Perfect location close to the train station with an easy walk to the Jungfrau terminal. The room was beautiful with a nice view, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent, though the overall value for money felt slightly lower compared to other places I stayed in Switzerland.

I rate the hightest point for this hotel. I rented the apartment for 5 ppl which is more than great! It is just 5-10 mins walk to shopping zone including coop. The client needs to follow the rules if the aprtment. However, the views and facilities are awesome. Service is good, host is helpful.

The location is great - about 8mins walk from train station , 9mins walk to supermarket. You can get the best view from just the balcony in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast option. Enjoyed my entire stay. Would definitely book the same place if I came back again!The only tiny little issue is probably no lift - meaning have to carry luggage all the way up.😂

Room very clean, view awesome, hotel literally a walking distance from the centre. Price is the cheapest in town with a very good service and best room. Front desk are very helpful and always try to give their best. Parking is free, bus stop 50m away. Shower water pressure is very good.

Amazing experience. Delicious breakfast. Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants. We got upgraded to a room with balcony!!! Beautiful views!! Will definitely consider coming back here.

Great view from hotel. Breakfast is tasty but the room is somehow smaller than expected. Their reception (Daniel and Marcel) impressed me so much. We wanna go to jungfraujoch but the weather is terrible, heavy snow for 3 days, super low visibility. Thanks to their advices, we rescheduled our plan and went to jungfraujoch in a sunny day. They could just sell us tickets but they didn’t. Hats off to them.

Stayed here for a night during my Switzerland trip with parents, overall a great place for the price i had paid. Agoda messed up my booking in terms of the room type but Mercel from the front desk was super kind and helpful and was able to give us room not only in the same building but on the same floor as well. In terms of room, its like a typical swiss chalet, super clean and they have a good breakfast spread. Location is near the train station but the path is a slight downhill from the train station so it might become challenging if you are walking to the hotel till bags or have elderly with you.

I had high hopes for this stay, especially since it was my honeymoon and the most expensive hotel booking I’ve ever made. Before arriving, I specifically messaged the hotel about my preferred room view and even sent photos. They assured me that nothing would block the view. However, upon check-in, I was given a lower-floor room with a poor view. (Exactly the one i told them i dont want!) When I asked again, I was simply told that all higher-floor rooms were already checked in. It was really disappointing, especially after being reassured beforehand. Maybe my expectations were too high, but the experience fell short. If you’re planning to stay here, just be aware there’s a high chance you may end up with a low-floor room and a disappointing view despite prior communication.
