guests are amazed how she can turn a backyard into a castle, a hall into a dream come true event. I cannot put enough emphasis on how great this place is.

I gave this place a chance twice and each time they proved to be a scamming, lying business. You can go in store for a quote one day and come back another day when you're ready to pay and they'll give you a complete different price 100 plus dollars different! Also, keep in mind that these changes in price aren't due to normal business reasons such as last minute bookings or a shortage of inventory. They straight out lie as if they never gave you that price before. You would think a business of this category would want to make your special days (wedding, baby shower, etc) smoother but they only add stress to the process. My advice is to avoid coming to this store all together if you don't want to get scammed out of your money as there are other bridal shops in the area that have consistent prices and aren't out to take your money. Also the price for delivery is absolutely ridiculous (no matter how close your venue is). In my last visit I received a price of $250 for my order and I came in the next week to buy (still one month ahead of the event) and they tried to charge me $346! Glad to say I took my business elsewhere.
