Very cool airport and easy to navigate. We flew in late so much of everything was already shut down when we landed. Our bags came out quick and getting an Uber was fairly easy - they even have a ride-share pick up area outside near the bus pickup. Checking back in when we left was a breeze. We were flying Alaskan so there were multiple self-tag kiosks and going through security was uneventful.

Ah, Juneau International Airport—finally finished its grand renovation! Unlike many airports that never seem to finish their renovations, Juneau has managed to complete its transformation, and it’s quite the sight to behold. ### The Grand Reveal Walking into the newly renovated terminal, you’re immediately struck by the modern, sleek design. Gone are the days of drab, outdated decor. The new look is fresh, vibrant, and welcoming, making you feel like you’ve stepped into a high-end hotel rather than an airport. The use of natural light is particularly impressive, with large windows allowing the sun to flood in and create a bright, airy atmosphere. ### The Passenger Experience The passenger experience has been significantly upgraded. The check-in counters are now more efficient, with additional staff to help speed up the process. The security screening area has been expanded, reducing wait times and making the whole process smoother. The new baggage claim area is spacious and well-organized, ensuring that your luggage arrives promptly and in good condition. ### The Amenities The amenities have also received a major upgrade. The food court now boasts a variety of dining options, from fast food to sit-down restaurants, catering to all tastes and budgets. There’s even a coffee shop with freshly brewed coffee and pastries, perfect for a quick pick-me-up before your flight. The seating areas are comfortable and plentiful, with plenty of charging stations for your devices. ### The Meeting Rooms For those traveling for business, the new meeting rooms are a game-changer. These versatile spaces can be rented for conferences, meetings, or even small events. They’re equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including high-speed internet and video conferencing capabilities, making them ideal for both local and international meetings. ### The Community Impact The renovation has had a positive impact on the local community as well. The airport now serves as a hub for economic activity, attracting more tourists and business travelers to the area. The improved facilities and services make Juneau a more attractive destination, boosting the local economy and creating jobs. ### The Future With the renovation complete, the future looks bright for Juneau International Airport. The new terminal is designed to accommodate future growth, with plans for potential expansions already in place. The airport is now better equipped to handle increased passenger traffic and new routes, ensuring that it remains a vital part of the region’s infrastructure. In conclusion, Juneau International Airport’s grand renovation is a testament to what can be achieved with vision and determination. Unlike many airports that struggle to complete their projects, Juneau has successfully transformed its terminal into a modern, efficient, and welcoming space. It’s a shining example of how to do airport renovations right, and a model for others to follow. Safe travels, and enjoy the new and improved Juneau International Airport!

Juneau International Airport 🛫 🛬 located in the capital of Alaska is a few miles West of downtown Juneau. Over the past few years, the airport has undergone significant improvements and expansion 👍😉 with a brand new area for Alaska Seaplanes 😀. The airport offers shops and restaurants. Two levels check in downstairs and gates upstairs 🙌

Got here about 9 pm. Cafe and most things are closed up. Waiting area in secure area is clean and neat. Plentiful seating and good charging area. WIFI is slow, chose to go to phone data instead.

Google
It's a local airport so limited facilities but everything you could want. Staff are really friendly. You can catch the bus in to town 5 minutes north of the airport near Subway. Interesting art, local gift shop and a restaurant which opens 09:30 to 5pm. Plenty of seating and wifi

Google
Easy in and easy out. Very quick and the airport had a few cool things inside like a polar bear.

Gabriella

Google
A nice, small airport. The two times that we went, security wasn’t crowded and took all of 5 minutes; additionally, the staff was nice. There is one restaurant in the airport, which also has a to-go area, but I would recommend bringing food instead. Our flights were on time. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Sharon Doyle

Google
This is a very small airport that is easy to navigate by walking. There are only 5 gates in the entire airport. The rental car companies are located right in the building but they close at 8pm; so if your flight gets in later than 8pm you have a problem.

