The service level is highly dissatisfying. The entire day of my stay, I've seen only one person in reception. As a result, there were no reply to my number of calls for different requirements. Happened to wait in que just to get a key. We are prefering such high profiles hotels during business trips, for using our precious hours for more productivity. But, the failiure of your service level will make our stay a nightmare. Please correct
