The worst BBQ sandwich I've ever had. The pulled chicken was dry with zero flavor. The bun was stale. Fried were cold. At $16, this was nothing short of highway robbery.

The queue was super long between 2 and 3pm. Spent close to an hour waiting. The menu was limited in size, and it was a kind of chaotic experience. There was probably a hundred people in line or eating. I got the Apex Predator (smoked turkey leg with fries) and it was ok. The fries were boring and dry. When you take the price into account, it wasn't worth it. The napkins were horrible quality and kept sticking to my fingers because of the turkey leg grease, and you didn't get a proper plate because there are so many customers, so it was prone to go flying at any gust of wind.

We had a great meal at Jurassic Café inside Universal Studios Hollywood. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the salad was enormous and well-prepared. The ambiance, themed around the Jurassic Park franchise, added to the dining experience, making it a fun and satisfying stop during our visit to the park. Highly recommend for a quick and tasty bite!

I already have low expectations for amusement park restaurants, so I am thoroughly whelmed by the food here. You get to eat in-between waiting in lines for a slightly expensive price. 5 tenders for the Pterodactyl Claw meal is not bad.

Was here recently and had myself a Isla Chicken Sandwich. Ordering as simple enough with a few menus as you work in, and a very large board above the staff serving. Felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant, and strangely felt appropriate to the Jurassic theme. The Chicken was well cooked, as were the wedges. Burger was nice and very filling. Had lunch and barely needed dinner that night. Sitting inside and out, but I'd recommend sitting outside and upstairs. You can really appreciate the atmosphere as the Jurassic World ride is right near you. A wonderful experience, but sadly wife has allergies and she wasn't confident about getting anything. She had the wedges though and enjoyed them. Price for the sandwich was a little on the costly side, but you're at a theme park and I wouldn't expect it any other way to be honest.

bro, the food was so bad and mega expensive too. I ordered Brazilian Cheesy Bread and i got the most STALE pieces of LUMPS. The bread was not good at all and the cheese did not taste good…and for the price of SIX dollars. I also got the Fossil Cake Jar and it was mushy (not in a pleasant way) and it was SOOO sweet. There was no reason for it to be that sweet. The table was also left mega dirty. Overall..overpriced and not good food. Get better! Large Company and still can’t get good food!

•The Carnivore 3/5 (Fast Food/Theme Park Scale): my friend ordered this, it came with a decent amount of meat; unfortunately, it wasn’t very warm, yet it was overcooked, so the meat was a bit tough. On a good note, it had lots of pickles, and the BBQ sauce was smoky with the right amount of sweet. Portions were good for the price. Fries were good. •Atmosphere: underwhelming considering it’s the Jurassic Cafe. It’d be fun if they had props from the movies and more dinosaur theming. On a good note, there was ample seating, tables and booths, and A/C to beat the heat!

Jurassic Cafe was actually better than I expected. Found in Jurassic World in the Lower Lot of Universal Studios, this cafe was opened about 6 years ago. They say you can use mobile order here which would be great, although when I went, it was not working and we had to wait in line. Jurassic Cafe is cafeteria-esque in a huge space with tons of seating and food lined up in troughs you pick from. A lot of dinosaur themed items to fit in like Dino Sippers ($20 and not refillable), Dinosaur Chocolate Cake, I haven't had breakfast here but the options actually sound like nice complete meals, filling and $12-18. What I did have was lunch here with my friend and her kids. Everyone was satisfied and left full, including myself. I had what I think was more of a kids meal but the portion was better for me than the monstrous adult Dino portions with tons of meat. The Dino nuggets with fries and broccoli was good enough for me! It was nothing special, of course, but it got the job done. If you have a bigger appetite than myself or can share with others, there are some tasty-sounding Costa Rican entrees on the menu here. Jurassic Cafe does have liquor here if that suits your fancy, but note the $19 price tag of a Pacifico and consider that decision deeply. As with all spots at Universal, 11-2pm is peak lunch time so if you can avoid or hit either end of this window, you'll be thankful of avoiding the crowds.

