Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah

We had a wonderful stay at Jabal Omar Makkah. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Bahrul Seikh from the housekeeping team for his excellent service. He provided everything we needed promptly and ensured our room was perfectly clean not a single spot of dust, even in the corners. The room offered a stunning direct view of Masjidil Haram, and it took us only about four minutes to reach the mosque. Overall, we were very satisfied with the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality provided. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah.

Location:||The hotel is beautiful and well-situated within the Jabal Omar complex, but it’s a little farther from the Haram than expected. The walk is manageable, though it involves elevators and some distance through the mall area. Still, it’s organized and safe.||||Atmosphere:||Elegant and peaceful. The lobby and public areas feel luxurious, with a calm ambiance that makes it easy to unwind after prayers.||||Rooms:||Spacious, clean, and modern. The beds are very comfortable, and many rooms offer partial or full Haram views. The design feels premium and thoughtfully laid out.||||Value:||Slightly expensive, but fair for the level of comfort, service, and overall experience. The breakfast buffet and amenities definitely add value.||||Cleanliness:||Impeccable. Housekeeping was consistent, and all areas — rooms, hallways, and common spaces — were spotless.||||Noise Level:||Very quiet and peaceful. Great soundproofing allows for proper rest, even during busy Umrah periods.||||Service:||Excellent. The staff are attentive, friendly, and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and every request was handled efficiently.||||Amenities:||The hotel offers a rich breakfast, clean prayer areas, and modern facilities. Elevators can get busy around prayer times, but overall service remains organized.

I am currently staying in this hotel. This is the 1st time I am trying Jumeriah Jabal Omer in Makkah. I must say this is great clean 5 star hotel with easy access to haram. Rooms are fresh and clean with all new amenities. Our room service was mostly done my Mizan ur Rahman (Sheery) who was really helpful and quick in completing the cleaning and tidy up the room. One of the main feature is the daily breakfast. All the items have authentic tastes specially the "Payee" . If you love Payee you must try them with the freshly baked bread from the live oven ! I will be definitely coming back again to the same hotel InShAllah on my next umrah trip

I had an exceptional experience in Jabal Omar Jumeirah Makkah with the In-Room Dining department during my stay 😍The service was prompt, professional, and delivered with genuine warmth and care. Every detail—from the food presentation to the timing—was handled flawlessly🙏🏻❤️ A special mention to Mr. Mohamed Aadhil, who provided truly outstanding service. His professionalism, attention to detail, and courteous approach made the experience memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, reflecting a true passion for guest satisfaction🫶🏻😻 I would also like to appreciate the In-Room Dining Manager, whose strong leadership and commitment to excellence are clearly reflected through his team’s performance. The entire department operates with great coordination and dedication, making every guest feel valued and well cared for. It was truly a world-class experience that deserves the highest praise

This hotel was honestly exceptional. I loved how newly renovated it is and the decorations of the hotel added such a lovely touch to the stay. The customer service was absolutely top notch, I’d like to personally thank Muhanaad Al sharif for accommodating my smooth and hasless checking-in and their overall professionalism. This was my second time coming to the jumierah jabal Omar and I am looking forward to the third inshallah. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for your first umrah trip as I pleasantly enjoyed and will be booking again.

My stay at the hotel was excellent! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the service everywhere was great. I’d like to especially mention the gym – it was clean, well-organized, and well-equipped. The attendant Tanvir was extremely kind, always smiling, and very helpful — he really made a difference in my stay. Highly recommended! 👌

We had a very pleasant stay at Jumeirah. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were spotless, thanks to the room service team who were extremely attentive. We did have an issue with a leak, but the maintenance team responded immediately. Faris personally ensured that all our needs were taken care of, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast offered a huge variety, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. On check-out, our lasting impression was of Abdullah Baz, who made the process very smooth and was exceptionally kind. I only have good things to say about Jumeirah Jabal Omar. The staff and our overall experience were brilliant. Thank you all.

Being a Jumeirah one member for years and always stay at these hotels when I can find one. I have previously stayed in a few other hotels around the haram, they all have positives.|We stayed at the west tower room. It is nice to a lot more women working at checkin. No one at checkin tells you where the breakfast room is or how to get to this. The service in Makkah is generally slouchy. The lady at check in was good and friendly. We had 2 rooms booked but we did not get our 2nd room till 5.30 pm (after calling and chasing for this like 10 times, calls made then eventually went to lobby to see what issue is ) which as a loyalty and for Jumeirah hotels was not acceptable, we got a couple fruits to make up for it which is not acceptable for such a delay. So I have to mark them down for this (still being very generous) . The reason they gave us was that there was already people in the room, but checkout is very in the mornings? so at another customers expense you kept another one happy ?| The hotel is actually not as short walk (due to crowds and closed areas)compared to Hilton suites, Conrad or clock tower fairmont, hotel as it is like at the end and closer to ibrahim khalil road. They have done some good development around the area and more new shops and hotels have opened up which is good. |house keeping staff were professional and did a good job. After day of being in the haram; it was nice that we came back to a nice fresh clean room. |Room: was a good size the beds were good size too, we got twin beds, one room had sofa the other one did not. Bathroom was an ok size, too. Amenities were in the room, but the tooth brush was a bad quality. |entrance and lobby is not as grand as a typical Jumeirah but it is well maintained and clean overall.|Concierge and everyone by the front door is also very nice and helpful, they take care of you a lot. |Breakfast: nice seating area but sometimes tables were bit dirty. It was nice that they ask your drink order and come back promptly. It is a big spread. But most of the food is cold😏, the pan jacked, French toast, was all cold, the sweet potatoes, parata and slider burger with chicken tikka was cold, it ruins the taste, and if kept under the heating, how does it go cold so quickly ?? The parthas who makes them they were nothing like a paratha I have ever seen, like a popadom..even freezer ones don’t taste like this. I was disappointed with a lot of the food. The bakery section was not as good quality, I say this as this is a Jumeirah hotel and the quality of the croissants, muffins was hard rock and not much choice. The juices, fruit and letter were good. They have more Far Eastern Asian dishes. big spread but not much you can enjoy. Karak tea was great!|Ladies pray room is good size, but you only see some of the courtyard. Compared to some other hotels.|I feel like sometimes hotels do take advantage of the customers performing umrah, like they don’t have to be as nice or polite as they won’t get angry customers, but it makes it look worse on them. You pay a lot for such hotels and apart from stay with us again you don’t get many other words.|I ended up going to the bateel cafe, as the coffee was nicer there.