Yelp
Juneau International Airport is a small but well-maintained airport that offers a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. It is clean, easy to navigate, and staffed by friendly and helpful employees who enhance the overall journey. The baggage pickup and check-in process are efficient, making arrivals and departures seamless. Additionally, the ride-share pickup area is conveniently located, allowing for easy transportation to and from the airport. One of the most impressive aspects of this airport is its grand renovation. Unlike many airports where construction projects seem never-ending, Juneau International has successfully completed its transformation, and the results are truly remarkable. Walking into the newly renovated terminal, you are immediately greeted by a sleek, modern design that stands in stark contrast to the previously outdated decor. The refreshed look is vibrant, contemporary, and inviting, almost giving the impression of stepping into a stylish hotel lobby rather than an airport. A standout feature of the renovation is the thoughtful use of natural light. The large windows allow sunlight to pour in, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that makes waiting for a flight much more pleasant. The overall ambiance is welcoming, making the travel experience more enjoyable for visitors and locals alike. However, one downside is the airport's Wi-Fi, which tends to be quite slow. While the renovations have significantly improved the airport's aesthetics and functionality, the internet connection could use an upgrade to match the rest of the improvements. Overall, Juneau International Airport offers a pleasant and efficient experience, combining modern design with excellent service. It may be a small airport, but it certainly leaves a big impression.

Yelp
I flew into Juneau International Airport from Anchorage and back. JIA is a small airport. It's super easy to get in and out of. There was also zero wait time for TSA security check. From getting dropped off curbside to dropping off bags at the airline, going through TSA security and finding your gate, it's all a seamless process. I'm so accustomed to giving myself time for all the above that by the time I was finished, I had nearly an hour of wait time at my gate. There is a small gift shop on the main level. I don't recall seeing food or coffee options. They may have had these. I just didn't take notice or remember seeing either options. Airlines staff were friendly and personable. What I enjoy the most about this airport is that it doesn't have the drama and over abundance of people that other major airports do. Also, downtown is about a 15-20 minute drive from the airport. Uber, Lyft and taxi services are available to get you to your destination. Again, since Juneau is such a smaller airport, getting in and out is very seamless. Something to keep in mind is that you will most likely have a layover in another airport prior to arriving at your destination. I don't see this airport being a hub. As for me, I flew direct to Anchorage then hopped on another flight direct to Denver. Overall, I was impressed. I plan on visiting Juneau again so I'm looking forward to using this airport another time. I may even use it more often after possibly becoming a Juneau/Douglas resident.

Yelp
Pros: I liked the native decor They are expanding and excited to see how they grow Fairly efficient boarding process once at the gate Cons: Security is a bit slow. We didn't have many in front of us, but I can only imagine what it's like when tons of people are trying to get screened. Only one place to get food! A few vending machines, but not many options Pro tip: Pack your own snacks and be patient going through security

Jacob H.

Yelp
Designed by a child. They got rid of the old good restaurant. Now they have a bar outside security with nothing but chips and candy. And the bar is often closed. Once you get through security you enter a small lane where everyone trying to leave the airport is piled up creating traffic and confusion. Very bad layout. If you get in line to the deli inside security, the line will block thw actual exit, creating another traffic jam. Once you get through the line, you are greeted with 4+$ water, which is criminal, actually insulting. 15$ hamburgers, which is not super abnormal anymore but they are often out of those as well. Also, they got rid of the only children's play area and replaced it with an ugly display of Chinese made coffee cups that say Alaska! And yet another place to buy overpriced cellphone chargers. Alaskan are disappointed. Provide a place for kids. Charge less for water than soda. Provide a good layout instead of trying to pull $ out of travelers pockets.

Emily K.

Yelp
It's great that it's here so people can visit but security is slow, inefficient and crowded. Thank god for the separate pre check line for IDs, but once you get through that everyone is dumped into the same screening area which creates confusion as to which screener to go through, who is keeping laptops in bags and who is not etc. The space is very small. They had to stop checking IDs while the screening area thinned out. There is no where for the line to go and the non precheck line just filled the hallway up to the elevator. The double gates were very confusing, they were boarding an Alaskan flight to Ketchikan through the same door and down the same jetway as our Delta flight to Seattle. I've heard stories of people getting on the wrong plane and always wondered how that happened until my flight here. Everything carpeted so it's difficult to roll the luggage.

Ginette P.

Yelp
On arrival w Delta here we were about to land & couldn't because of the crazy fog, lorddd all mighty we were not happy because it had already been such a long day traveling.. we were diverted to Anchorage for fueling which we also needed apparently & back to Juneau at least upon arrival our luggage came out quickly. When leaving it was nice & easy check in didn't take long & neither did security airport was not crowded. Very small airport here not a lot for food or shopping, airport is quite , clean u have some animals on display & everyone is pretty nice. I'd say this is probably the smallest airport I've come across & one of the easiest to get through.

Eva G.

