Just Between Friends Coffee

Lovely friendly staff. I had a flat white which was very smooth and not bitter. Not as strong as I’m used to, but nice. Only downside is the actual vibe you get when entering the cafe. The interior is terrible. Whoever is in charge of the decor should sack themselves lol. You basically get the vibes of a messy apartment. I appreciate it’s a tiny place but a lot can be done to make it ‘feel’ roomy and inviting. The shelves are stacked to the top like it’s a Cash&Carry store. I’m not sure it is because you don’t have a store room? I’ve been to many tiny coffee shops that give out good energy. Please work on this because the coffee is great

Small independent coffee shop in the Northern Quarter. They have indoor & outdoor seating area. Worth to try their pistachio latte (seasonal) and ask for less sugar/syrup if you like it less sweet.

Ancoats part of the city with nice selection of speacilaty coffee bars. This was my fav one with cute entrance and quality flat white or espresso.

I always pop by here when I need a coffee fix in Manchester, it’s just so consistent which explains why it’s always so busy Their specials menu is also worth a try and the shop area is also well stocked (I bought my all time favourite chilli oil here) but overall if you’re looking for good quality coffee, friendly service and a laid back vibe this is your spot!

I had a delightful experience at Just Between Friends Coffee! Enjoyed a delicious skinny flat white and toasted banana bread. Perfect spot to catch the Champions League game while visiting from London. Only downside is they close at 16:00, but overall, highly recommend for a cozy and satisfying coffee stop!

Really enjoyed it here. Love their causes, love the vibe and love the drinks! Came here for a quick matcha with coconut milk and vanilla syrup and it was wonderful. Next time I'll remember to mention I want it iced because I got so excited there that I forgot 😅 coming again soon next time I change stations between Victoria and Piccadilly.

I go to this cafe almost every weekend (a little less recently because it gets very busy so I try to go mid week before work) the staff have always been very polite and accommodating whenever I’ve been. The coffee is good and the pasteries are really nice. The price is also really reasonable for central Manchester. The only downside is how busy it gets but it’s great to see them getting the business they deserve.

Very lovely coffee shop. I ended up here as it was one of the only places open before 9am. They have a nice range of different coffees and cakes. Staff are super lovely and attentive.

The bagels are lovely. So is the coffee. The seating is interesting, probably perfect for little sprites and fairy's... but for a grown man it was a little tight on the legs. Service was fast and friendly, would recommend. (Especially to elven individuals)

On my coffee tour of Manchester, this was my 2nd stop. While there wasn't much seating space at this place, it was very nice small hidden gem. Very covid secure, where you ordered at the window hatch, and then they went and made the drink and placed it on the table next to the hatch when it was ready. I ordered a simple cappuccino and it was delicious. They added chocolate without me even asking for it so if you don't want the powdered chocolate on top of the cappuccino, you would probably have to say but I thought it was great and a nice addition. They had their own disposable, recyclable cups and it was an all around great experience. 10/10 would recommend and will for sure go back here next time I'm in the area.

This is a really nice little coffee shop in Northern Quarter, it's small but chic with a nice vibe to it. The coffee is really good here, and they have lots of non dairy milk options too, like soya and oat milk. There's not much seating, they have a few indoor seats and two tables outside. Service was good and I really enjoyed the coffee here.

I have only been here once for an espresso macchiato and a peanut butter ball, but both were high quality. The place is tiny, but there are a couple of sitting spots. Worth a stop when in the area.
