The absolute best, I never gave a 10 on Agoda, but they deserve it. Herr Daniel was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and quite spacious despite what it says on the website. Bathrooms worked well, hot water was running properly. Breakfast was complete and the mountain view was gorgeous. For people from tropical countries like me, nothing beats a cold drink in the porch watching the alps. Definitely will stay here again when I visit Grindelwald.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days. Location was very near the train station and accessible to buses. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The picture of the hotel in your ad was quite deceiving. The hotel was old and made up of very old timber. , though the inside was modern in style, the room was really not a good place to relax / sleep in since I can hear the loud steps of the one above our room and the noises from the adjacent rooms. No lift or elevator available. Not recommended for elderly tourist. Amenities like kettle for hot water and water dispenser needed to be taken from the ground floor near the office. Breakfast has a variety of foods served daily. The only consolation was the breathtaking views of jungfrau and accessible transportation.

Located near Grindelwald railway station, the hotel has great mountain view. Breakfast could be better but for the price it was good. The best part was that they sent something we left at the hotel room by post and i have to credit them for their responsible behavior ! Highly recommended !!!

Stayed for 2 nights and we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is strategically located very close to town and train station, just a shy 10-minute walk from center. Getting there and back to forth to station / town was highly convenient. The staff was friendly, from everyone working at the desk and restaurant throughout the morning and evening. We enjoyed the encounters we had with them. The room was not luxurious but adequate with all the basic necessities. The heating was good considering we visited during the cold winter weather.||Last but not least, the best thing about this hotel was THE VIEW. We booked specifically for the mountain view so my wife and I can enjoy our slow morning enjoying it. I can definitely say that it was worth it. The view from the room was picturesque and we could not ask for a better Grindelwald's experience.||Will definitely be back to Jungfrau Lodge on our next visit (soon)!

Best recommendation hotel ever ! My room with mountain view and with bathtub. We early check out, the reception staff still prepare the breakfast for us. Appreciate it. Not far from station.

We have never been to Switzerland before, and with only having a few nights to spare, we didn't need anything too fancy but nothing too shabby either. ||Location: 10/10 less than 10 minutes walk to the centre and bus stop. Turn right out of the station and walk for about 7 minutes, and the main hotel is on the right. If you are staying in the annexe, you need to go to reception first to get your key. ||Hotel/Room: 9.5/10 The hotel is tidy and traditional with a lovely continental selection of fresh food and pastry at breakfast, although I marked it down for not having a toaster. It's also clean and the rooms are kept warm all day long, which is nice when you have been out all day. The sheets and towels are cleaned every day, but on the first day, there was a sewage smell in the room that disappeared the next day after the maid had been. The VIEW IS AMAZING!!!!||Staff:9.5/10 The breakfast staff aren't rude but not as jolly as the reception staff who are amazing, by the way. The morning receptionist was extremely helpful when it came to getting tickets and some useful information on getting around and what to see. ||Area:.10/10 You will find everything on your doorstep, try Bebbis restaurant.the staff are great and food is reasonably priced. The Avocado bar is a great place for a drink with a good atmosphere and live music some nights. The First Walk can be accessed by cable car station, which you will find just left past the Avocado Bar. Just follow everyone else , that's how we found it. The local buses are free, and if you get a one day pass from reception, it covers trains and cable car rides. It's busy during the day, but the area is quiet at night ||

Had a lovely 1 night stay here, perfect location very close to the station and the town, rooms were lovely and warm, spacious and great views. Breakfast could have been continental with eggs and bacon etc but didn’t see any of this unfortunately. Overall lovely stay, the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, and the exterior and interior was gorgeous! Thanks guys

Superb view out at the balcony. Never regret paying for this lodge! And not to forget, a super kind and friendly receptionist!
