Welcome and assistance at reception/ front desk was a great and wonderful at the time of checking in. I must specifically appreciate Ms Umme Kulsum at front desk. The room was well maintained in terms of hygiene and comfort. Amenities are wonderful. The view from window was mesmerizing, all the staff are exceptionally humble and helping at any cost. Location of the hotel from Airport is also convenient. Food is very symptoms, variety of options in brekfast and lunch/ dinner. I must say this was wonderful stay.

An excellent property to stay with. All good experiences you can expect there. Staff is very supportive and clearly understood what you want and provide you full assistance. Food is also good but can't say outstanding as other services are.

Went for my younger cousin's birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised with a magician. He was extremely friendly and had some great tricks up his sleeve! Would love to come again for it <3

Always a good time here at JW Marriott, Kolkata. Adding to the experience we were offered a free upgrade as a bonvoy member perk by the very welcoming Miss Ume. Everything else was taken very good care of, thanks to her. Definitely deserves a shout out. Also great dine experience at Vintage Asia. Proper culinary delight. And hence we keep coming back.

Best, cleanest hotel in Kolkata. Business lounge is must visit. Breakfast spread is spacious, spa and gym is superb. Cleaners, laundry service is fast and efficient. Everyone is friendly in this property. Recommend

Kolkata is the city of joy This thing is very similar to this Hotel. Awesome place with lots of benefits. Everyone enjoys their own life. Food is like a fine test. Hospitality is also too good. Totally agree with the nice location.