Yelp
Since the last time I've been here ( about 2 years ago) looks like they are trying to renovate this place. Yes it is a small airport, but still lucky we are able to fly into and experience this beautiful place.

Brian P.

Yelp
Small airport (5 or 6 gates) but clean and efficiently run. There is plentiful seating and lots of outlets to charge your devices while you wait. Don't come hungry because there aren't very many options. There's just 1 coffee shop, 1 restaurant and a few vending machines. No gift shop or convenience store in the secure/gate area. The restaurant was never open on the days we flew in or out, but we did visit the coffee shop on the day we left Juneau. It didn't open until 4 AM which was shortly before our 5 AM flight was going to board. Long line since everyone wanted a drink before the flight. I'm glad at least we were able to get our coffees and still make the flight!

Yelp
16 May 2021 I'm not sure how airports get their classification but interestingly, this tiny, single building airport, in the middle of nowhere Alaska (actually the state's  capital) is classified as an international Airport. In any case, Caleb at the Alaska Airlines counter was friendly and efficient. Service was fast and he was courteous. He verified my identity and confirmed my destination before printing my baggage label and boarding pass. Going through the TSA checkpoint was the fastest I had ever experienced (that could be attributed to the small airport, arriving an hour before our scheduled departure at 9am on a regular Sunday, and the small number of travelers). In any case, it was fast. Inside the terminal is Capital City Tavern was the only food/coffee business there and luckily at 9am on a Sunday, it was open. I was able to get a white chocolate mocha (almost $6 for a 12oz) but it was surprisingly delicious. As the incoming plane landed, the Alaska Airlines flight attendant kept passengers in the terminal updated about the status of their departing flight. The plane arrived, passengers deplaned, then the plane was prepared for departure. Soon afterwards we boarded and was on our way out of Juneau.

Cheri M.

Yelp
Everything, food worker was a ass hole. She was very rude and made my shit frozen. I am disabled and she made me grab my own redbull

Arvi G.

Yelp
It's a smaller airport but the view of the mountains is beautiful. They also have one little café that opens pretty early which I appreciated. Only complaint I have is that it was so cold in the terminal.

Scott H.

Yelp
The airport met expectations. There's a small tourist information booth that is unmanned. Very poor signage outside for ridesharing. Baggage came up relatively fast. A bit chaotic at the car rental area.

Kate L.

Yelp
The staff are friendly, helpful, polite and "human." No blank faces or grumpy attitudes. The gift shop has great options and the cashier helped me out tremendously while I was doing my Christmas shopping for the folks back home. This airport is easy to navigate for people of all ages and abilities.

Andrew H.

Yelp
You'd think the airport in the capital of the 49th state would get some serious TLC but...it doesn't look like it has. I don't expect it to be as nice as Ted Stevens, but I'd say even the Fairbanks airport has more going on than this one. There is one place you can eat inside the terminal. In the mornings it's just grab-and-go style food. In the afternoons they have hot meals and beer on tap. All the terminals are in one cramped room. There's one restaurant and gift shop outside the terminal. And, that's about it. This is not an airport you'd want to wait around in for very long. It's also not located very close to town (like the Sitka airport). Expect a $25ish lyft/uber/cab ride (one-way) to go to town.

Michael G.

Yelp
Not sure if the infrastructure bill has money for this airport but I hope it does, definitely in need of a facelift. But it's clean enough and does the job. I will give this rating an extra star than it deserves because of the Star Wars display they proudly placed in their main lobby.

Diana C.

Yelp
Smaller airport in the capital city of Alaska. It is a bit dated and the turn off road leading toward the airport def needed to be plowed a bit more. It seems to be under a bit of construction at this time so it may be in the process of getting some needed improvements. Check in is downstairs and departing gates are upstairs, where TSA is also. Overall, it was good for the small duration of time I was there - I just wouldn't arrive excessively early as there are limited options to pass time.

Gayl B.

Yelp
I flew in and out of here on my way to Anchorage from Seattle for a cruise, which would take me to Juneau as one of the ports. I mistakenly thought it might be fun to fly into Juneau (see it from the air) other than just cruise in (added benefit of additional air miles, though). However, there really wasn't anything to do in the airport for three hours except watch one other plane come in with a lot of locals. The flight in and out was quite scenic, so there's that for 4 stars, but I wouldn't go out of my way to do it again as the airport is just too small for hanging out for any time at all. I will say that the gate agent was very friendly.

Kristen D.