Oh damn! I would say this is the worst eatery in Universal Studios. The ambiance is just too crowded because of its location. It is smack dead in the middle of lower lot and between two rides. I would say though that their servers tried to give a good customer service, but its just stressful around it. I'm not working and trying to have fun, but its stressing me out haha. The food is way lower than a mediocre lol. I ordered their Evolutionary Wing.. damn that taste like boiled chicken and elmer glue paste. The concept is good.. they're trying to make a tempura style fried chicken, but gone bad. The skin is all soggy and if you peel of the breading, it looks like naked mole rat. Its not appetizing at all. I thought it was just a dare food haha. Overall, yeap this is the worst place to eat in the theme park, hands down.. dont do it! haha

In the famous words of Ray Arnold in the original Jurassic Park, "Hold onto your butts!" Got off the Jurassic World ride and wanted to grab a bite to eat as we dried off. Headed into the cafe and was pleased with the pricing (compared to other theme parks and fairs). We wanted something light, so my wife and I decided to share the "Treacherous Water" fish sandwich. I'd say it's appropriately named for sure! Rather than a nice golden crust, it had more of a yellowish grey hue. We cut it in half and both took our first bite together. We looked at each other like "what is this?!?" It was mushy, flavorless, and just disappointing overall. We tried to doctor it up with tartar sauce and mustard, but there was no saving it. I was hungry so I finished my half, but my wife just sat it to the side and couldn't continue. The fries were crispy and golden, and once we added salt were pretty good. I'm also writing this post after my 3rd trip to the restroom this morning, which I'm pretty sure is due to that "Treacherous Water."

Got the APEX PREDATOR (smoked turkey leg with fries) $17.99. I thought it was actually not a bad price cuz turkey legs go for like $20 nowadays at county fairs and maybe other theme parks. Plus, turkey leg is just a staple theme park food so i went for it. But turns out, maybe I was a prey. Near the universal entrance, there's a snack bar selling just the turkey leg for $14.99, so paid $3 for a sprinkle of thick cut fries. There might be other locations also selling the turkey leg as well. ⁠⁠

I didn't get any pictures of the food as the whole dining experience was chaotic. Food was great. Large portions. I had a salad and an Apex turkey leg. Well made. There was no seating inside the restaurant for we sat outside on the curb. Service was meh. The guy taking our order was visibly frustrated. Food was good, the dining experienced sucked.

Salty dry and overpriced, honestly the food here had the potential to break or make a bad day at the park thankfully our overall experience at the park was great because this food was so bad I almost took it back!

Came here after going on the Jurassic World ride for lunch. Easily found a table. I ordered the burger and fries combo and my friend got the chicken tenders with fries and salad. They were both $15.99 each which is very decent for theme park food so thank you for keeping it reasonable! We thought the fries, which were steak cut, were excellent and fresh. I enjoyed my burger and was a decent size and the chicken tenders were tender and crispy. Good place for a meal and to relax before going on our next ride. Glad we came here!

Fast service and all but it's a no for me. Sorry. The clam chowder was sooo salty. The turkey was dry yyy. It's theme park food though. Can't expect much.

Went here for a quick snack. I asked the worker what drinks were available and they said anything in the machine, I said it wasn't working and they walked away. Super rude encounter with the staff. It was a girl.

Ordered the herbivore salad. The employees gloves were visibly covered in meat juice and he stuck his thumb in my salad to grab my plate. It was premade and sitting in a fridge with no cover on it. Shredded carrots were old and the cherry tomatoes were bad. Ken's balsamic was gross. Nice outdoor seating. Cashier seemed annoyed I asked her for salad dressing. Plastic wrapped utensils and horrendous paper straws. That makes sense... my Diet Coke had about four ice cubes in it. My friends liked their chicken wings (pterodactyl claws) but said the fries were terrible. Three broomsticks has better food and prices. Skip this. Wasn't even worth taking photos.

Don't waste your money here. We ordered three entrees that were beyond gross and disgusting. The chicken tenders were hard instead of being tender. It tasted burnt but it wasn't so it's obvious that it was cooked in very old oil. Service is non-existent. We had to clean our own table. It's good that we had sanitary wipes with us. Ambiance was chaotic, noisy, disorganized and dirty etc. I'd rather starve than eat here again even if it's free.

Okay I must say I was not expecting to eat anything good here. But I was really surprised. Ordered the ribs and the chicken tenders. Both were pretty decent. Ribs were really tender and had great flavors. The chicken fingers were crispy and not dry. This cafe is basically cafeteria style. So I wasn't expecting the food to still taste fresh. The portions are also a great size for the price! I feel like the entrees could definitely be shared.

The turkey leg is standard. The fries were not that great. The food is sitting out in warmer so it was kind of dry. Service is friendly and was day. Standard cafeteria style place and booth tables.

