Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

Stayed at this gorgeous hotel from Jan 5-10. Nothing about this place is dated, its timeless beauty outshines all the other so called modern hotels. The service here is 6 star, we were absolutely blown away by the attention to detail. We traveled with our 5 year old and he was treated like royalty. We were left speechless on our last day when the staff at the club lounge surprised my son with a “ thank you for staying with us” cake. Huge shout out to Abdu at the club lounge who made our stay so special. Reuben, the club lounge manager took care of us everyday, the afternoon tea was a delight. Special thanks also to Sasha. |Let’s not forget the staff at the kids club, my son had so much fun at the splash pad. Thank you Nancy for taking care of our little one. |Would only ever stay at this hotel because they pride themselves on their service.

Beautiful hotel on the palm with great service, excellent food and comfortable facilities. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet with global varieties covering all guests needs. The quality of the breakfast is excellent. The main pool is nice and large enough to accommodate guests although securing a lounger can be difficult at times. The pool for villa residence is also very good although can feel cold at times compared to the main pool. The spa facilities are of high quality including a unique snow room. The spa facilities are complimentary for hotel guests and would recommend using these facilities if you can. The gym although small is equipped with cardio and weight resistance machines which are modern and afford a good workout. Shisha is available at the Sultan lounge and Zenzi beach. The only gripe is that mosquitos are abundant in this resort resulting in frequent bites that I have not encountered staying at other hotels on the palm. A great hotel which I would stay at again.

We visited this wonderful hotel in September for 10 nights with our 2 children aged 5 & 8. We stayed half board and it was worth it!||||Check in was very smooth, everyone on reception is very helpful - we managed to check into our room early which was good. ||||The kids club for the children is excellent and the lifeguards around all the pools are very attentive. ||||I loved the sports bar, lots of TVs with all the football matches on and very good food. You can use your half board meals here, yes you do have to pay for drinks, but they do have happy hour for 2 hours which makes it about £6.50 a pint!!||||Finally a big thank you to Kris & Noel in the Sultans Lounge - they were wonderful. We loved relaxing here with drinks and food in the day time. They were always very helpful and great service. ||||Our family loved this hotel !!

We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday staying here. Our stay was fabulous in every way. From the moment we arrived at 2am we were greeted by smiling attentive staff. All of the staff are fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Our room was kept spotless by Ajith and Karen. Shoaiban looked after us on the beach, Bucky, Parmi and Abhbav were wonderful in the restaurant. The chefs made us little cakes and puddings with messages on. I needed to go to hospital during my stay and the hotel even has a paramedic on site who could not have been more helpful. No one could have treated us better. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family of 4, and could not have been more pleased. When we left the room they made sure to always serve it, leaving it in an immaculate fashion. The amenities included were amazing, from the toothbrushes and the coffee station, everything was high quality. And a special thanks Rakesh Nayak for taking care of us, aswell as the whole staff team treating us like royalty. The way they helped out on the smallest of ways made the biggest difference. We also played extra for the Breakfast Buffet, and it was such a good decision! Everything there was cooked with care, and left lingering traces on our tongues. I'd highly recommend coming here for vacation and rewinding yourself. Thankyou!! 😁

Overall, we had a lovely holiday at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool area was fantastic — there were plenty of friendly lifeguards, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches like the complimentary ice lollies, aloe vera spray, and cold towels. The Indian restaurant was excellent, and the buffet offered a plentiful and varied selection of food. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. A special thank you to Mahim, who looked after our room so well throughout our stay — he always greeted us with a friendly smile and kept everything immaculate. We also want to mention Chiro, who is such a lovely man. His happy, smiling face was a joy to see whenever we arrived at or departed from the hotel. He was always so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. If we had one small suggestion, it would be that the kids club could offer a more engaging range of activities and create a slightly warmer, more welcoming atmosphere for the children. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Jumeirah Zabeel Saray for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Stayed from Christmas and new year until the start of January. The hotel, does not feel as luxurious as many other 5 star properties in Dubai. I found a lot of the staff to be unfriendly. The service around the pool was poor. Having to ask 2/3 times for water to be replaced when finished every single time. The guy kept forgetting. The kids club is very poor. For a family hotel I was incredibly disappointed by this. It is just about acceptable for kids aged 4 or 5. For any older there is just a room to sit in. There are zero activities for them to do and nothing to do. Kids club in other 5 star Dubai properties usually allow the children a chance to not be in the pool all day, take a break from the sun and make friends. The buffet selection at night had a dessert area with desserts kept behind a glass cabinet. A lot of dubai hotels do this. None have a grumpy / miserable chef or waiter who vanishes like Houdini and you have to wait for him to hand them out. The positives the pool was incredible clean. The rooms were kept clean and the waiting staff in the hotel worked incredibly hard. The warmest greeting during my entire stay was from the Valet staff at the front of the hotel. The room was kept clean. I paid a lot for our family of 5. If I had paid half the price I would still have been quite disappointed. Not one member of the hotel team checked on us during our stay. When I expressed the poor experience upon finally being asked what I thought I was offered a token gesture equivalent to £100 GBP. I paid over £10,000 for my stay so hardly a great deal. As it stands I would not return. In reply to the reply from Mark. Respectfully take on board you wish to learn from my comments however I don't think thats particularly good enough given the time of year and price paid and really think a Jumeirah property should be reaching out and doing more for me and the family on this occasion.

Our stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable — everything you’d expect from a luxury hotel. What truly stood out, though, was the room cleaning service. A special mention to Spanthosa, who did an exceptional job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. His attention to detail and professionalism made a big difference and made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch service.
