We stayed 4 nights at Jungfrau Lodge; the experience was delightful! A warm, inviting lodge with front desk personnel very helpful with train/bus/restaurants. Delicious breakfast included; laundry (one washer/dryer); rooms were well designed; crisp and clean; beautiful view of the mountains with some rooms; all staff everywhere were professional and pleasant. The front desk staff we met were Daniel, Marcel and Nicole to which we give a hearty thank you to their superb help!!! —the Jovinelly family

Stayed here for a night during my Switzerland trip with parents, overall a great place for the price i had paid. Agoda messed up my booking in terms of the room type but Mercel from the front desk was super kind and helpful and was able to give us room not only in the same building but on the same floor as well. In terms of room, its like a typical swiss chalet, super clean and they have a good breakfast spread. Location is near the train station but the path is a slight downhill from the train station so it might become challenging if you are walking to the hotel till bags or have elderly with you.

We stayed at the Crystal Annex, possibly the ugliest building in town, but we had the best view and, to be true, we didn’t have to look at our facade (others staying at other hotels did, though). 3 beds for CHF 300 or so might seem expensive, but it’s not bad. And private bath unlike some rooms on offer.

The absolute best, I never gave a 10 on Agoda, but they deserve it. Herr Daniel was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and quite spacious despite what it says on the website. Bathrooms worked well, hot water was running properly. Breakfast was complete and the mountain view was gorgeous. For people from tropical countries like me, nothing beats a cold drink in the porch watching the alps. Definitely will stay here again when I visit Grindelwald.

Located near Grindelwald railway station, the hotel has great mountain view. Breakfast could be better but for the price it was good. The best part was that they sent something we left at the hotel room by post and i have to credit them for their responsible behavior ! Highly recommended !!!

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days. Location was very near the train station and accessible to buses. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The picture of the hotel in your ad was quite deceiving. The hotel was old and made up of very old timber. , though the inside was modern in style, the room was really not a good place to relax / sleep in since I can hear the loud steps of the one above our room and the noises from the adjacent rooms. No lift or elevator available. Not recommended for elderly tourist. Amenities like kettle for hot water and water dispenser needed to be taken from the ground floor near the office. Breakfast has a variety of foods served daily. The only consolation was the breathtaking views of jungfrau and accessible transportation.

We have never been to Switzerland before, and with only having a few nights to spare, we didn't need anything too fancy but nothing too shabby either. ||Location: 10/10 less than 10 minutes walk to the centre and bus stop. Turn right out of the station and walk for about 7 minutes, and the main hotel is on the right. If you are staying in the annexe, you need to go to reception first to get your key. ||Hotel/Room: 9.5/10 The hotel is tidy and traditional with a lovely continental selection of fresh food and pastry at breakfast, although I marked it down for not having a toaster. It's also clean and the rooms are kept warm all day long, which is nice when you have been out all day. The sheets and towels are cleaned every day, but on the first day, there was a sewage smell in the room that disappeared the next day after the maid had been. The VIEW IS AMAZING!!!!||Staff:9.5/10 The breakfast staff aren't rude but not as jolly as the reception staff who are amazing, by the way. The morning receptionist was extremely helpful when it came to getting tickets and some useful information on getting around and what to see. ||Area:.10/10 You will find everything on your doorstep, try Bebbis restaurant.the staff are great and food is reasonably priced. The Avocado bar is a great place for a drink with a good atmosphere and live music some nights. The First Walk can be accessed by cable car station, which you will find just left past the Avocado Bar. Just follow everyone else , that's how we found it. The local buses are free, and if you get a one day pass from reception, it covers trains and cable car rides. It's busy during the day, but the area is quiet at night ||

Best recommendation hotel ever ! My room with mountain view and with bathtub. We early check out, the reception staff still prepare the breakfast for us. Appreciate it. Not far from station.