Service great. You can order via mobile to go. We waited in line. We avoided the ribs and brisket as we are picky mest eaters. We prefer lean cuts. We ordered 4 burgers. 2 with a gluten free bun, 1 without and 1 normal. Flame broiled and delicious. French fries are cooked in their own frier, so not cross contamination with gluten. Very satisfied. Drinks way over priced. Adult beverages more expensive than. The meals. Burgers come with mayo/ketchup combo sauce, and cheese so ask without if you prefer. Would totally eat here again. 4 burgers, no drinks 55.00.

I cannot BELIEVE how the Jurassic Cafe is in business. ... Ok now that I got you to click on the review it's time to talk about JC (Jurassic Cafe). I got there around middle to late afternoon for a bite. Out of everything on my 3 month long excursion outside of my home state this was by far the WORST moment of the trip. It's such a shame that Universal failed us on this beautiful Tuesday afternoon. I was heart broken. It all started when my stomach begin to rumble. **rummblleee** I knew it was time to indulge in succulent chicken and perfectly cooked rice and greens. In fact I was so excited for said succulent chicken and greens that I took out my phone the second I left the ride of Transformers© and searched for restaurants. I was in the vicinity of a establishment with the name "Jurassic Cafe". My group and I decided to eat there and placed an mobile order at exactly 1:15pm. It was incredibly easy to place the order and it seemed as if nothing could go wrong. When we went to get our food guess what happened.... Something went terribly wrong. The food WASN'T READY. Normally this wouldn't be a problem as I would just wait a couple minutes for the food and then enjoy but NO. IT TOOK A TOTAL OF 60 MORE MINUTES UNTIL MY GROUP GOT THE FOOD. I mean are you kidding me? And it wasn't even like it was that great once we got it. Overpriced mediocre theme park food. Take your business to Three Broomsticks instead where they actually know how to make chicken on time. The one star is for the Ambiance, it had a great view of the drop of the Jurassic Park ride.

I came around 11:30am and I was among the first in line. Although the food has already been made, the service is really, really slow. The process of putting food on the plates and platter, takes some time. You also have to purchase all the drinks at the end of the line and there's only one staff serving all alcoholic drinks and beverages. This process also took a long time even though it's only a couple ahead of me purchasing three mojitos. After a while the line got even longer for lunch rush hours. If service can be a bit faster, this place can be an ideal place to eat at.

pleasantly surprised with the chicken adobo here. the chimichurri sauce was so delicious and chicken was not dry at all smoked brisket sandwich is a skip imo. meat and bun were dry and you're better off going to three broomsticks rather than getting this sandwich. potatoes were good though

Cafeteria style in which you grab a tray, and are able to grab a few food items yourself such as dessert or salad; and order your main entree at the counter then pay at the register. Don't forget to show your annual pass for a discount! On this visit, I just got the beef empanadas, which were served with a side of chimichurri sauce. The filling was hot and flavorful, and the dough was crispy and not too thick. One of the best things I ate that day at universal!

We took a break from waiting in lines to eat at Jurassic Cafe. We chose this place because they had the signature theme park food of turkey leg, but they serve it in a plate with potato wedges here instead of ala carte (which they had at the Universal snack bar on the upper level). There was a 15min short wait to place our orders. There was an option to order online via scanning a QR code, but the online menu wasn't comprehensive and was missing items such as the soup bread bowls. We got the clam chowder and beef chili bread bowls for ~$16 each, and the turkey leg plate for $18. The prices were reasonable for theme park food, and the portion and taste were also pretty reasonable as well. The only downside for this cafe was its cleanliness, as there was no one cleaning the dining area, and so there were leftover food and garbage around.

We were starving so we decided to get a quick bite before our afternoon reservation at Toad Cafe. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here. I honestly wish I went to the nearby Panda Express instead. This brisket sandwich was one of the saddest things I've eaten in a while. And the fries were so dry they got stuck in my throat LOL. General tip for everything at Universal is ordering ahead on the app. Make sure you push the button on the app that says you have arrived so they can start preparing your food. We got to wait comfortably at a table while others had to stand in a line that went out the door.

