What more can I say about Justin, that hasn't already been said? Is it pricy? YES! Are the wines worth it? In my opinion, YES!!
As far as I'm concerned, all of the wines that Justin makes, especially the reds, are as if their wine maker asked me specifically what I wanted them to make for my drinking pleasure. This was our first visit, and I understand that Justin was recently purchased by the Fuji Water people, so I don't know if that makes a difference from what they were like before. We sat outside on a beautiful, covered patio with views of the surrounding gardens, vineyards, and hillsides. NOTE: They have a couple EV charging stations in their parking lot.
WINES: The service was exemplary. Stephanie poured for us, and she was so friendly, and her pours were generous. My wife and I shared both the standard wine flight, and the premium flight, but we also received several other pours, including the '18 Platinum Reserve Cab. Sauv. Most of Justin's wines are made of French varietals (Cab. Sauv., Cab. Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah, Petite Syrah, and Petit Verdot). As I stated earlier, we loved everything and decided to take 8 bottles home with us. Therefore, we joined the Wine Society club, which saves you 20% off your wine and merchandise purchases. It also includes 20% off dinner service at the restaurant, accommodations at the JUST Inn, free tastings, and much more. Then after you join, you can upgrade your membership to one of several "exclusive" clubs, which can get you up to 30% off your purchases. The minimum commitment is only 6 bottles, twice a year. You can also enjoy lunch during your visit (served Thur - Mon 11 am - 2:30 pm), but we didn't take advantage of that on this visit.
In summary, even though the price for tasting is on the high side, and the bottle prices can be steep (unless you're a club member), I definitely think it's worth a visit, at least once in your life. The wines and service are to a level you would expect for the cost. I highly recommend.
