We have never been to Switzerland before, and with only having a few nights to spare, we didn't need anything too fancy but nothing too shabby either. ||Location: 10/10 less than 10 minutes walk to the centre and bus stop. Turn right out of the station and walk for about 7 minutes, and the main hotel is on the right. If you are staying in the annexe, you need to go to reception first to get your key. ||Hotel/Room: 9.5/10 The hotel is tidy and traditional with a lovely continental selection of fresh food and pastry at breakfast, although I marked it down for not having a toaster. It's also clean and the rooms are kept warm all day long, which is nice when you have been out all day. The sheets and towels are cleaned every day, but on the first day, there was a sewage smell in the room that disappeared the next day after the maid had been. The VIEW IS AMAZING!!!!||Staff:9.5/10 The breakfast staff aren't rude but not as jolly as the reception staff who are amazing, by the way. The morning receptionist was extremely helpful when it came to getting tickets and some useful information on getting around and what to see. ||Area:.10/10 You will find everything on your doorstep, try Bebbis restaurant.the staff are great and food is reasonably priced. The Avocado bar is a great place for a drink with a good atmosphere and live music some nights. The First Walk can be accessed by cable car station, which you will find just left past the Avocado Bar. Just follow everyone else , that's how we found it. The local buses are free, and if you get a one day pass from reception, it covers trains and cable car rides. It's busy during the day, but the area is quiet at night ||