Yelp
JNU is a tiny airport for the state of Alaska's capitol. They have 6 gates and one place to get food past security. I rarely have flight delays in/our of JNU which is wonderful. TSA is pretty quick to get people through as well. The terminal and bathrooms are usually pretty clean, though today the women's bathroom was nasty today. Overall a 3 star airport in my book.

Trieu G.

Yelp
There are 5 gates here and the airport is tiny. However, there is a gift shop and a small cafeteria outside security. Once in the terminal, there is a bar and small cafeteria with premade hot sandwiches and all the different Red Bulls you can think of. The airport is clean and quiet with comfortable leather seats and charging outlets throughout. This airport has all the amenities you need while you wait to catch the next flight. It is the only airport too. The International flights leave via Terminals 2-5. The charters to Skagway, Haines and close-by locations are located near baggage claim. Very quaint airport and the folks are friendly and warm. Really nice business.

Nancy H.

Yelp
Efficient security, lots of comfortable seating, and accessible drinks and snacks. Tiny airport, but much better designed than most other small Alaska airports. Everything went smoothly.

Nicole R.

Yelp
This is a very small airport you don't want to be stuck at for long. There's 5 or 6 gates so at least you won't have a problem finding your gate. The only amenities I saw were a small gift shop before security and an overpriced coffee and snack stand in the main waiting area. It was "hell torture", as my Japanese boss called it. A TSA agent pat down my shoulders and ankles. I have no idea why. They also went through my boss and his wife's bags and made them take out everything even though they had nothing they couldn't bring on the plane. I think they only did this because they were very bored and wanted something to do because no one else was there. The only good thing I can say is that was by far my quickest and least painful (albeit weird) trip through TSA.

Jerico O.

Yelp
It was a nice change of pace. I like it! SFO is my home base. It's one of the first airports I knew, so I usually compare others to it. JNU is miles away and can't really be compared and like I said, I like it. I don't miss the rushing to the gate, the long lines through security and masses of people you have to dodge and weave through trying to get to your destination. On our way up we stopped in Seattle, where we had to change flights. That meant rushing from one terminal to the other to make it in time for our connection. A quick jog bobbing and weaving on our way to the tram to get to the other terminal. It was something that I grew up knowing as a part of flying. At JNU however there is one Terminal with only a few gates. The people are nice. The lines are short. It was a wonderful change of pace. Then just like in SFO or SEA you can walk outside and call for a a taxi or a Lyft. It was AWESOME!

Brittany S.

Yelp
$3.50 for a small bottle of water. I can't seem to wrap my head around this one. Needless to say, what few ears/drinks options are available are very pricy. The airport is on the outdated side but very simple and easy to navigate. With today's world of local eats, public art, and Eco-friendly infrastructure in airports, this one is going to have a hard time keeping up. Bathrooms were clean and the views of the mountains from the runway windows is hard to beat.

Jen F.

Yelp
What a nice airport! Everything is laid out for easy access. From the start nice people and atmosphere here!

Kassandra E.

Yelp
Nice enough tea. Don't bring any knives or scissors... they will toss them or have you send them.

Jencen R.

Yelp
Security is quick and the chairs in the gates are comfortable, but whatever you do, DON'T GET STRANDED IN JUNEAU! The cafe closes at like 8pm and then you have to wait until the next day to buy food unless you are alright with vending machines. The baggage is below the terminal, so you go up an escalator to get to ticketing, security, and the single terminal. Wifi was no problem here since the terminal is so small.

Jamil M.

Yelp
I must say its the smallest airport that I've ever been in. Because it was small it was less intimidating and I was able to locate everything easily. Because it's not populated the TSA Checkpoint went fast, easy and was stress free. Eat before you get here the cafe is way over priced and you will pay for your ignorance.

Krista M.

Yelp
This place is great! Yes it's small but what does one expect - Juneau isn't very large either!!! We arrived late (around 9:30pm) on a Wednesday evening and quickly found our way down to baggage claim... It would be hard to miss it... Our bags came right out and we stopped to investigate some of the local things to do. It was a nice touch that there were little packets of "Forget Me Not" seeds (Alaska State Flower) for people to take in addition to free maps and bus schedules. There may not be too much to do at the Juneau airport but there's enough - a small restaurant for coffee - and a great TSA process. I have no complaints, from what I saw the airport was clean and well maintained. Thanks for the warm welcome, Juneau International Airport!!!

Thomas N.

Yelp
3 Stars only because of the lack of eateries. Otherwise, no lines at security, no long wait for checked bags. Rental car counters right next to baggage claim. Actually had my car before my bags. 10 minute drive to downtown Juneau.

