Well maintained property. Good service. Staffs were very active.

The service level is highly dissatisfying. The entire day of my stay, I've seen only one person in reception. As a result, there were no reply to my number of calls for different requirements. Happened to wait in que just to get a key. We are prefering such high profiles hotels during business trips, for using our precious hours for more productivity. But, the failiure of your service level will make our stay a nightmare. Please correct

Please dine in the hotel's "soul & spice" restaurant.||Great service and food of the highest calibre.||The restaurant manager and staff are kind and ready to assist the customer at all times. Every visitor is given personalised attention by Mr. Balbant Singh, and the best thing is that if you simply mention the kind of dish you'd like, he will immediately provide you options for taste and texture so you may receive exactly what you want.||The entire crew is disciplined and well-coordinated.

Comfortable Rooms | Great Facilities | Recommended —— Detailed Review Below —— Stayed here a few times over the years and have always found this to be an excellent choice for my business trips. The rooms are well-sized and comfortable. Their facilities (the gym, pools, lounges) are OK. The lounge and lobby, however, have been showing their age - and need a major overhaul. This hotel is a good enough option when traveling into Kuwait but sadly does not measure up to other JW Marriott locations worldwide. We held a business meeting here. Very easy to set this up. Great rooms, clean, large, and nice views. Good meeting rooms with excellent AV equipment. The staff is very accommodating. They have a shuttle to the airport. Adjacent to an overpriced mall. Good internet connection. Excellent breakfast buffet. Recommended.

Good hotel with a nostalgic vibe. It you love the Kuwait Sheraton you will find the JW Marriott pleasant at nearly half the cost. The location is ideal except for the bus station across the road which gets busy at sometimes creating excessive traffic, the customer service experience was great and the rates as I mentioned are good for a hotel at this level such a location. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. But let me talk about the very few areas for improvement: - The rooms were a bit darker than usual. I have a friend with difficulties in night vision and he found it difficult to stay in the room. - There was no power socket for charging near the bed, I had to leave my phone on the working desk across the room. It would have been much more easier if I could charge the phone in a more accessible area at night. - Although the hotel offers complementary water to the guests, housekeeping left only one bottle in the room. I had to call for more bottles every day. Some hotels leave 4-6 bottles in the room. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

Wonderful 5 star hotel with a good location near Kuwait’s downtown. This is my fourth stay in this hotel and we again enjoyed our stay and the rooms at club levels are spacious, very clean and well decorated; and it is very obvious that the hotel is very well maintained and being kept in an excellent condition. The hotel is adjacent to luxurious Al-Salhia mall with all markets’ famous brands. The club lounge is very relaxing and food varieties are excellent. I must admit and reiterate that the most important comment of all is the friendly and helpful hotel’s staff. Indeed, they are very well trained and customer’s oriented and always providing the assistance even without asking. Rooms facing the street has a better view from the rooms facing the other side of the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located and convenient for a business trip. The staff were really exceptional, especially at the Executive Lounge where I held business meetings. The bathrooms are a bit dated but the room was comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary airport shuttle. Overall great stay.
