Juntos Beach Bar

Came here for trivia Wednesday’s and enjoyed a magical sunset, incredible service and an atmosphere that cannot be beat!! This is heaven

This laid back bar was our favorite. the whole fried snapper was amazing and the blackened fish tacos were awesome. Great service and pretty background (beach)

Wow! What an accidental surprise to have found this place. Ordered a hamburger and poutine, which the server did say they were out of potatoes, so I asked for the plantains instead of the fries. They accommodated, for my request, hence the “Ploutine” was born (poutine but with plantains). Food: Was incredible (the hamburger and Plutine.) Service: is/was great, however it is a small owned place. So put your orders in before the crowd but also know if the place has people the wait time may be a bit longer as it’s not a chain so don’t expect immediate service(not a downside from my perspective). Atmosphere: beautiful place on the beach, view and music selection was pretty great. Overview in a nutshell… I will be going at least 7 more times as I’m staying around the area for 7 more days. Ivan was really nice and apologized for not having potatoes lol.

Great food. Super crazy friendly service by Ivan and family! Such a gem in very friendly fishing village. Our family of 13 (toddlers, and young kids too) stayed in a house one beach over and walked to Gigante several times to eat and drink here. So good!!

Nice place at the beach (literally at the beach!) the staff who worked while we were there seemed very kind and came to ask us if everything was good or we needed more drinks (or maybe we are just slow drinkers). We enjoyed the pool table and walking between the sea and the bar. The reason for 4 stars is because of the prices are somewhat high (not too high), but in addition they added 15% tax on our bill without stating it on the menu. They should state it if they charge extra for the tax

I agree with others that this restaurant is overpriced for the beach bar level food that's served. That said, the food was well cooked and I enjoyed it. The service was fine and I liked the location and dining setup. I got a fish sandwich (390) and my wife got fish tacos (320). We had 2 non-alcoholic, juice drinks (140 each!). The total was nearly 1000 cordobas ($25). This was notably more than equally touristy places on Ometepe Island. There are places in other parts of the country that are this price but they offer fancier food. There weren't many restaurants that were open for dinner so I appreciate that this is a reliable option. They take credit cards if you don't have enough cash on you. The owner seems to take pride in his restaurant and is very receptive to guests comments which is nice.

Great service, super cold beer. When the owner ran out of beer, he went and got more - still super cold. Chill atmosphere, games to play. Definitely will return