Current rating of this café seems extremely accurate. The service is friendly-ish as in helpful but not really friendly. The establishment is clean-ish. The table seem to be wiped down, but it's an amusement park and the food was not able to make any customizations like a simple request to not have blue cheese not on a salad gets denied with, "oh their premade" the carnivore burger had OK flavor and the portions were a decent size overall mid to average experience we appreciate the Tapatio that's the only reason why you got the third star

Terrible experience. We walked out with no food. When I went to pick up my mobile order for the family feast, we were told to wait for the chicken, 10 minutes. 10 minutes later we're told the rice came out undercooked?? 10 more minutes. After nearly waiting for an hour after ordering, we're still being told that it's gonna be 10 minutes for rice. Wtf? The entire time too we were offered potato wedges instead of rice, but why even offer rice in the menu because that's what we originally wanted and paid for. I got a refund, but they will not give you compensation for your time or hunger or stress from their incompetence and negligence to inform us of how long the wait will be. Never coming here again. Go somewhere else, y'all.

Word of advice: don't come here just before closing. I have been here a couple of times before and enjoyed the mojo pork. However, the pork looked dry this time, so I decided to try the chicken adobo. It was underwhelming. It was a bit dry, and while the rice and veggies on the side tasted good, the chicken left much to be desired. I'm not sure what flavor they were going for with chicken adobo (the adobo I'm familiar with is Filipino and deliciously sour), but I don't think this was it. I also wanted to get the pyroraptor refresher, but they actually stopped making it at that point (even though it was still about 1 hour before closing). Honestly, if I were to rate the food on this visit alone, I would give it 2 stars. However, because I've had better experiences there in the past, I chalked it up to 3 stars. This is a fast casual establishment with dining hall/cafeteria style lines.

The service here was pretty mid honestly I felt like they could have gone a little faster with the food. And my burger was a little dry but it tasted good. And my family really liked the turkey legs that they got.

I highly encourage to download the app snd order online for pick up. So much easier and she's the stress out of waiting in line and you can choose when you want to pick up. You can't ask for more convenience Then food was decent. Expensive but not as bad as anticipated. Ordered the chicken burger, empanadas chicken and the Brazilian cheese appetizers. Everything was tasty and maybe I was just hungry but at that moment tasted wonderful. I definitely would eat here again. Our number wasn't up yet in sequential order but since we were waiting the team prepared it. We were ok with that.

Pretty mid but not as mid as most amusement park spots to eat. Cafeteria style. Super long lines and expected over inflated prices. So many things looked very dry. I ended up getting the beefs empanadas and fries because it's so hard to mess up on that. Was fine. Service was fine too and pretty nice folks. Nothing out of the ordinary obviously not extraordinary

You can expect all of the restaurants to be super packed at Universal Studios Hollywood. From waiting in line to getting our food, it took well over an hour and a half. Cashiers had a nasty attitude as well. This might have been one of the worst experiences I had. Food was very mediocre. Definitely not worth the price point or value. Go somewhere else.

In desperate need of some fuel after waiting in line for the various attractions and some intense rides. First time trying the cafe, and had a good experience with their food. The selections here are decent and portions are good, definitely will get you full.

We were thinking to try Three Broomsticks at Universal Studios but the line was super long. So we changed our mind to try other places instead and we picked Jurassic Cafe at Universal Studios for lunch. It was better than what I expected though. We had Isla Chicken Sandwiches ($13.99 x 2), Mojo Pork ($15.99), beef sliders kids meal ($7.99), 2 large fountain drink Coke 32 oz ($5 x2), all for $68 including tax, that's pretty good at Universal Studios. The portion of the chicken sandwich was huge!!! the seasoned fries were delicious and crispy! I'm glad that I picked Mojo Pork (pulled pork) instead of Isla burger because I wanted to try some Costa Rica food. The Mojo pulled pork was in a large portion with black bean rice and it was delicious. The only con- kids meal was kinda small for the beef sliders though. Overall it was a satisfying and fulfilling meal.

Since I was a kid, this was always one of my favorite spots to eat. I love the upstairs area for a quieter get away. The food is fairly decent for the theme park, and the service is usually pretty quick. Slightly biased as this is one of my favorite attractions and love the Jurassic universe. This is a must dine if you have a Jurassic fan in your party!

Scrambled eggs tasted like cardboard. Bacon was cold. Service is cafeteria style and the ambiance was giving forgotten child. Definitely never coming back here. Didn't even take a picture of the food it was so disgusting. I hate wasting food but had to throw away the rest of my plate.

Best restaurant is universal studios! Ordered the brisket sandwich and the chowder bread bowl. Great portions, good flavor, and fast service. Plenty of seating inside and a couple of tables outside. I would definitely come here again. The chowder bowl is better than the one served in dca although not as big.

