Jurassic Outfitters

Located inside the Jurassic Park section of Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, this is the shop for your Jurassic Park merch. It is the exit for the River Adventure ride and you'll find two of those "drying" machines you can stand in that will help dry you off from the water that the ride sprayed on you. It's a system! You don't need to ride to shop. Inside, tshirts, hats, masks, toys, jackets, mugs, and more. Yes, it's all extremely expensive and I regret that I bought a $28 coffee mug for my daughter but it does come with the "I bought it at Universal Studios" story. The dudes working the register were really nice but no Jeff Goldblum or Chris Pratt to be seen.

Obviously everything's overpriced, it's a theme park, that's what they do. That's not my problem with it. My problem is with customer service. My brother didn't pack an extra set of clothes and just wanted to buy a pair of shorts to change into. The selection was dismal and the prices were high but the look on the employee's face is what really did it for me. Luckily, I'm a mom and I was born 40 so I had extra changes of clothes for me, my husband, and our toddler so I just had him borrow a pair of my husband's shorts. The glare and sassiness were unnecessary.

as with all of the theme park shops this shop was overly expensive. i bought only a single lanyard and i still ended up paying almost $15. on the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful and finding what you wanted was reasonably easy. if you want some JP merch from your hols this is the place to go... well if you have money spare. ;-)

There's always something amazing about walking into this shop and seeing all the merchandise. Me (because I love Jurassic Park) am always excited after I'm done with all of the wet rides, so I can go buy some Dinosaurs!

Today I visited the universal studios store trying to get my holiday tree pamphlet stamped and the employee Christina was absolutely awful to us in the store. I should have spoken to a high manager about her inappropriate and rude behavior but was so shaken up and upset I just wanted out of the store. She had attitude from the start and can’t imagine universal studios would want to employ someone with her ridiculous behavior. SOMEONE TALK TO THIS MEAN WOMAN PLEASE. Usually have great experiences in the park but this 100% was not one and ruined a portion of our day.

This store has plenty of Jurassic park shirts, toys, etc. the staff was helpful and had a good time looking around.

Find official Jurassic Park apparel, hats, toys, adventure gear, mobile chargers, and more here at Jurassic Outfitters. The beach towels come in handy after the Jurassic Park River Adventure splash. I personally gravitated towards the hats and t-shirts. If you love Jurassic Park/Jurassic World, then this souvenir shop is right up your alley. I'd recommend the safari hat or brown tie-dye shirt. If I had a second vacation to Island of Adventure I'd definitely find myself visiting here again. I'm definitely glad I visited Jurassic Outfitters during my stay in Orlando.
