An excellent place for a great scenic view. The trails are well maintained. The red and yellow trails are 0.25 miles each and the blue trail is 0.1 mile. The trails are a little steep in places and a couple of easy rock crossings. The view is about a 180 degree panoramic. One of the roads is still out from hurricane Helena so make a are to check google maps and or nc dot site.

This was definitely a hidden gem and Ive lived and traveled all over NC all my 63 years. Parking is a bit limited at times but it doesn't take long to see it and move on so other's can find Parking. We were there on a Saturday so Im betting weekdays Parking is plentiful. No bathroom on-site so prepare and stop before you go. Very nice landscaping and a million dollar view of surrounding mountain range.

What a beautiful and peaceful view just 15 minutes from downtown Hendersonville.
At just over 3000 ft elevation, you can see 4 states on a clear day.
Relax on a park bench or enjoy a short hike. Either way, you can't go wrong.
The lookout is easily handicapped accessible from the parking lot.
There is a pump for water bottles or pups to drink.
Unfortunately there are no restrooms available.

A friend told us about this spot. It is worth the drive and a few extra minutes to come and visit it. The view is amazing. There are people up here reading and working on laptops. If you like to work in a peaceful space.
They have a few benches or you can bring you own chairs to sit under the large trees.

Beautiful scenery. A lot of care and thought put into making the area accessible for viewing. Railings and paved areas make it feel safe to enjoy this amazing natural area.

Beautiful views from all directions. It's a little hard to find but well worth it.

Perfect place to view the mountains or an approaching storm. There are 3 trails there, 1 mi, or two of them that are .25, I didn't get to try them as I have a bad knee. Will have to return after I'm well again. If you are ever in Hendersonville, you should go.
