They really are amazing, the service was excellent as the dude was so nice and encouraged me to try as much as possible, and was very patient and enthusiastic about answering all of my questions since I don't speak German and can't read the labels
Their cheeses are all produced in Switzerland. I believe their cheeses are all self-produced, and I was happy w the 2 I got, except that they were a little expensive
The first is belper knolle, their signature. I've never had this before, it's a dried cream cheese with pepper and garlic to be grated over almost everything, like parm. It's absolutely delicious
The second one I got is rauch mondli, a smoked cheese. The smoked taste is ok, the texture isn't as good, it's just beginning to turn into a semi hard so it has a weird sort of half semi soft half crumbly texture
