Juste Debout School Paris

This is a hard review for me to write, as I love Bruce and Vanessa, but their business practices are very poor. I only have two experiences with Juste Debout and neither have gone well. I went on the 1st Juste Debout cruise but it was a mess! We were told we bought packages that included WiFi, the boat’s drink package, and a larger room. None of these things were true! We in turn we had multiple unexpected charges and was not refunded! I did have a blast though and it was their first cruise event sooooo I signed up for cruise number two! After paying for 3/4ths of my ticket, disaster struck. My mother passed away! I reached out to Vanessa to make sure if I cancelled, I’d get my money back and if I wouldn’t I would figure out how to finish my payments anyway. She told me that per their terms, well here’s word for word what I was told “According to our Terms and Conditions, any cancellation request from a participant must be based on serious reasons, such as a serious illness or the death of a close relative, and must be supported by official documentation (medical certificate, death certificate, etc.). As we are currently more than 90 days away from departure, our standard policy provides a 50% refund of the total amount for any valid cancellation – provided that the above conditions are met.” So, I cancelled and got her the death certificate as soon as it arrived. I was denied anything! No refund, no partial refund, not even schwag for my troubles!!! My disappointment didn’t end there! My best friend was still attending as this is her birthday present to herself. Before she left, I had to check in on her app as I was still connected to her room!!! Why?!? Then once the cruise started it was like they were trying to torture me as I began receiving group messages about all the fun stuff happening!!! WTH! Not to mention my best friend ended up having to pay for her WiFi again this time!!! I love dance and what Juste Debout is doing for the world of dance but please don’t trust your money to them. They can’t seem to get it together!!!

These are the two dancers I admire the most. It's just a dream for me to get into this class because I live in a very poor country, Sri Lanka.

The logo says it all best dance school in the world! Best dance teachers that care and push you beyond your limits! Just go and see for yourself

Ça commence à faire quelques mois que je vais la bas pour des cours open. Le studio est toujours niquel et les profs sont bien choisis. Il y a souvent des workshops c'est très vivant. Les prix sont intéressants également 👌

Avec "l'arrivée" de mes filles, je n'y suis pas retourné depuis, au moins 6/7ans. En y revenant je constate que l'accueil y est toujours chaleureux et plein de bienveillance (ça me surprend toujours un peu). On est vraiment comme à la maison. Les cours sont de qualité, chaque combinaison est bien disséquée (on ne se contente pas juste d'une simple chorégraphie.). C'est vraiment agréable de repartir avec de la satisfaction et des nouveaux pas. 😊🙏🏾

Prof de hip hop qui n'est jamais là, annule ses cours à la dernière minute ou arrive en retard d'une heure. Bien dommage, je vais devoir arrêter ses cours, à cause de ce manque d'assiduité.

Une cette école de danse est très appréciée des élèves pour la qualité des cours dispensés, l'expertise des enseignants et la variété des styles de danse proposés. Avec une ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse au sein de l'école, créant ainsi une atmosphère propice à l'apprentissage et à la progression de chacun.
