Our room was immaculately presented and well-maintained, with therapeutic pillow options available upon request—an especially thoughtful touch for guests with neck concerns. The dining experience was equally impressive. We enjoyed a Shanghai-themed buffet complemented by a wide variety of international cuisine, all prepared to a high standard. The attention to detail and the captivating beauty of Ottoman-inspired opulence throughout the property added to the overall charm and luxury of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Absolutely fell in love with this hotel for the ambiance the staff the gym and spa.||Big mention to two members of staff an absolute asset to the hotel - Walid and Earl. They made our stay absolutely fantastic and went our their way to spoil my daughter on her birthday. Staff members like this are what makes a true hotel 5 star.||Absolutely fantastic spa and gym with incredible ginger tea. Loved the different gym rooms. Loved the big inviting pool.||The staff were all fantastic and work tirelessly to make your stay perfect.||The cinema and gentlemen running the cinema fantastic. I was a little late picking my daughter up and he let her paint whilst waiting. These are the true touches that made my heart melt.||The lounge breakfast offering was phenomenal. The fine around food concept great - we loved eating at al qasr.||It does get busy on weekend with locals. ||The hotel is beautiful .. it has started to tire and waiting a refurb but that doesn’t get in the way of an absolutely charismatic hotel. ||Thank you once again Walid & Earl in particular for making our stay magical. I had high hopes for my stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, especially after an incredibly stressful week. I was really looking forward to unwinding in a luxury setting—but sadly, this experience was anything but relaxing. For the amount of money I paid, I expected excellence. Instead, after waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours although we were promised a fast check in, I walked into a room that wasn’t clean, and had to deal with painfully slow room service—i had issues with my electricity! Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. The spa, which I was genuinely excited about, was overcrowded, noisy, and chaotic. There were barely any staff to help, and the environment felt more like a loud public pool with dirty showers rather than a five-star sanctuary. I left more stressed than I arrived. Even trying to do something fun like jet skiing turned into a hassle. You have to take a 10-minute boat ride in this heat just to get to the area, it felt more like an obstacle course than a leisure activity. This was not the relaxing, high-end escape I needed. It was frustrating, overpriced, and frankly, disappointing on every level. Definitely not the experience I expected or paid for.

All the hotel staffs included the valet parking, waiters, room service even the staff in kids club, are very nice and helpful. I felt sick on the second day they also helped immediately for the medicines, and I could leave my kids at the kids club + the private cinema in hotel so I could rest well. It was a fantastic experience. Definitely will go back again.

Stepping into Jumeirah Zabeel Saray felt like being transported into a story from another time. The glow of the chandeliers, the intricate patterns, and the warm scent of polished wood and spices made it feel rich yet inviting. As I wandered through, each corner revealed a new layer of beauty from the quiet courtyards to the views stretching over the Palm. It wasn’t just a visit; it felt like being wrapped in the kind of luxury that speaks softly but stays with you long after you’ve left.

Very nice service with high standards maintained. Location is good for a nice view, but 40min from the city. So be prepared for a taxi ride. The room is great though it shows its age. 2 to 3 nights is needed to well utilise the complimentary service. Not cheap, but the overall service and activities offered with off peak season price is a great choice.

My stay at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai was fantastic. With its exquisite architecture, opulent rooms, and first-rate amenities, the hotel is breathtaking. However, it was the outstanding service, particularly from Hafiz, that really made my experience memorable. Hafiz made me feel at home and taken care of as soon as I got there. He was really professional, amiable, and proactive in ensuring that everything was flawless. His service was always first-rate, whether he was checking in to see if I needed anything, helping with my luggage, or making recommendations. Hafiz's kind, considerate touch made my stay truly memorable, and he is a true credit to the hotel. I heartily endorse Zabeel Saray, and you're in excellent hands if you have the opportunity to meet Hafiz.

We had a wonderful experience at Talise Ottoman Spa, especially my husband absolutely loved it! A special thank you to Ajda at the reception, who was incredibly kind and she helped us so much and made our experience at the spa amazing. She truly is lovely and memorable. Her warmth made our stay extra special. The entire spa and hotel team were also exceptional, everyone was so welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel, and especially the spa, to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable experience.
