JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata

This hotel is excellent. Comfortable beds. Great bathrooms with bath and walk in shower. Bedrooms are slightly “beige” but good quality bedlinen and lighting help make the rooms attractive but not stunning. Not overly keen on the glass desk and work chair in the room and would have appreciated a second armchair instead but it’s not a deal breaker. No great view for us but we appreciated the quality of the public spaces and attention to detail. Happy and helpful staff and a great breakfast. We enjoyed dinner here too. Lots of choice and the focaccia bread is superb. ||Very enjoyable stay and worth the money. Highly recommended.

The service staff who ensured our room was cleaned perfectly and on time also deserve a commendation. I had visited this hotel quite a long time ago. The interior is extremely grandeous just like its exterior part. Absolutely awesome environment. At the same time, the food is also quite good. Personally, I liked the starters very much and then I saw that food can be prepared as per one's wish just infront of a person. The halls are enormous and are simply mindboggling.

I came to JW Marriott kolkata for one night with my dad. Wish we could have stayed longer since the services and the room were top notch! The food at JW Kitchen were fantastic, as always! I wanted to give a big shoutout to Anushka and Rairma from the front office, who helped us get checked in and give us a room tour! The view was amazing (thank you, ladies!). They were very patient with answering our questions and were lovely to talk to. ||Then comes the F7B staff, wonderful wonderful team. I have to give a shoutout to Shyamal, Chef Rajiv, Birap during our dinner service and for breakfast *amazing selection, btw! Don’t miss it!), Vishwaraj, Bishal and Chef Shushobon. Thank you for making our dinning experience incredible!||And finally, another shout out from the front office team during our check out, Diya (who was training at that time when we visited) and Anamika. Thank you so much for taking the time to talk to me and being patient as I asked for a couple of pens! Our stay was memorable because of you all, the service, the warmth of every staff. Truly grateful to all of you! I hope I was able to get the spelling right. But if I didn't, I do apologize! We can’t wait to come back again and stay longer the next time!

An outstanding hotel in design, service and cuisine. We stayed for several days and all aspects of our comfort and hospitality were met throughout. Dedicated taxi services make the out of town location seamless for tourists and business travellers.

Very beautiful pool and hotel in general and very nice personel taking care of us to make sure we have everything we need. Great hospitality management. Bittu at the pool was particularly welcoming, taking care that we had water all the time and that we were having a good time, he was very kind and smily, I felt very good and safe :)

We went for buffet breakfast and never seen such a swift service that in such a crowded scene, not a single table was vacant for a min for 2 hours, we had breakfast peacefully with small kids, never had to ask anything twice, and never had to ask to clear table. Team's coordination was superb. What else u want to have a nice time with family. Kudos to the FnB team, highly impressed. Keep up the good team work.

An outstanding hotel, and general all round experience.||Superb quality throughout the entire hotel. Overall price was absolutely well worth it.||Great room, with superb amenities, bed and bathroom. Tons of space in the room with outstanding outside view.||Great breakfast with lots of choice, and the service here is top notch!||The gym is superb and Subhojit provides really good service.||Location wise it is very good with lots of nearby things.||Used the Spa, and it was well worth it.
