Adding to the many 1 star google reviews for this company. I never received the eyeshadow palette I ordered. When I reached out to their customer service team, I was told that I could either pay to have it reshipped (?!), or accept store credit. I declined both options and instead requested a refund. I haven’t heard from them since. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before purchasing. A greedy company that should work on their customer service skills in order to retain customers.

It's actually a bit confusing to come to load here as a truck driver... the building outside says 700 but it's wrong and in the back there are 2 shopping centers, one is marked and the other one is not the one at Juvia's Place.... but it's in the first 2 ramps... the people are friendly and they loaded me quickly....

Ik heb mijn bestelling nooit ontvangen, de medewerkster van Juvias place gaf aan dat mijn bestelling geweigerd werd aan de deur en daarom terug ging. Dat is niet zo, er is nooit een bezorg poging gedaan. Nu heb ik contact opgenomen waarbij mij verteld werd dat ik de verzendkosten opnieuw moest betalen dan kon ik mijn bestelling alsnog ontvangen. Dit wou ik doen maar ik heb nog steeds geen invoice ontvangen en de medewerkers zijn nooit meer op mijn mails terug gekomen. Ik heb nu geen bestelling en ben het geld ook kwijt!
