Jumeirah Mallorca

We had an amazing stay at the Jumeirah Mallorca for our 25th wedding anniversary. The property is stunning! Peaceful with Amazing views but in a tranquil setting just a 10 minute stroll to the port. The rooms are huge, quiet, and have everything you might need. We had a sea view room, and had a fabulous view. The breakfast buffet is one of the most complete and delicious I have ever seen, even including Cava. Dining at the Sunset Lounge was a highlight with the amazing views and delicious food. And the spa was also amazing with over the top amenities and services. Finally, the service at the hotel was top notch. Everyone was kind, helpful, and very attentive.

Jumeirah became a quiet and relaxing respite after a two-week group tour in Northern Spain. We had hoped to tour the island, but an unfortunate “flu” bug hit us three days apart, so we had a forced “resort” vacation. We couldn’t have been at a nicer spot. The ocean and mountain views are gorgeous and we enjoyed the sunny days on the pool deck away from other quests. There is an outdoor and indoor restaurant that served an extraordinary buffet breakfast that also offered made to order breakfast items. The staff was extremely helpful and the shuttle driver into town was especially kind in running us to the local pharmacy on two occasions. We did feel well enough one afternoon to check out Port de Soller. Be advised that parking in the town is quite challenging so you are well off taking the hotel’s complementary shuttle! Overall, this is a luxury resort that is spotlessly cared for with staff who are welcoming and hospitable. The location is set up into a mountain on a winding road looking down on the sea, so if you are looking for a beach location, this may not suit you. One other note: if you have mobility concerns, advise the hotel staff and inquire about accessibility to all facilities. We don’t need special assistance so did’t take note. Again, the hotel is situated and built on a mountain!

Just checked out after an amazing weekend at Jumeirah Mallorca, and wow, everything about this place blew me away.||From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service was truly top-notch. The location is spectacular: perched on a cliff above Port de Sóller, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains.||We were unexpectedly upgraded to the Mar Blau Villa, and this was really an upgrade. The villa was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and had breathtaking views from the balcony. Waking up there each morning was unforgettable.||The pools had plenty of space, never crowded, so relaxing by the water felt effortless. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was of very high quality, delicious, varied, and beautifully presented.||If you’re looking for luxury, serenity, and unforgettable views, this hotel is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

High quality experience all around. Jaw dropping views and impressive level of attentiveness to guest’s needs. Highly recommend to anyone who may be considering staying. We stayed for our honeymoon and they upgraded our room to a junior suite courtesy of booking via AMEX and they also provided a nice bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate the occasion. In addition to that, they gave us a tasty bottle of red wine and some of the best chocolate I’ve ever had to “sweeten” our stay. The sunset views from this hotel are ones I will dream of. The breakfast (included with stay) was some of the best quality offering both buffet style and as hoc orders from a menu that was not lacking and provided by servers who could not have been more pleasant.

We just left after five nights. |Because if the limited choice above, I’d give the hotel a 4+||The staff is exceptionally friendly from the front desk - Marta- to the concierge and remainder of the hotel employees. Every request and question was met with a smile and fulfilled. |The views are spectacular on the sea side. |The hotel layout is a bit confusing due to the multiple elevations; it is built into a mountain. |The grounds are well maintained. The main hotel itself is starting to show some wear but overall it’s in very good, not spectacular, condition. |The spa is well equipped- a little dark for my liking- but has multiple cardio and strength machines to satisfy even the most avid workout regimen. |Bell hops and car porters couldn’t be nicer. |Locations is perfect for the port. We did explore the island, and it is a big island. |If you plan on that, you definitely need to rent a car.

Beautiful location, but you better be in good shape for all the walking and steps involved in getting around the hotel. And, make sure they don't give you room 330, It faces a dirt road, and a tree blocks the view of the ocean, along with having trailers parked on the road below your terrace, Thankfully , with a bit of complaining, and no safe in that room , they switch us to a much better room (224), and we were happy about that. Considering the rooms are very large at the bottom of the the hotel, and have good views. The food was just OK. The breakfast waiters, pool staff, and baggage staff were excellent, The Adult pool was crowded, so we tried the family pool and thank goodness children were back to school, it was less crowded than adult pool. We ate at Es Fanals in the Hotel one night, and It was not great, considering it's a Michelin Restaurant. I didn't think it was worth my time or money. I also got a massage, and it was just OK, too. Again, not worth the money 330 euros for 90 minutes. I wouldn't mind if it was a great massage . But, Im very seasoned spa goer, so to me it was just Ok. The beach is not that nice in Port De Soller, so we chartered sail boat for 1/2 a day and that was great.

Hands down one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in.|Myself and a.friend came for a.girly break before i got married, to destress and relax. Everything was perfect, from check in, to check out. |The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The room was stunning and had incredible views. |The food was delicious, and staff couldn't do enough!! |Thank you, I would love to return one day!

We visited in late October, just before the hotel closed for the season. The rates were significantly reduced, allowing us to experience a spectacular hotel for a more affordable budget. The view from our room was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with any queries we had and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely aim to visit again.

Came here for sunset amazing view and live music ambiance! Service was great and vibe was incredible.

My favorite hotel in Mallorca. Great all around 5 star experience. They are not close to any shops or restaurants so it's more of a resort experience than city one. What an experience. It is a very beautiful resort. The hotel is located in a beautiful region -- scenic views. It is definitely a 5 star experience all the way. The staff is extremely professional and polite. Will definitely be back. It's expensive but worth every penny! Room tip: Rooms on the top floors are definitely more quiet. Should definitely get a room with an ocean view. You should also get the 45 euro massage/cabana/champagne daily deal early -- they sell out quickly. For 45 euros, you get a private shaded cabana overlooking the ocean, a bottle of champagne, two 15 min messages and a plate of fruits. Excellent value!

Jumeirah is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location - but worth $1000 a night? Probably not. It's very nice, staff are great, but very expensive and the restaurants and spa are also overpriced. Basically a place for rich Germans to "Urlaub machen". Location is near hiking trails and a beach and touristy area with shops and restaurants, where you can rent SUP boards, kayaks, etc. the hotel has an infinity pool on top with a restaurant and pool bar, and another pool below with another full restaurant and pool bar. The food is AMAZING here. Rooms are beautiful with a view of either the hills/mountains or the ocean and cliffs. View is amazing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel has a spa that offers massages, facials, several saunas, and a thermal pool which was slightly warmer than lukewarm. The service is high quality; The staff will basically do anything you tell them. The housekeepers took all of my clothes that were thrown on the floor and folded them for me, which I found a bit excessive. They also came in at night with waters and "prepared" our beds for sleeping for us, whatever that means. My two complaints would be: The layout of the hotel is very maze like and it's a bit complicated to get anywhere, your room, spa, pools, restaurants; but not really much of an issue. We booked one room for four people with a bed and pullout bed, definitely enough to fit four people. We checked in around 2 pm, and they took all four of our passports and did not mention any issue with this. At 9pm they call our room and inform us that four people are not allowed to stay in one room and that we will need to buy ANOTHER room!! Why are they telling us this at 9pm and not when we are checking in?? I think not only is this policy a bit ridiculous when the room has the equivalent of two double beds, but it was ridiculous to tell us this so late.
