Love the food! Is so yummy and the wine by the glass is excellent at such fantastic price! Restroom is not very clean hope they can improve on this. Overall we love it! Very busy place so be ready to be patient as the service gets slow but waiter is pleasant and kind.

Very friendly staff and also helpful. Everyone was very nice to us . The food although a little bit pricey was phenomenal and fresh. Local beer is tasty . The portions were big and the waiter was funny and bubbly. I recommend making a reservation before going .

The Food is not bad. But when I ask to available seat, one clerk denied my visiting. So I asked one more time again, the clerk pointed to reserved table, so I asked again whether I can sit that rable. The clerk told me the closest table to the entrance door. So I requested the table what I want to sit. Different clerk gave me a services,which was not bad.

I went to the Julija restaurant despite not checking the reviews first, which I usually do. We got a table inside. I have no complaints about the quality of the food; however, there was a very long wait between the first and second courses. I even had to ask the waiter where our food was, and this was not during a busy time. The dishes are also more expensive than in other restaurants and seem overpriced for what they are. The service was good at first, but at the end, after I paid and didn't leave a tip, the waiter rudely threw my copy of the receipt on the table. This left a very bad impression. I don't know if management reads these reviews, but the waiter, who spoke excellent English, should be retrained on how to behave professionally. He basically ruined the evening.

Quick dinner. Staff were quick and friendly. Gave me enough time in between meals which was appreciated. Food was okay, tomato soup was definitely great! Fish was lacking, the veggies were underwhelming. Serving was on the smaller side compare to what I have observed. And for the price and portion, not worth it for me. Location was amazing as it was near the water but not in a busy area.

The food was ok, not great, but reasonably good. The setting is just in the middle of the street, views are non existent. A bit pricey for what it was. Good wine list. My confit duck was delicious. Service was friendly.

A quiet dinner with delicious food. We had beef carpaccio for appetizer, scallops with lemon crème, goulash and for dessert some kind of apple pie- European style-with vanilla ice cream Very tasty and quality food

Fantastic restaurant in a lovely atmosphere with excellent service. Thrilled we made a reservation in person for the following evening / our last night in Ljubljana. This is a busy restaurant. Within 10 minutes of being seated inside, all surrounding tables had turned over and seated with new diners. We dined on a Sunday. We loved our cozy corner location. I do not find dining outside to be all that - unless you do not like whom you are dining with or are looking for entertainment. We were warmly greeted and soon laughing with Greg, our knowledgeable and hardworking Server. Our food was amazing with flavor and presentation. For a starter, we were excited to try the Homemade pasta Istrian style with porcini mushrooms and asparagus. We both ordered lamb for our entree. Then finished with an apple strudel and vanilla ice cream. Thank you for a memorable dining experience!
