You can't go wrong with the JW. There service is top notch with the most helpful staff with big smiles. The hotel is well maintained and always very clean. The gym is large and rivals many paid gyms in the US. The rooms are good size with high quality finishes. I am never dissatisfied when I stay here. The only thing that could be improved is the exterior needs a good washing or new coat of paint.

Beautiful hotel with well appointed clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good, with lots of choices available. Room service dining was excellent, the quality was great, portions were plentiful and the service was excellent.

This hotel has always been great, but this trip has been even more exceptional. I don’t know how they can get more exceptional. Everybody was outgoing, helpful, kind polite I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much. This Hotel made me feel very special.

My experience here was outstanding, largely thanks to the incredible staff who truly made me feel at home. I stayed at the Executive Room, where the receptionist, Kajew, was a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond to assist with every request, making my stay exceptional. The service staff were also wonderful—special thanks to Danielle, Kwan, and Non, who were all truly exceptional. At every moment, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious, the drinks refreshing, and my room was always spotless and tidy. Whenever I called reception for anything, my requests were promptly and efficiently fulfilled. All of the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. I feel genuinely fortunate to have stayed here, and it’s their dedication that made my experience so memorable.

Hotel was conveniently located between Nana and Phloen Chit Stations. Within 10 minutes walking distance. Had a week's stay in a room with Club Lounge access. Room was clean and hygienic. However, heavy traffic could be heard in night time even on high floor. Service was excellent. Got access to the Lounge for drinks and food before the early check-in was arranged. Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails session were all inclusive. Not many choices but acceptable.

l want to sincerely thank Ms. Sasi, the Assistant Director of Rooms at JW Marriott Bangkok, for making our stay so special. From the moment we arrived, her kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and it meant so much to us. We also deeply appreciate her manager Maya for taking the time to personally reply to our heartfelt reviews, it shows how genuine the team’s commitment to guests really is. This warmth and care made our experience unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return soon.

This has been the most disappointing and stressful hotel experience I have ever had. Marriott is supposed to be a trusted global brand, but clearly they do not care about their guests even their loyal members. My issue was shared in full detail with my contact number and a chain of emails, yet instead of resolving it; they kept asking me to repeat every single day. The rooms are not cleaned properly and the housekeeping staff talk so loudly in the corridors that it feels like they are inside your room. They constantly move sofas and furniture creating loud banging and dragging noises with no respect for whether guests are sleeping or trying to rest. I am on vacation, yet I’ve spent more time chasing them for action than enjoying my trip. There is no urgency, no genuine concern and no respect for the guest’s time. Their replies are nothing but scripted apologies with zero real solutions. If this is how Marriott values its guests by ignoring their concerns, delivering poor service and dragging issues until you give up then I will never trust their name again. I will make sure others know how little they care so no one else wastes their time, money or peace of mind here.
