It was my first time sending a parcel to UK, Liverpool from Singapore and tbh i was pretty scared lol (scared of being overcharged) However, JustShip really exceeded my expectations. The process was very smooth and hassle free. Their website is also very transparent on the shipping prices! Customer Service on their Whatsapp is also very quick to reply and friendly. Basically you can choose whether you wanna pack the parcel yourself which can help you save a bit of money, or just handover the parcel to the delivery man and the team will pack it for you. Don’t have to worry if you paid more in their website. JS will pack, and do the calculations on their end. If you paid more, they will refund you the remaining money after the Pre and Post verification. They also provide you a tracking number so you know where your parcel is at. I will definitely choose JS again if I need to ship another parcel overseas. :D

I had a smooth and virtually fuss-free experience shipping with JustShip. Was trying to get a package to the U.S. and managed to input the details with almost no hassle via JustShip. They picked up my package at my doorstep, and notified me promptly when I needed to pay extra due to the package's weight. They then got my package to the U.S. within a week of me registering it with them, and all the materials in the package arrived safely and intact. The smooth shipping process is definitely worth the high price!

I arranged for my parcel to be delivered to USA via Just Ship on Monday . This morning I received an update with photo proof via FedEx that item had been delivered and my sister has rcvd it. This is my third year shipping with Justship. I must say every time i sent a parcel it has been a very pleasant experience with the team. They are very knowledgeable and answered my queries about shipping restrictions, esp foodstuffs. They even provide samples of how to fill in declaration in a clear and concise way so that there will b e no unnecessary delay. The service is very prompt and efficient right down to the couriers who are always punctual. I also like their packing service as all my parcels arrived intact and in good condition. My most recent shipment was mooncakes to Seoul for my Korean tea her to celebrate Chuseok. I had so many queries because Korean customs are very strict about mooncakes. Ashley and Chloe have been so polite, sincere and reassuring. They both shared objectively based on their experiences of handling similar shipments. They were patient and reassuring, sharing Justship’s helpful links and also explaining thoroughly to me. Their cheerfulness and politeness, prompt and reassuring support no matter the time of day, gave me peace of mind whenever i sent my parcels. I am so blessed that they were the customer service team that has assisted me for these 2 years. Justship will always be my go-to shipper because they are reliable, efficient, sincere and competent, and their excellent customer support is a big plus point! The application process was so easy for someone who is not familiar with complex courier application process, and the customer service chat was very responsive in helping me to address questions during the application process. I managed to complete the application in less than 15 mins and the team collected my item the next day for packing. I strongly recommend their service for a fuss-free experience. Background context: I went to local post office twice to seek support but apparently they don’t support the shipment of ereader device overseas, and I was only notified about it after filling up the complex form.