Came here for a late lunch on a Tuesday. We were in the Super Nintendo Land section so we were looking for something in the lower lot that wasn't hot dogs, pizza, or Panda Express. Hoping since we are here to have some themed food. Something a little special. Cafeteria style. So it looks like the menu changes up once in a while! When we came here in October 2023 the chicken dish was a half chicken adobo. Should have tried ordering through the app/online because the line was long! The family feast actually doesn't appear to be any better financially than if you were to order everything separately. The day we went the family feast was 2 beef empanadas, the chicken adobo, hummus, and kettle chips for $69.99. We ordered chicken adobo, isla chicken sandwich, one order of beef and one order of chicken empanadas. (Each order of empanadas comes with two pieces!) The chocolate tres leches cake, and Brazilian cheesy bread. Plus a bottle of water. The total was about $80. Chicken adobo was okay. Some parts were dry. But huge portion. I like that you can opt out of the vegetables (bell peppers and onions). The green sauce for the empanadas was a touch spicy but good. The beef empanada were better than the chicken imo. I was told the chicken sandwich was okay. The tres leches cake just tasted like a very moist chocolate cake. Portions were generous. We didn't finish everything between three people. Leaving most the chicken. The cheesy bread was not good... Seating inside can be limited. We ended up eating outside. The park is kept very clean so no issues with bugs. For theme park food it was okay. Of course it's going to be expensive and your standards won't be high. Side note. Some Karen was demanding a refund because his chicken dish has bones in it. Maybe the line would have moved a lot faster without him holding everyone up. That's why I'm not knocking the slow service very much.

Under Yelp rec, I ordered the mojo pork. It did not disappoint. Each ingredient exploding in flavors. The corn bread and black bean rice gave great texture as the the sour cream and and salsa gave it the oomph. I had a feeling I would regret it but against the voice in my head, I ordered the passion fruit lemonade. It came with popping boba. Not for me, tasted very sweet and artificial. Syrupy. Would not order again.

I came here the Thursday before Christmas, and I loved my dining experience here. On a cold and rainy Thursday, anyone would love to be indoors to eat amazing food. I ordered the Smoked Brisket Sandwich, and it was pretty good. The beef brisket inside the sandwich was not dried out and it had a similar taste to a Korean BBQ beef brisket. I was completely satisfied with my meal. There are other food items that I hope to try in the future such as the Bread Bowls. The servers were also good workers and they seemed to have a lot of fun working in the back. The place is clean as expected even on a rainy day. If I had to choose between this place and Toadstool Cafe... it's probably a tie.

You have to give a handicap to amusement park food--it's not going to be stellar, and you're going to pay triple for it. That said, I paid $30 for the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. This fried chicken was so dry it sucked all the moisture out of the air and probably also my soul. I couldn't get through even half of the sandwich. The Brazilian cheese bread was equally inedible. I nearly chipped a tooth. Basically, these things have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and no amount of condiments will save them. MAYBE if you get a fresh batch it's good, but there was just no way. I wasted over $30 on inedible food. I don't know if amusement park counter service even has an option for a refund, so I didn't bother.

Avoid this place and try for Panda Express around the corner instead. At least you know you could probably find something you can eat there and it'd be at least decent or better. Between the burger and the turkey leg, the burger was better. It's not a great burger at all but that tells you how bad the turkey leg was. The turkey leg was very dry and unseasoned. The only good parts of it were the innermost layers of meat closest to the bone. The upper layers of meat were completely overcooked and dried out. One thing that was authentic was that in prehistoric times, the idea of seasoning food maybe didn't exist, and they preserved that faithfully with this turkey leg. Very little flavor to speak of and zero love from whomever/whatever is preparing the food overall.

I made the mistake of trying this place. We had warning signs, nobody was in there when they opened. Figured we would try a quick waffle and the price shock was undeniable. $20 for a trash waffle and sausages. Just don't do it!

Basic breakfast offerings. Not the greatest but my kids enjoyed it. Cafeteria style ordering type restaurant. I would rather get breakfast at Three Broomsticks.

Staff are friendly and the place very clean. My son wanted breakfast after we got off a ride. He ordered a breakfast platter that included scrambled eggs, country potatoes and bacon. The country potatoes were flavorful and you can never complain about bacon tbh but the eggs were a little on the bland side. I will still come back to try other items on menu.

I came back to eat here after 2 years and what a disappointment. The menu has been completely changed to a generic menu consisting of flavorless burgers over cooked nuggets and turkey leg at theme park prices. I don't know why they change the menu. Before it was unique and different. Now it's just more of the same you can find anywhere. I wouldn't eat here again.

