An outstanding hotel experience. Excellent service, including valet parking, superb facilities, a spacious and modern room, and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast was rich and high quality, with great attention to detail throughout. Prime location with easy access to major attractions. Thumping club music EVERY NIGHT UNTIL 3AM. Every. Single. Night. Until 3AM. When checking in, I told them I didn’t care about the view, the size of the room, or anything else except the quiet. I specifically asked them for the quietest room they had and they assured me “yes, of course!” Guess what? They lied. What they should have said is “we’d like to give you a quiet room, but nearby DIFC blasts music so loud it can be heard on the 37th floor so if you want quiet, you might want to consider a different hotel.” 37th floor, with 22db NRR earplugs. Heard from several other guests with the same experience. They couldn’t sleep until past 3AM, either. Sure, the location is great. But with that level of noise, I’d rather be elsewhere. Be honest, guys. If there’s going to be club music every night, don’t promise quiet. If you can’t provide quiet rooms, SAY SO.

First time visit to Dubai and staying in Jumeirah Emirates Towers was even more memorable. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly and helped us with all the information and needs. The rooms are maintained very well and clean. Buffet breakfast was awesome with many cuisines. Location is easily accessible to metro if you want to beat the city traffic. Private entrance to museum and separate tickets for in-house guests always available.

We stayed in Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel during our travel from New Zealand in the last week of September. It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were perfectly clean, and had all the facilities. The view from my room was incredible. We could top portion of Burj Khalifa from the room. The night view was incredibly beautiful. Even the view of future museum from the hotel was memorable. The meals were exceptionally tasty. We enjoyed breakfast from Mundo, Dinner from Alara and room service. The pool was also perfectly clean and NOT crowded. We didn't even know this level of luxury and comfort existed before checking in. The stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers was one of the best experiences of our Dubai trip.

We stayed in the Executive Suite at Jumeirah Emirates Towers multiple times and had an excellent experience. The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained with stunning views of Dubai. The service was exceptional—very professional, attentive, and quick. The executive lounge access made the stay even more comfortable with great breakfast and evening snacks. Truly a perfect hotel for both business and leisure. Highly recommended!

During my stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers I was truly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff was always attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I’d like to give a special mention to hael a Saudi intern, who truly went above and beyond. He had an incredible eye for detail and anticipated our needs without us even asking. For example when my mom mentioned in passing by that it was prayer time and we need to pray, hael promptly brought us prayer mats because he heard her when he was passing by us Additionally when I returned to the hotel feeling unwell, hael noticed my discomfort and immediately checked in calling my room to see if I needed any medication like panadol or something . The rooms themselves were spotless, and I felt completely secure leaving my valuables behind like cash watches even jewelry. Nothing went missing which speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to safety. Though I didn’t try the dining options, the view was absolutely stunning. Overall my experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend Jumeirah Emirates Towers for anyone seeking top notch hospitality. Thank you guys I appreciate your efforts

Superb experience from check in untill checkout. Amazing friendly and professional staff at check-in and everywhere. Had an amazing experience during my stay as usual in my preferred suite at the 46th floor with such breathtaking views.. Sunset and Museum of the Future views. The food at the Daifi lobby was so tasty... The room service is perfect. Such a relaxing and luxurious stay...
