JW Marriott Hotel Beijing

I had a wonderful time staying at JW Marriott Beijing. Room is spacious and lots of space for putting luggage, washroom is much larger than regular hotel ones. Location is just perfect next to a shopping mall. Nothing to complain about and if I travel to Beijing next time I will choose again.

Good location in centre of Beijing. Easy check in, communal rooms large and comfortable. Staff friendly and welcoming. English spoken. Bedrooms large, clean, well- appointed with very comfortable beds guaranteeing a good night's sleep. Bathroom excellent. Breakfast offering Chinese and Western styles was superb. No complaints.

It is many years since I left. When I returned to the hotel, the service is as good as it was. I stayed at this hotel whenever I am in BJ. Despite being more than 10 years ago, the place still gives me a lot of positive memories|Location, comfort level, food and service- just great!|If anything their buffet spread for breakfast is even more extensive.|The Lobby cafe gives a good selection of food and fast service as we were rushing off ! Great response when we told them to help speed up the food|They did.|Overall I highly recommend the Chao Yang JW Marriott in Beijing. This is a different hotel from the JW Marriott in Central

Facilities and rooms were acc to expectations which you should have staying in JW Marriott - decent standard is part of the package you book. The package should come along with hospitality and smiling staff - unfortunately we did not experience this special JW feature during the one night stay - it is definitely a pity however there are so many other 5 star hotels in Beijing looking forward to receiving and welcoming customers - do never forget that customers are having their voice and finally are able to find better options …

Attentive and Great Service from the moment you stepped in.||Checking in was a breeze and front desk was very welcoming.|During the stay, housekeeping staff was excellent in my level 8 and I must commend them for their attentiveness as I required a pair of scissor and tape to secure my food stuff and they were very prompt and accommodative to help me on that.|Turn down service was spotless and even when my friend accidentally threw away something and requested for help, they were able to accommodate as well. |During checking out, the front desk even handed over a breakfast pack worried that I was taking such an early flight without food and even usher me to the lounge in the lobby to take a quick bite while waiting for my driver to arrive.|Kudos to JW Marriott Beijing, I will definitely return again for this impressive service and experience you had provided.

Our stay at JW Marriott Beijing was memorable. The hotel boasts an excellent location that provides great convenience for both business trips and leisure travel, with complete surrounding facilities. We're especially grateful to Ms. Wang Lingling, the floor supervisor on 19th level, whose thoughtful service exceeded all expectations. When she noticed we were traveling with a 3yo, she proactively provided corner guards for furniture - such attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. While we did experience an unfortunate incident during our stay (my laptop was mysteriously damaged), the hotel staff demonstrated professional attitude in assisting us despite the lack of surveillance footage. The hotel maintains outstanding service standards with well-trained personnel. The breakfast variety could be more extensive and flavors more refined, but these minor points don't diminish our overall satisfaction. I stayed two nights at this hotel. It is full service as one would expect. Nice interior and good amenities. My main issue was the room was too warm, 24-25 c no matter what I did with the heating and AC controls. I mentioned it to them and they said the AC is off and they opened a window slightly which made little difference and just brought in noise from the outside. After they provided a fan I put it by the small window opening and it dropped to a still warm 23c. I noticed the common areas like the executive lounge was too warm (even warmer than my room) and they openned windows a little. So it seems they have some heating issues at the hotel, as in too much and dont allow the ac's to be used to compensate for this. |The gym was good, there is a separate mens womans lockerroom with sauna, warm bath and steam room. Good amenities overall, and the hotel is next to a very high end mall, with more luxury good stores I knew of.

N The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to several excellent restaurants in the area. That said, there were a few issues that affected our stay. When we asked the front desk for a restaurant recommendation, they provided one without checking our preferences or budget. The meal ended up costing 800 RMB per person, which was unexpectedly expensive. Additionally, our room was situated too close to a service corridor. We were frequently disturbed by loud door noises and staff movement, which made it difficult to fully relax.