Overpriced as you would expect. The turkey leg was extremely dry - the dry meat was hard and non-edible. The fries tasted old. You ever buy fries and leave them in the fridge overnight? Similar texture to that. The isla burger was a plain burger, honestly would have preferred a McDouble over this.

Jurassic Cafe - BREAKFAST I never have high expectations for theme park food, but we needed a quick bite for breakfast on our last trip to Universal and Jurassic Cafe hit the spot. This restaurant is located right next to the entrance for the Jurassic World ride. There is a ton of seating both inside and outside. And during the breakfast hours, there is not much of a crowd. The breakfast menu is pretty simple. There is a Breakfast burrito, a waffle and a traditional all American type breakfast. We ordered breakfast burritos and a waffle. And to my surprise, the breakfast burrito was decent in taste and portion size. 2 people can easily share a burrito if needed. The burrito had sausage, scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes. In the condiment section the had little packets of Tapatio which was nice too. The waffle was Belgian style and covered in blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, whipped toppings. Both of the items were about $11 which was reasonable again for a theme park. Overall, we would definitely consider eating here again on a future trip.

Good for lunch, much better than anywhere we ate at Disneyland. A friend politely ordered food for her family and our family while waiting for us to get off of a ride. It looked like a feast to me and I was worried it would be heavy and make us feel bad but the quality was good and importantly it didn't make us feel groggy and tired after. The menu is always changing so some of these items might not be available all the time. Turkey Leg with Fries, so appropriate for the Jurassic Park theme, a huge caveman style turkey leg, tender with good skin. So tasty and easily shared with 3 adults and 4 children all getting a bite from it. This was very tender compared to turkey legs you get at the fair. Pulled pork with rice and beans, the thing that looks like a tortilla is a thin layer of corn bread, tasted great and the chimichurri was really high quality. Tasty, most of the plate vanished even my baby liked the rice and beans. Brisket sandwich, came with a lot of meat but didn't feel heavy somehow. The coleslaw in it was not overly saucy and the meat snapped when you pulled on it and didn't just pull apart easily, indicative of well cooked brisket. Big thing to note is meat is not smoked.

Turkey leg was huge! Ate it for lunch and dinner (ate half and saved the rest for later). Service was a little slow but, if you're at the park with friends or family, someone can grab a bite for everyone waiting in line for the Jurassic World ride.

Overpriced rubbish!!! Line was an hour long, food was sloppy & bland, ice machine was spitting out ice constantly & all over the floor, kids sliders looked less than school/hospital cafe quality.... Pass on this place!

Bottom Line: Bad food yet incredibly expensive. $30 for a hotdog?! The world must think we have completely lost our minds I brought my family to Universal for the first time and I have to say that for the most part we enjoyed ourselves. As I always do, I loaded down my backpack with food in order to try and avoid getting food at the park as it's notoriously bad. As the day dragged on and we ran out of food, we dropped in here for a late lunch and I was kind of blown away at how bad it was. We ordered the chicken sandwich, a couple Hamburgers, the hummus plate and one of the salads. Our sons' favorite meal in the world is Hamburgers and he had two bites of his and wouldn't touch it again. After he put it down, I tried it and I knew why right away. Not only did it look like a hockey puck, it kind of tasted like a hockey puck. I'm not sure if they burned it, or what spices they add to it to give it it's 'flavor' but it was pretty bad. Our daughter is the picky one so we just got her the cheese bread to eat and she never finished an entire roll. The salad was literally just a pile of shredded cabbage with some canned fruit on top - it was sad. Sadly, the 'best' choice at the table was probably mine and that was the chicken sandwich. It was very hard (can we spin that as 'overly crispy'?) but the inside wasn't horrible. I ate the entire thing as I was super hungry from slogging around the park for most of the day. The veggies on top made it palatable. I'm lookin through the reviews and who is giving this place 5 stars? This place is the pinnacle of the culinary arts?! Highest review possible?! Sui G should have her Elite badge taken away for giving this place 5 stars - that's just rediculous. So this lunch was almost $100 for food that was barely edible and some of it wasn't. The burger $17 ..... and AMAZING burgers shouldn't be $17 How does anyone justify charging $30 for a hotdog? That's insanity

Expensive and long long long lines! The food was decent and mid at best! At least it was edible and tasted alright. The place is crowded and filled with too many people.
