Great Service & Lovely Experience – Some Room Issues The hotel has an impressive lobby and top-notch service. They did a beautiful job decorating the room for my niece’s birthday — very thoughtful! The breakfast was delicious, healthy, and had great variety. However, the room was a bit too warm and the lighting was dim and yellow, which made it hard to get ready. Also, no full-length mirror. Still, a lovely stay overall!

Emirates Towers is one of my favorite hotels in the UAE – in fact, I consider it the best. However, I’d like to highlight two points that I believe need improvement: 1. Lobby Music Quality: It’s surprising that a luxury hotel like Emirates Towers plays such low-quality background music in the lobby. It sounds like a short music loop that repeats endlessly. Honestly, it feels out of place for a hotel of this caliber. Does the hotel not have the budget to curate a more refined and pleasant musical ambiance? It’s hard to understand how this was approved in the first place. 2. Furniture Usability: While the furniture in the lobby is undeniably high-end and luxurious, it’s also incredibly heavy and difficult to move. As a guest, trying to adjust a seat for comfort shouldn't require staff assistance. Luxury should be elegant and functional—not just impressive to look at. Overall, I feel the hotel hasn’t prioritized the customer experience in these areas. Whether it’s selecting background music or choosing premium furniture, the guest’s comfort and overall experience should always come first. A truly luxurious hotel is one that balances beauty with thoughtful functionality.

From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like royalty. The service cannot be faulted. Everyone we came into contact with was so friendly, helpful, courteous and kind. A special thank you to Sujata and Marja from the club executive lounge. What exceptional service from these 2 wonderful ladies. Absolutely recommend staying here for business or pleasure and the executive suite is incredible! Thank you all for making our stay exceptional. No improvement is possible .. this is PERFECTION 👌. The beds are so comfortable, pillows so fluffy and view incredible, food delicious, service flawless and I would love to stay here again. 20/10 as I have never stayed anywhere so amazing in the world.

I had a wonderful experience! The location is convenient, the workers are very friendly and nice and the breakfast is fantastic! Specially the egg area! The chef recognized me and made me an unbelievable delicious sunny-side egg (over easy)! The coffee is also good! Anyway, I had a wonderful time

I would highly recommend this place to stay and don't miss out on the breakfast option! Very accessible to the Museum of the future, accessible to the train system which will take you to the malls and staff are amazingly friendly and kind. Easy to get a taxi outside.

I visited Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel for breakfast at the main lobby, and it was a truly delightful experience. The atmosphere was elegant and calm, and the service was warm and attentive throughout. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious — I even told my team how impressed I was. A perfect spot for a relaxing and classy morning. Highly recommended!

The hotel is really nice and modern with rooms done to a good spec.||However, the best thing about the hotel is the friendly, attentive and really helpful staff. I was unfortunately unwell on this trip and throughout this time the staff attended to me to make sure I was comfortable and looked after.||First of all, the paramedic Neela who not only gave me the medical care but made sure the duty manager knew I wasn’t well and arranged for some light food, specially prepared, which I could eat. She checked up on me everyday… a very nice touch.||Then the duty manager Judish and the F&B manager Mariana, made sure the chef could prepare some light, basic meals for me whilst I was unwell. This really helped with my recovery as I wasn’t otherwise able to eat much. ||The room service attendant Dheeraj, who was always very polite and attended to me a few times whilst bringing me my food. He also offered me some chamomile tea and biscuits and brought along a get well soon card from the whole team. ||When you’re in a different country, travelling for work by yourself, it is these touches that really go a long way in making you feel comfortable. So a personal thanks from me to all the hotel staff. I will definitely be staying at the Hotel on my next visit!
