Jungleight Bali

I stayed at Jungleight Ubud for 3 nights from November 3rd to November 6th, 2025, in The Cave Room, and honestly, this was one of the most exceptional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect—the service, the food, the cleanliness of the room, and the atmosphere. The hotel has this unique blend of luxury and nature that makes you feel relaxed and disconnected from everything in the best way possible. One thing I absolutely loved is how the hotel communicates with guests through WhatsApp. The staff respond instantly to any request, and always with genuine kindness and professionalism. I felt taken care of the entire time. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The food was delicious, and every detail around the property is thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud—you will fall in love with the experience just like I did. And without any hesitation, I will definitely be coming back again. I stayed at Jungleight for three nights and truly loved my experience. The location is excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. Their team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp, which made communication very easy and convenient.I stayed in The Cave room and highly recommend it. The atmosphere of the hotel is magical, the food is great with a nice variety, and the staff are extremely kind and attentive. They paid attention to every detail and made sure our stay was comfortable. The cleanliness was impressive, and the room was consistently well-maintained.I definitely recommend this hotel and I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed only half a day, and around midnight I was forced to leave the property and take a taxi to another hotel located one hour away. This was after several attempts to resolve multiple issues, including: A large number of insects inside the room Very poor room cleanliness The air conditioner not working Low-quality room service and food No immediate assistance provided despite my repeated requests The staff informed me that the air conditioner could only be fixed the next morning. It is unacceptable for a guest to be left in a room full of insects without a functional AC. I did not receive the service I paid for and was forced to relocate in the middle of the night at my own expense. Finally I do not recommend this place to anyone .

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The accommodation was outstanding, and the pool set in the heart of the jungle was truly an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Out of all our travels, we have never experienced such kind, attentive, and genuinely smiling staff — it was a real joy to stay here. The food was excellent in quality and, most importantly, very reasonably priced. If you’re thinking about coming here, don’t hesitate — you won’t regret it!

its really amazing to travel in natural forest . staffs are so kind and nice . always giving smiles and good english in conversation. every infomation they will send you text via whatapp . if you want to book massage and dinner or breakfast , they will set up everything for you and service in room

Had a wonderful stay at Jungleight, couldn't have picked a better way to kick off 2025. We stayed at the villa called The Space and it was impeccable. The villa itself was a stunning, the rooms were large and spacious, the pool area was serene and private, the staff was lovely and the food was excellent. 10/10.. highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning bamboo villa ❤️ The area is peaceful, the staff is lovely, and the villa itself is perfect. We asked for a flower pool arrangement and it made our arrival extra special. The villa we stayed at was The Oval, a 2-bedroom bamboo villa with pool, and it might just be their most beautiful villa but I’d love to try the others as well. A little surprise Jungleight has for their guests is a complimentary afternoon tea that can be brought to your room. Tea and Indonesian snacks with a view around sunset, couldn’t be better. Recommend!

Our stay at Jungleight Bali was nothing short of magical. We stayed in the Oval, and wow – it’s even more stunning in person than in the photos. The staff surprised us with the most beautiful flower pool when we arrived, which made everything feel so special right from the start. The team there was amazing – so kind and thoughtful. Every afternoon, we got this delicious Indonesian-inspired afternoon tea delivered to our room, and it honestly became one of the highlights of our day. Such a nice touch! I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat, especially for couples or honeymooners. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic and unforgettable getaway.
