I had a wonderful experience! The location is convenient, the workers are very friendly and nice and the breakfast is fantastic! Specially the egg area! The chef recognized me and made me an unbelievable delicious sunny-side egg (over easy)! The coffee is also good! Anyway, I had a wonderful time

I visited Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel for breakfast at the main lobby, and it was a truly delightful experience. The atmosphere was elegant and calm, and the service was warm and attentive throughout. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious — I even told my team how impressed I was. A perfect spot for a relaxing and classy morning. Highly recommended!

Everything about this hotel was amazing, we had the most wonderful time, our first visit to Dubai and we were so glad to spent 4 nights here. We arrived in the early hours and received such a friendly and professional welcome with a cup of tea arranged for us in the lounge while we waited for our room. We were upgraded to a suite which was a really lovely touch. Our suite on 46th floor was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We dined in the hotel for breakfast, had evening meals at Mi Ame, The Agency and Mundo, all food and service was exceptional as was the delightful afternoon tea we enjoyed in the Daefi Lounge. Staff were extremely helpful and professional.|Thank you for making our first trip to Dubai so memorable .

I stayed here while’s on a business trip and it was a convenient location and very comfortable. The room service food was fresh and good value. The gym was spacious and had good facilities. Service by the staff was fantastic. I would be happy to return next time I’m in the region.

Absolutely delightful stay .. the family room suite has a stunning view and beautifully done up decor. But the favourite part is the corner nook. Cosy place with breathtaking view to watch the sun set and as Dubai lights come alive.

This was our third time staying at the Emirates Towers Hotel and we had another wonderful stay. Upon arrival we were told that we had received an upgrade to another room, which made our stay even more memorable. We also informed the hotel staff in advance that we were expecting a baby and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating from the reception staff (special thanks to Peggy) to the breakfast staff (special thanks to Maria) to all the lifeguards by the pool. They all made sure that we feel comfortable and looked out for us. We are looking forward to staying at this hotel during our next visit to Dubai.

The hotel also features a small shopping mall, which was a great convenience. We booked a package that included access to the beach at The Palm, which was a fantastic perk! The front desk made getting the tickets effortless, and the beach was a perfect escape. Additionally, the airport lounge access was a wonderful touch, providing a relaxing and comfortable experience for both arrival and departure.
