Under the guidance of General Manager Peter Caprez, the entire team operates with a level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care that elevates every aspect of the stay.
Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly, attentive, and remarkably efficient. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the service was delivered with the natural graciousness that makes Thai hospitality so special. Whether at reception, concierge, restaurants, or housekeeping, the consistency of service truly reflects the strength of the hotel’s leadership and training.
A real highlight of the stay was the New York Steakhouse, which continues to set the benchmark for premium dining in Bangkok. The atmosphere is elegant with a great sense of occasion, the menu is superb, and the steaks are prepared with absolute precision. Combined with knowledgeable service and impeccable wine recommendations, it made for an exceptional dining experience.
