Pros|Nice looking rooms, public rooms etc. Breakfast was plentiful.|The reception staff are friendly and helpful but couldn't tell me when a manager would be in the hotel.|Cons|The restaurant does not open in the evenings, only for breakfast, despite them advertising a restaurant doing evening meals.|The bar only opens at 5 pm Tuesday to Saturday. It is closed Sunday and Monday.|This hotels is not as advertised. There aren't ant restaurants within close walking distance. Nothing, not even the supermarket or McDonalds, are open on a Sunday. These were the only things nearby. |In all I was very disappointed with my stay.

Really modern, bright and friendly hotel that did exactly what I needed it to do. It’s clearly very new but really well appointed with a superbly friendly team of staff. Location wise, it’s a short walk from the train station, 10 minutes into the centre of town. Onsite bar is small but acceptable for a drink before going out, or a cheeky nightcap when getting back.

This is a great new hotel in Hamburg. It is sort of within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof, but if you have luggage you may want to take the subway one stop.||The room was gorgeous and brand new. I really appreciated the quality linens and furniture. The bathroom was great as well.||They did not have their breakfast buffet available and I chose not to get the pre-ordered breakfast, because it seemed pricy for what was offered. That was in April, so hopefully they have the buffet available now.

This is a lovely, newly renovated hotel with fun decor, starting with its tartan carpeting. The location is good, very walkable. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing service in both German and English. We did have a little trouble with the shower design, finding it hard to keep the water within the shower enclosure.

Quite new hotel at a walking distance from the Haubtbahnhof. Not so nice surroundings (industrial) but with a walking distance to the centre. The hotel itself was very nice and it had been open only for 2 months when we stayed there. The staff aren't entirely service minded. The first person we met was very nice and welcoming when we wanted to leave our luggage as we came too early for check-in. The person behind the counter when we arrived for check in seemd to wonder what on earth we wanted. |The room was comfortable but I didn't like the big pillows. Very clean and fresh.

Hotel rooms are really nice and you can tell it's been an expensive renovation. Good amount of channels on the television also and some english speaking ones as I only have a minimal grasp of german language to put it charitably. Large supermarket nearby and the staff are very pleasant also. Overall a really nice modern hotel!

It was an overall clean room but with fairly basic furniture. Very good for a short trip. A good point was the separate toilet and shower rooms but due to that, space in the shower room was quite limited and maybe not completely comfortable. It serves its function of a comfortable bed and stay but it is not exactly a fashionable/modern place to stay.

It's a great place, the breakfast is sufficient, the staff is very polite, the service and the rooms are very clean, I loved it.
