We had an exceptional experience at the poolside thanks to the incredible staff. Sifat, Kabir, Jowel and Adilet were not only attentive but genuinely went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their service was outstanding—always available, friendly, and proactive without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to come across staff who are “just too good” at what they do, but that’s exactly how I’d describe them. They made my time at the poolside feel effortless and enjoyable. A true credit to the hotel! ||The staff at this hotel were absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made sure everything was perfect. At breakfast, they were especially attentive—constantly checking in to see if we needed anything, bringing us whatever we asked for, and often anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their friendliness and care made such a difference and really set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We felt well looked after every step of the way. This hotel is ALWAYS recommended.

We had the most incredible stay. The Customer Service in every area of the hotel is exceptional. From the minute you arrive at the hotel you are greeted with warmth. The food and drink within the hotel is incredible. There is not 1 negative thing I could say. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, modern and equipped for all of your needs. I can’t wait to return!

Absolutely Incredible – Perfect Stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel Dubai! ||Our stay at Jumeirah Beach was nothing short of exceptional. As a solo traveller (meeting my friend out there) with a 2-year-old, I felt completely safe, relaxed, and truly spoiled from the moment we arrived.|The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting us warmly and going out of their way to make us feel special. Every evening, they had warm milk delivered to our room for my toddler – such a thoughtful, helpful touch. They even gifted her a teddy and toys on arrival, which absolutely made her day (and mine!).|Johanny at breakfast was a standout – she was so warm, attentive, and fantastic with my daughter, always making mornings a joy and it was an absolute pleasure having some fantastic conversations with her. And Ahad at the bar was just as wonderful – he was so friendly, professional, and always made us feel right at home. Again, fantastic with my 2 year old daughter and he totally went above and beyond. The house keeping staff - also unbelievable. Our room was kept utterly immaculate for the whole trip. |The service here truly went above and beyond. The staff are the best I’ve ever encountered, and I can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable. We will absolutely be returning next year if not sooner. Thank you again for making our trip the best ever. Could not recommend them enough.

i have been almost a regular guest at jumairah beach hotel for the past 12 years, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing. from the moment i arrive, the staff make me feel welcome and valued. the rooms are always spotless, spacious, and offer stunning views that make every stay relaxing. the dining options are exceptional, with a variety of delicious cuisines that never disappoint. the beach access is perfect, and the overall atmosphere is calm, luxurious, and refreshing. after all these years, i can confidently say this is one of the best hotels to enjoy comfort, excellent service, and unforgettable experiences

Thank you so much to Abdul Kadir and Rifat from Housekeeping. Everyday they came twice a day, and they would always leave surprises everyday. Whether it be a Elemis eye gel or a sleep spray, or cute little animal design on our bed. They made our experience very enjoyable. One day I had left my glasses out and when I went up they had put a glasses duster with it, they are very proactive! Thank you. |Also big thank you to Hasan and Madan again from housekeeping who were also very helpful.||In general this was a very pleasant stay, from the bell boys to the receptionist to concierge to the golf buggy boys to the pool boys. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in

We have been to this hotel on 3 occasions and sad to see it has gone downhill over the years. We received an email 2 days before we flew out saying that the kids pool and kids club were closed for maintenance (this is the reason we choose this hotel and wouldn’t have booked it if we had known earlier). We were told that we could use wild wadi which had a kids area instead however there’s a height restriction to use the facilities at wild wadi water park which our son did not meet and was too young. This meant we had to go around the main pool which isn’t suitable for a toddler. Our son had many accidents around this pool including cutting his toes on the sharp tiles in the pool and falling on the floor which is really rough and cut all his knees. The sun beds are also filthy! We used the pop up tent which they replaced for kids club but I would not leave your kids there! The majority of staff are not bothered about the kids and we saw many children being left by the staff and the security was very slack!! The gate is always left open for children to wonder out too! The rooms are always kept very clean however the beds are sunken and pillows smell of sweat. This used to be a lovely hotel but unfortunately has gone downhill and needs a refresh. There was also building work going on around the main pool and we had to listen to drilling all day long which was annoying. Staff are friendly and the buffet food is nice.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. The views were breathtaking, the atmosphere was luxurious yet relaxing, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed. The food was absolutely delicious, with so much variety and quality in every meal. We especially loved the buggy rides and the boat trips around the resort — such a unique and memorable way to explore! Everything about our stay was beyond amazing, and we can’t wait to come back.

We’ve just returned from another incredible 17-night stay at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and as always, it truly felt like coming home. After 18 years of returning, this hotel never disappoints us.||A very special thank you to the Club Lounge team, who continue to look after us with such warmth and attention to detail, you always make our time here so comfortable. The Club Reception team were equally fantastic, assisting us with absolutely everything and making Dubai life feel effortless.||Finally, we can’t say enough about Jogee, Faysal, and the entire Executive Pool team. Year after year, they make our stay so special and unforgettable. Their service, kindness, and consistency are a big part of why we return time and time again.||JBH will always be our second home, and we can’t wait to see you all again soon.
