Jungle Lodges and Resorts- Kabini River Lodge

We spend a day in Kabini this Dec 2025. It was planned by my sons staying in Europe, booked in advance, to have a nature experience with Safari. With Safari closed, we were sceptical but decided to go ahead with the trip. Had a nice trip with a boat ride in the river trying to identify the birds - nice guidance by Ashwani. With this good experience tried again a boat ride next morning and identified few more birds. The lunch , dinner, breakfast were excellent with tasty and elaborate spread with fantastic service. Had a relaxed evening in their bar with a bonfire too. Overall a great time spent with whole family. Decided to come back once the safari starts / may be next year of later. So committed people in the place - wish them all the best.

Wonderful place. You get stay, food, boat riding, jungle saffari in one package of 10k for dormitory booking. Around 10 can fit in dormitory. Best was the cooperation from staff. Maharaja bunglow would cost 30k i heard. Worth the time spent here and relaxing. You will get to booze as well and they are extra cost. Go early morning or evening for safari ride. Ask for camp fire at night. Recommended for families or even team events. Little bit on expensive side but still feels worth it. Boat ride was an awesome experience. Kids get to play on ropes and multiple activities.

Unnecessarily Expensive, but has good demand. Big rooms, good food and great safari experience. Small forest with access to the beautiful backwaters. With good wildlife sightings of Tigers, leopards, elephants, wild dogs, deer, etc., this place attracts visitors from all over.. Good place to visit if you don't mind spending more

One of the best resorts in have visited till date. The rooms are spacious and very well designed. Food and service is also very nice. Although the package is expensive it is worth every rupee spent. Their safari drivers are well experienced with a passion for wildlife sighting. Overall a great experience. It is worth booking their Maharaja package.

The place is amazing, food is just average. But there are lot of mosquitoes. Can't live there in the night. Just opened car door for a moment and 10 mosquitoes entered. Needs lot of improvement. Other resorts had cleaner surroundings and very few mosquitoes even at night.

What a perfect place! Set close to the forest, the atmosphere is amazing and really relaxing. Staff are excellent and food was exceptional. Can't wait to come back here and catch sight of a tiger on the safari. Shailesh

i. Stayed here several times and enjoyed the relaxation and safaris. The enthusiastic safari drivers take us around. The forest spies and alerts - the deer calls, a special coo when the predator tiger is moving..the sambar deer's alert call, when the tiger has been spotted and the langur monkey from the tree tops has its alert calls too..! ii. Expensive trees such as sandal wood have reflectors, so that they are seen in the dark at night..and not axed by thieves..;)) iii. Wildlife Water Resources – Kabini River