ED L.

Yelp
What an interesting airport. No hustle and bustle, TSA was nice without haggle, and basically it feels like an office building... as it's similar to Long Beach Airport... but even less people. I don't see nor feel any stress here as we wait in line for the security check. There are couches everywhere to sit, and they have WiFi too. Basically the only airline that flies in and out of Juneau is Alaska Air. That's probably why it's so empty. Why can't LAX be like this?!?

Sylvia K.

Yelp
3.5 stars! This is a very small and charming airport! Because it's small, it's easy to find your way around - you can't get lost. There isn't much in the way of restaurants and shops. There was a nice gift shop downstairs (pre-security) if you need to pick up some last minute gifts. They had some really cute stuffed animals - walrus, otter, seal, moose - that I was tempted to buy, souvenir shirts, jewelry, and more. There was a cafe upstairs pre-security, but it was closed when I went to fly out, which was maybe around 630p, which is pretty early. The cafe in the terminal post-security was also closed. So if you know you're going to get hungry and you're going to fly out at night, pick something up before you come to the airport. If you have time, you can walk around the airport and see the Native American art and the giant stuffed bears (there was a polar bear and a black bear). There's also pretty good wi-fi too. Lots of places to sit inside the terminal. Getting through security was a breeze - there was no line when I went so I got through it really fast. And the TSA agents were the nicest that I've ever encountered! The rental car employees are super nice too!! (Maybe it's just that everyone in Juneau is really nice!) I rented from Alamo and the people there gave me all kinds of advice and suggestions for where to go! And if you've got a reusable water bottle with you, you can fill it up at the sensor water fountain, which is really convenient. And another great thing is that the restroom stall doors open outwards! It is a small airport and there's not much to do here, but for what it is, it works pretty well. I rounded up to 4 stars because the customer service was so friendly!

Marie S.

Yelp
The airport isn't bad, just small and surprisingly the TSA wait times are extremely slow. The polar bear on the 2nd floor is cool though. I wouldn't take this airline on a regular basis, but since this is the only option that gets me out of Alaska guess I have to. Several times, they have made unplanned stops that aren't listed on the itinerary but the ones you find out about as you're boarding the plane. Thanks for making me an hour late to Seattle, even if I was only spending the night there. And there's really no way to change your flight reservation once it's been made without being too costly, unless you fake your own death... good luck with that. Southwest, please expand your service soon to Alaska!

Gaby L.

Yelp
Thanks to the overly handsy TSA agent who almost made me miss my flight and had to check every part of my body because I was wearing a long dress. The TSA isn't as friendly as people say and they all seemed really happy to make this screening today one of the worst I've ever gone though. You should be a lot nicer to people who are already stressed about missing a flight since there are only two out here a day! I know your job isn't fun but work on your human skills TSA.

Sheri M.

Yelp
Such complaints about what I consider the most darling airport in America! You do know that it serves a remote city of only 33,000 people and has just one major airline? If it's not up to your standards, you can always drive and ferry your fancy ass all the way to/from Juneau instead. Having endured that trek, I will happily take a small but efficient airport any day. I don't know about you, but I like getting through TSA less than 10 minutes after walking in the front door. Once through, you're already in the minuscule departure area. No long walk to your gate required. If you're seriously that picky about the food options, Alaska Airlines offers some decent in-flight meals. Taxis are conveniently queued up out front. And if you're renting a car, the car rental desks are next to baggage claim and the cars are right outside. No long shuttle ride required. How is this not the best possible airport experience? My only beef with Juneau International Airport is that you can't actually fly anywhere international. It would have really come in handy when I lived there. Back then, there was talk of restarting service between Juneau and Whitehorse, which would have made an unusual yet awesome weekend getaway option. Naturally, that got shot down due to "lack of interest." Canada is so close yet freakishly far away when you live in Southeast Alaska. Since flying these days usually feels like a mild form of torture, Juneau's airport is a nice throwback to simpler times. It pains me how much I miss those hassle-free flying days. I also miss the incredible views you get when flying into and out of Juneau. That is, of course, if it's not raining and foggy. If the weather is on your side, get ready for some of the most breathtaking and memorable scenery of your life.

William P.

Yelp
Small airport, but busy with a lot of traffic. Rental cars are at he same level of the airlines check-in counters. There is a small gift shop that has some merchandising at good prices. Ride to downtown is approx. 20min and it will cost around $20 one way by taxi. Limited food is available at the airport.

