Justus Orchard

Our favorite orchard. We recently visited Hendersonville for the first time and visited 3 orchards. This one was our favorite. They offer a military discount too. We loved all the bakery items, they have some different ones. Prices on apples were better than some places. We will be coming back.

Overall great experience! Lots of kid friendly activities- the ticket booth could have been better staffed and more informative, but lines were very reasonable and kids had a blast.

I took my granddaughter there who’s 3. The two play areas designated for her age range ( especially the jumping area) are not very safe. The jumping area for the older kids is designed safer than the area for smaller kids. We paid for this experience however the teenage staff member wouldn’t allow us to let our granddaughter in the safer area. We left feeling cheated!! We went to Grandads Apples where the play area was FREE & very safe for kids. Lesson learned for us. If your kid is not at least 5 years old I would highly suggest you not bring them. The jumping area for small kids is not very safe. Kids can fall off the edges unlike the area for older kids where they roll off.

Our first trip to Justus Orchard and we loved it. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We sampled several varieties of apples and found some new favorites. Looking forward to going back in the fall.

Such a cool place to check out and kick back for a few! My wife and I came to Hendersonville originally for the apple festival and the traffic was INSANE so we headed towards Grandads apples which is a go-to for us and then we seen the sign for this place and said screw it let’s go here and check this out and man are we glad we did! The employees were super nice for being how hectic it was, the apple empanada and fritter’s are AMAZING! My wife got the cider float and I got a large cider slush and was delicious! So good we also nabbed a gallon of cider to bring home!

Beautiful afternoon, sipping hard cider and eating apple dumplings. Friendly and helpful staff. We couldn't leave without fresh apples, tomatoes and the corn on the cob was out of this world.

Wow! A beautiful orchard with a bountiful supply of fresh apples that knock your socks off with the first crisp bite. Suddenly I’m envisioning myself in the kitchen and cooking apple pie, apple strudel, apple donuts, apple cake and apple soufflé, not to mention having an apple martini 😊 Speaking of that, Justus Orchard has a tap room that serves BEER AND WINE while you enjoy the incredible scenery, eat snacks and co-mingle with friends and family. Did I mention that they serve BEER AND WINE? Even on Sunday? I have found my new favorite Apple orchard. Will definitely return ASAP. Don’t walk, RUN to this place! Wake the kids and phone the neighbors! There is so much here for kids to do! A train! Two bouncy pads! A playground! This place is amazing!

Awesome place! Perfect for a family apple picking adventure. Not as crazy as some of the other orchards around, and the orchards themselves are very easy to get to. Wonderful staff, beautiful views and great food! Side note though, the women's restroom had excrement in one of the stalls on the floor. That was bizarre and super gross!
