The rooms are consistently maintained with 24/7 access to AC and hot water. The surroundings are peaceful, making it an ideal spot for relaxation after a swim, although the pool, while tidy, may not be pristine due to shared use. It's perfect for a morning to noon swim. The location is great for beach lovers, just a 15-20 minute walk away, with plenty of nearby dining options. Overall, the service was excellent, with friendly staff and fair prices. I highly recommend it for those seeking a tranquil atmosphere.

Service was not so good. Room was okay. Good location to Anjuna and Vagator. That's the only attraction.

Fabulous place to stay with family. As of February 2021 the pool is working. A little bit of cleanliness would add an overall value to the hotel. Although that doesn't mean it's unclean. It's just some trash lying here and there.. Rooms are spacious and good(and clean). Food service is fast as Flash the Sloth from Zootopia! Taste of food is good. Staff is courteous. A family place to stay for sure!

They have super clean rooms, the pool is not very clean but the oustide area is good. The location is superb. The property is very peaceful. The staff is super friendly and super helpful. Always ready to help even at 4 in the morning.

Stayed here on a group tour. Was delighted there was a pool until we saw it! The breakfast service was a complete joke! In the end we all gave up. |The room however was very nice, spacious with a working shower (bonus in India 😂) and mosquito nets. Beds and towels were clean. |Good location away from the very noisy main road. Vagator is just one long strip full of traffic and the beach isn’t great (lots of hassle as there were few tourists around).

Its a nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and good. They provide AC, Refrigerator, TV.. you can ask the staff to clean your room at any time....they are very cooperative and helps you finding places, restaurants, bikes and even the directions to travel. you can take bike/car for rent , that can be arranged by the staff...the main gate is open round the clock so that you can happily enter at any time.there is no restaurant inside this place but a 2min walk will give you lot of options.||it is located very close to the Vagator Beach.If you go to the road both the Small & Big Vagator beaches are 10 min walk. there is a shortcut to Big Vagator from the cottages, it takes less than 10 min walk...If you are planning a family holiday ur kids will have some place to run and play.||||we were 2 couples and a kid.... we enjoyed well playing with my nephew .Do try a visit... Nice place!

Its very good place to stay when comared with its tariff, Its cheap when compared with all other similler hotels. I have visited with friends also with family to this hotel. both times its wonderfull experiance.||Its near to beach, in North goa near to Vagator, Baga, Anjuna. separate cottages, AC non AC options are available.||sometimes u may see crawing creepies like frog in bathroom but its fun when in Goa. ||||good clean rooms what u expect for that rate. Only point it doent have restaurant service but many options available just besides road.||||Hotel is bit isolated from main road yet u can say road touch. fantastic experiance with friends for budget trip.

It was oky for 1 or 2 days.. Just because fort is nearby n beach also..|We didn't get Mosquito net.... Property was also oky.. Need to maintain..like bedding n hanging spot... For cloths....|Blanket was very old rough.. Wall cabinet broken n bad odour.. There's no TV n fridge..
