The good stuff: Tell us about your room.In a city known for opulent hotel rooms, Zabeel Saray takes the cake. In fact, rooms might feel too extreme for some: they're all filled with velvet-topped furniture and ornate Arabic latticework. All have furnished balconies or terraces. How about the little things, like mini bar, or shower goodies. Any of that find its way into your suitcase?Rooms have large televisions, as well as iPod docks, Nespresso machines, and electric kettles. The 38 Royal Residences have 24-hour butler service. Please tell us the bathroom won’t let us down.Bathrooms are Ottoman-style with luxurious Penhaligon's products and Turkish marble soaking tubs. Maybe the most important topic of all: Wi-Fi. What’s the word?Wifi is free and fast. Anything stand out about other services and features? Whether it’s childcare, gyms, spas, even parking—whatever stuck with you.The spa is spectacular and with hammams and snow rooms, it's one of the largest in Dubai. Outstanding hotel! Nothing to fault|The hotel staff from the reception to housekeeping to the restaurant everyone is so attentive, genuine and passionate about their job.|Special thank you to Ms Camillia and her team at reception and Mohammed and his team across house keeping. The level of detail and attentiveness, one of the nights we were staying there there was a concert in Marina which is out of the hotels control but they informed us and brought us ear covers in case we needed it and it wasn’t even loud. Housekeeping check your room throughout the day not just once. I asked for extra water for my baby and they action any request within minutes. They don’t forget anything. Coming here as a family is the most amazing thing because you don’t have to think.there is even babysitting srrvice which is super reasonably priced. Breakfast is great there is a dedicated kids section where they can eat and play. The hotel has lots of activities for the kids - they will not get bored and it’s big enough that you don’t feel the crowd. We have been many times and it just keeps getting better. Bravo! Because consistency is not always the case in hotels and you do a great job of it!

I stayed at this hotel from the 12th June - 16th June. |I have to give this hotel a 5* review. It was luxurious, clean and efficient. The gym facilities were brilliant and the spa was incredible. My routine was to have breakfast, gym, spa, pool, sun bath, and then swim in the ocean. After I would go to the small little bar on the ground floor and have 2 beers, then go back to the spa area and have a shower. This hotel was incredible

We are so happy with this hotel. It really exceeded expectations. Breakfast was easy and gorgeous. The gym and spa are worth staying here alone. It was just outstanding all the way through. We booked treatments. But guests can use the spa even without treatments.

The best hotel in the whole world! I stayed for four days and had an unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect — the service, the comfort, and the atmosphere. I would like to give a very special thank you to Mrs. Camellia for her incredible kindness and warm hospitality. She truly made me feel welcome and cared for. Also, I want to sincerely thank Mr.Ebenezer , the wonderful person who cleaned my room every day. He always made sure everything was spotless and perfect. His attention to detail and friendliness did not go unnoticed. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to return!

Iftakhar on the beach was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to make sure my family and I were comfortable and well looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble—he was always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything we needed. His outstanding service and genuine care made our beach days extra special. We couldn’t have asked for better!

We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel ambiance is beautiful and welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The food was excellent—flavorful, fresh, and served very quickly, whether in-room or at the restaurants. The staff were kind and friendly, adding to the warm hospitality of the place. The kids really enjoyed the pool area, which was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. The room was spacious, and the highlight for us was the large bathtub—it was a fun and memorable part of our stay for the children. We also appreciated that the kids’ club opens early at 8 a.m., which is convenient for families getting an early start. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. While water is complimentary at breakfast and the beach, we found it odd that it’s not included at dinner—it feels inconsistent. The pool area got quite busy during peak hours, and unfortunately, we couldn’t find any available seating. We mentioned this to the staff multiple times, but they only assisted those who approached them directly, so others who arrived later ended up with seats before us. At dinner, we were asked for our room number three separate times by different staff members, which became a bit repetitive and made us feel slightly uncomfortable, as if they were overly cautious about verifying guests. The kids’ club, while thoughtfully timed, seemed more suited for toddlers. Our children didn’t feel engaged and didn’t want to stay long, which was a bit disappointing since they usually love kids’ clubs. Additionally, we were surprised that the hotel doesn’t offer any Essaad or Fazaa discounts, which are common in the UAE and would have been appreciated. Lastly, while the room was very spacious and comfortable, some of the furniture and decor felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and found many aspects of the hotel experience to be wonderful, especially for families.