Misty F.

Yelp
It helps that Juneau is incredibly beautiful (even in dense fog). This is a very small airport (like only 5 or so gates). The agents here are super friendly and tell you where you connecting flight departs from. The couches here are amazing we had 4 hours between flights and my pre-teen napped happily. They have good wifi and lots of charging plug ins. There is only one small restaurant/food purchase area but they are friendly and the food is tasty. They also charge less than any other airport I have been to. A few exhibits about Native culture and a cool Darth Vader imagined as a fighter pilot bust! It is also fun to watch seaplanes take off and land on the ponds across from the airport.

Magda G.

Yelp
You do not want to be stranded at the JNU airport, coffee shop opens at 5am but first flight is at 510am so you do the math. It is a small airport with nothing much there so if you want help it, buy food else where.

Rich E.

Yelp
This airport is just the right size. A gate change is no big deal, TSA lines usually are not too long and it is clean and fresh inside.

Karlene R.

Yelp
Small Alaska Airlines main entry/ticketing and check bags (and carousel) main floor by car rentals (security and "terminals" upstairs). No need to rush. Only one room with 6? Terminals. Just passed security check. Has TSA line but either unfamiliar people or combined line (although there was a lady separating us on entry. No identifiers given beyond lane entry (some small airports give you a TSA sign)). One coffe/snack terminal open in terminal.

Jayme D.

Yelp
I love this airport because it's sooooo mellow! You could show up an hour before your flight and you'd still be super early!!! I don't get the bad reviews?!? I've spent a ton of time here and as far as airports go it's great!!!

Mina M.

Yelp
There is no TSA pre-check here FYI, they call it expedited service. Whatever, in any case the scanner showed a hot spot area in my groin.....seriously TSA recalibrate that stupid machine because I'm an old woman ok...it's not an area of concern , but your machine IS if it showed that area needed checked lol!!

Mindy M.

Yelp
Updated carpet & layout a few years back have made this place less 1988 & more 2009 at least. New for 2014, after security, is a Coffee bar with take n go food like wraps, salad, muffins, bagels, oatmeal in cup, granola bars, fruit & juice drinks. Making eating options much better then the one vending machine after security with expired Chettos.

Hina K.

Yelp
Horrible cafe service. The red headed barista took her sweet time and I waited 18min before I got to her. There were 3 people in front of me. I ordered a pre made salad and coffee and she was very snobbish. Then I got to the self serve drip and it was out. I stood by the barista for another five minutes. She saw me but managed to help two people before asking me "what do you want?" Ummm, not sure of she was racist but she did not like me. At. All. I highly do NOT recommend her or this cafe. Stick to the restaurant outside of check in. They're nice people.

Maria A.

Yelp
There is no food service on Delta, so get some food at airport. Easy check in but I would suggest contacting a cab before you arrive because the taxi's are not waiting for you upon arrival.

Andrew ß.

Yelp
Ha ha this Airport is half the size of the local mall one cafe outside of security.. one coffee shop downstairs in the baggage claim.. you will have to come back through security if you want to get to either one.. although there's never much of a line.. And that's about it!

Chet M.

Yelp
This is s pretty good airport, as long as you plan on, or want to, use the check-in kiosk. (Or if you don't want, or need to, talk to an actual person) If that's your plan, then you will love this place. The "customer service representatives" encourage as well as strongly recommend. . [or wont help you,](even if they are at counter, you are at the counter, and plane not even boarding yet) under certain (any) circumstances want to be of any assistance. That is unless they are pointing out the check-in kiosks. Don't people like to work with people anymore?

Yelp
This place is a joke. I took the plane at 11:20 pm from anchorage so I could make it to Seattle the next morning. I got on the plane and it was almost empty, now I know why. Once you get to Dumbo airport they make you leave the secure area and spend the night on the floor where vagrants are, people all over the floor , 5 hours on a concrete floor. These people have drank too much of their own bath water. This is the kind of stuff that makes the rest of the world think we Alaskans are all idiots!!!! It is totally unsafe and irresponsible, don't fly to this airport at night!!! Alaska airlines people are great on a good note.

Yelp
It's a cute little airport. It's clean and easy to get around with friendly staff. The fact that the rental car companies are located next to the baggage claim area with the rental cars on the property makes it very convenient.

Yelp
TSA is fantastic here! Always quick and friendly. Plus JPD makes me feel safe. Thank you!
