Nice. What’s the crowd like?Wealthy families from all over the world. The good stuff: Tell us about your room.In keeping with the overall theme of the resort, all of the 294 rooms and suites are inspired by Persian palace living, with carved wood furnishings, latticework, and tasseled draperies. Rooms have furnished balconies that either overlook the resort’s many waterways or the Arabian Sea. We’re craving some deep, restorative sleep. They got us?Plump pillows and plush down comforters. How about the little things, like mini bar, or shower goodies. Any of that find its way into your suitcase?Minibar offerings are generic with mind-boggling prices. Please tell us the bathroom won’t let us down.Toiletries here are a real treat, made by Oman-based Amouage. Bathrooms are marble and expansive, with separate soaking tubs, his-and-hers robes, and slippers. Maybe the most important topic of all: Wi-Fi. 5 STARS for EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE After exchanging several emails with the hotel's reservations team, I was looking forward to staying in my coveted room with a Burj view. However, on the day of departure, Dubai International Airport was closed due to an unforeseen regional situation, and my flight was canceled. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach Dubai or stay at the hotel. I had already paid the significant hotel fee by credit card and was concerned about receiving a refund in such an emergency. I sent an email requesting a cancellation and refund. In this kind of crisis, it is easy to imagine guests panicking and hotel staff being overwhelmed by a high volume of inquiries. I believe everyone at the hotel, putting the prestige of a luxury hotel on the line, responded incredibly quickly to ensure customer satisfaction. I was so impressed by this swift response that I vowed to myself: when I finally visit Dubai, I will definitely stay at Jumeirah Al Qasr! While service during normal times is important, I believe a hotel's true worth is measured by how it responds in an emergency. Although satisfaction ratings are typically given by those who have stayed at a property, I am giving this hotel five stars even though I haven't stayed there yet. (I have never written a review before because I didn't want my name to appear online, but I felt I must share this experience.) -- TIMELINE OF THE RAPID RESPONSE: [March 1] Sent an email requesting a full refund. Within minutes, received an automatic confirmation. [March 2] Received a personal email from the reservation team confirming the free cancellation. [Summary] The full refund was already reflected in my credit card statement as processed on March 1st. This level of efficiency is truly incredible.

I truly recommend this place and hope others get the chance to enjoy their stay here too. 🏨 Atmosphere: Jumeirah Al Qasr was honestly such a beautiful experience. The room had such a luxurious but cozy vibe, with really pretty 3rab-style decor and amazing Burj Al-Arab views. It was super relaxing and high-end, yet wasn’t too formal, casual abaya is acceptable dress-wear or loose covered dress, that’s what I wore during my stay. 🛎️ Service: The service was amazing too. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and always made sure everything was taken care of. They were quick with requests and just overall supportive and made the stay feel smooth and welcoming. Staff were very lovely and sweet.

For the third time, we stayed at Jumeirah Al Qasr from December 15th to 19th to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. This stay not only met every expectation but, thanks to the exceptional Palace Lounge team, became one of the most memorable experiences of our lives.||||From check-in to check-out, we felt we were in a home filled with warmth. The lounge team—William, Cathy, Anne, Anita, Vera, Kristine, Arantza, Flaminia, and Nicolas—made every moment special with their outstanding attention and personalized service.||||They celebrated our anniversary with surprises that came straight from the heart: delicious desserts that catered to my husband's particular sweet tooth, accompanied by a heartfelt congratulatory card filled with love and care. These small but profoundly meaningful gestures reflect this hotel's exceptional culture of service.||||We would like to extend a special thank you to Arantza, who even extended her working hours to be present for our joyful moment. This level of dedication and passion is truly admirable. I attended the Candle Light Concert and from the moment I arrived, the entire experience was absolutely magical. The ambiance, the organization, and the overall atmosphere were beautifully curated and truly unforgettable. On my way back, I had a wonderful interaction with the transport manager who was extremely professional and welcoming. He recommended visiting Al Fayrooz Lounge at Jumeirah Al Qasr, and it was the perfect suggestion. The setting was elegant, the food was delightful, and the peaceful surroundings made it such a relaxing and memorable end to my evening. I went alone, but I genuinely had the best time. It felt empowering and refreshing to enjoy such a beautiful experience by myself. Jumeirah also has several other stunning lounges and dining spots that promise equally great experiences, and I am definitely looking forward to visiting them as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking to treat themselves to a special and classy evening!

We just had an afternoon high tea at The Ballons at the Palace at Jumeriah Al Qasr. Our wait staff was Agustina and she was absolutely amazing! She was attentive with great service with a smile! She is such a great asset to the Jumeriah group. We will be back to the hotel just because of her service and want to applaud her again. Well done! It was a wonderful high tea experience visiting from Singapore, and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at Jumeirah Al Qasr was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and impeccably organised, allowing us to relax and enjoy every second. What really made the experience special was the service. The staff genuinely couldn’t do enough for us — always warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. It felt as though nothing was too much trouble, and their thoughtful touches made us feel truly looked after. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, adding to the sense of calm and luxury throughout our stay. We had such a great time and left feeling refreshed and thoroughly spoiled. They really do go above and beyond, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I have been there for The Balloons 🎈Amazing experience where its super unique. Very well organized and great selection of food. They edited the menu for us as we have allergies. Foods tasted delicious and service is super great. I would like to thanks Rohim for making the day special as I was celebrating my birthday and they got me cake which I didn't expect 🥰 weather was soo great and we took so many pictures. We stayed here for two days and it was overall a lovely experience. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the hotel has a ton of amenities and fun things to do, and the staff/room service are very friendly. There’s a ton of restaurants in the hotel area which are all easily accessible via the complementary boat rides (if I’m not mistaken they’re called “abra” but I’m not sure). The palm island is also within driving distance of the hotel so visits to the view and Atlantis are pretty convenient :) The hotel atmosphere is very nice - it’s lively but not too rowdy so you could feel a sort of immersion. Not to mention how nice the staff are! Really welcoming and respectful, and helped us out with anything we needed. Overall a more than solid experience. Would stay again!!
