They picked up my package at my doorstep, and notified me promptly when I needed to pay extra due to the package's weight. They then got my package to the U.S. within a week of me registering it with them, and all the materials in the package arrived safely and intact. The smooth shipping process is definitely worth the high price!

This is my third year shipping with Justship. I must say every time i sent a parcel it has been a very pleasant experience with the team. They are very knowledgeable and answered my queries about shipping restrictions, esp foodstuffs. They even provide samples of how to fill in declaration in a clear and concise way so that there will b e no unnecessary delay. My most recent shipment was mooncakes to Seoul for my Korean tea her to celebrate Chuseok. I had so many queries because Korean customs are very strict about mooncakes. Ashley and Chloe have been so polite, sincere and reassuring. They both shared objectively based on their experiences of handling similar shipments. They were patient and reassuring, sharing Justship’s helpful links and also explaining thoroughly to me. Their cheerfulness and politeness, prompt and reassuring support no matter the time of day, gave me peace of mind whenever i sent my parcels. I am so blessed that they were the customer service team that has assisted me for these 2 years. Justship will always be my go-to shipper because they are reliable, efficient, sincere and competent, and their excellent customer support is a big plus point! I used JustShip recently to ship my ereader device to Hong Kong for repair/replacement. The application process was so easy for someone who is not familiar with complex courier application process, and the customer service chat was very responsive in helping me to address questions during the application process. I managed to complete the application in less than 15 mins and the team collected my item the next day for packing. I strongly recommend their service for a fuss-free experience. Background context: I went to local post office twice to seek support but apparently they don’t support the shipment of ereader device overseas, and I was only notified about it after filling up the complex form.

The cost of having my parcel(s) shipped to the US isn't cheap at all but the experience with Justship is as effortless and hassle-free as I could imagine. Customer service is extremely quick to reply too through whatsapp messenger. I greatly appreciate the friendly courier who came to collect the parcels. The parcels arrived quickly and safely apart from one small breakage which is probably my own fault for not packing the parts more securely. Will definite use your service again if the need arises and the budget allows!
