Beautiful hotel with well appointed clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good, with lots of choices available. Room service dining was excellent, the quality was great, portions were plentiful and the service was excellent.

This has been the most disappointing and stressful hotel experience I have ever had. Marriott is supposed to be a trusted global brand, but clearly they do not care about their guests even their loyal members. My issue was shared in full detail with my contact number and a chain of emails, yet instead of resolving it; they kept asking me to repeat every single day. The rooms are not cleaned properly and the housekeeping staff talk so loudly in the corridors that it feels like they are inside your room. They constantly move sofas and furniture creating loud banging and dragging noises with no respect for whether guests are sleeping or trying to rest. I am on vacation, yet I’ve spent more time chasing them for action than enjoying my trip. There is no urgency, no genuine concern and no respect for the guest’s time. Their replies are nothing but scripted apologies with zero real solutions. If this is how Marriott values its guests by ignoring their concerns, delivering poor service and dragging issues until you give up then I will never trust their name again. I will make sure others know how little they care so no one else wastes their time, money or peace of mind here.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service, especially considering I don’t hold any elite status with Marriott. From the moment I stepped in, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of—truly a testament to their professionalism and warmth.The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I also had the chance to try the dinner buffet, which was equally impressive. The quality and selection were top-notch.Even without any loyalty perks, I felt like a valued guest. The attention to detail and high level of service across all departments made this stay a standout. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to JW Marriott Bangkok.

This hotel is a jokeThe spa, sauna and swimming pool are all closed for renovation. You have to use the pool at Sharma hotel or Four Points Sheraton.Information was not reflected on trip.com app, and neither did the hotel email to inform me about these.Reception not apologetic at all.They charge circa./around $300 for one night at a club room, and yet guests will have to put up with 4-star hotel facilties.Guests who book a club room package (with breakfast) vs guests who book a club room package (without breakfast) get the same treatment. You don't get to dine at the main restaurant either way.Rooms are quite dark and dim.Breakfast at club lounge only had 3 main courses and 6 Indian courses (besides the standard of sausages, hash browns, and assortment of bread), which unfortunately does not take into consideration the dietary requirements of its guests.This ranks among the worst hotel breakfast that I have experienced in a 5-star hotel. It feels like a 3-star hotel breakfast.Beware and avoid this scam hotel at all costs. It is a joke.

One of the best hotel in Bangkok! The service is top notch. The room is spacious and I love how attentive they are, preparing special treatment each time I come back from a long day meeting. The bed is comfortable, you just want to hide under the duvet all day. But the best is the staffs, superb service and caring. Kudos to them! Will definitely come again.

Great experience while staying here. Staff are very hospitable and professional. There were many options for meals, and the location offers plenty of additional food and drink places within walking distance.

If you are looking for a night out in Bangkok this is a good but pricy choice. Nice room and breakfast as can be expected with the price. Good gym and small but OK pool. I arrived late 22:00 pm, but my room was not ready as previous guest was still in. Not what I expect from JW and the price I paid.
