I recently stayed at JW Marriott with my cousin, who was visiting from overseas and is a frequent Marriott guest globally—and now I can see why.
Even as a local, it felt like a genuine little escape without leaving the city. We enjoyed access to the Executive Lounge, and the happy hour was a real highlight: a well-curated selection of drinks, thoughtful bites, and a calm, elegant atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.
Dinner at Trivet Restaurant was equally impressive—beautifully prepared dishes, attentive service, and a setting that felt both stylish and welcoming.
Our room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a relaxing vibe that made it easy to unwind after a full day. I especially loved the amenities: the shampoo and conditioner were divine, and the bath minerals made the soak in the tub feel like a mini spa retreat.
Breakfast the next morning was another highlight. The buffet offered a generous variety, from fresh pastries to hot dishes, along with a well-curated selection of drinks. Service throughout our stay was consistently warm and welcoming.
The pool area includes a sauna and steam room, and the gym is conveniently located next to the pool, though we didn’t have time to use it on this visit.
Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience. A great option for hosting overseas guests—or for locals wanting a quiet, well-considered staycation.
