JW Marriott Hotel Macau

Spent two nights again, having previously visited earlier this year. The service at the hotel is impeccable. This started already with check-in by Kava and Lydia, who acknowledged our return and made us feel valued. This should be the standard at hotels, but is so often lacking. Unfortunately our stay was impacted by guests smoking on non-smoking floors. The staff did everything to rectify this, including a move to a new room, air purifiers etc. Ultimately this issue is of course out of their control, but we appreciated the recovery efforts led by Tiffany and also with the follow-up by Don the day after. I don’t usually name drop in reviews, but I felt the service from the staff was sincere and they really made every effort to make our stay pleasurable despite the issues. This is a great hotel; aside from the excellent service the rooms are fantastic and there are great swimming amenities. A real shame that certain guests feel they can smoke anywhere they like.

We stayed here for celebrating our anniversary. The stay was memorable! I would like to express my appreciation to Eva and Joann from Front desk and guest relations! I felt their efforts to make our stay perfect. Cake, card and cardholders (that's really surprised) were full of love. Not only the check in process was good, but also the Exe lounge and the Urban Kitchen.|After check in we went to the Exe lounge, we got warm greetings from Jenny. We enjoyed the afternoon tea! In the evening, we booked the dinner buffet at the Urban kitchen, so many choices of food and drink! The guys were professional, I think they're supervisor or AM? Super friendly.|Not only the stay was perfect, but also the pre arrival experience. I would like to show my gratitude to Lydia, Zai, Vinny from GR, Melo from Concierge, Lina, Coco from the Urban Kitchen, who dealt with me thru emails, made our stay unforgettable and wanted to come back next year.

Amazing stay from check in to check out. Lovely upgrade to a suite. The executive lounge was good with nice food options and drinks. The JW pool was pleasant and there was access to the Galaxy slow river and slides. Lots of choices at breakfast with attentive service. The gym was good with up to date equipment and very clean. The spa (in the next door Ritz Carlton) was very relaxing. Four very small items that didn’t impact stay (1) options for both salted and unsalted butter should be provided - worked around this by adding salt to the butter (2) a plastic band would be preferable to the ink stamps stamped on hands as it does smudge on clothing and has to be scrubbed off - as soon as we received the stamp we scrubbed off (3) there wasn’t much floor room in the gym and no bars for use in for example weighted squats - worked around by using a towel and did floor work in front of the cross trainers and put 2 dumbells on my shoulders - not as comfortable but did the trick and (4) there was no where in the hotel to obtain a nightcap as the hotel bars seem to close at 9pm - as such we wondered to the Broadway area - c10 mins walk away. As I said very small items and would definitely stay again.

This is easily one of the best Marriott properties I have experienced. The room was clean, spacious, and modernly decorated, making it a very comfortable stay.||||What impressed me most was the outstanding customer service. As an elite member, I felt truly valued at this property. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the staff at the Executive Lounge went above and beyond to arrange a nice room for me. A special thanks to Young and Inga from the lounge, who made my stay especially memorable.||||This hotel represents the very best of Marriott hospitality, and it is one of the main reasons I look forward to visiting Macau again soon.

Once again, we had an amazing time at the Jw Macau. This is our go to place for the family and close friends. There are many activities to do for the whole family. We usually visit here twice a year. The service is always excellent and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Thank you to the entire staff for the memorable trip. We can’t wait to go back in the near future.

From walking in the door and being shown to check in the staff at the Marriot were freindly and helpfull throughout the stay. The room on 31st floor was immaculately clean and very spacious the lounge area food and drinks service was great too ||The pool area and the lazy river make the stay fly past( odd you need hand stamps but. Hey it doesn’t hurt ) ||The breakfast was really good great selection and fast service( we also had spoons and sugar o with the coffee something a lot of hotels seem|To struggle with ) ||The only complaint was there wasn’t a place to get a late|Night drink when returning from a|Show! Lobby bar closes at 9.30 And that’s about the only real critique I can give ||Well done to team jaw Marriot Macau can you please train other he’s staff please !

Macau JW Marriott Hotel is fantastic for parent-child trips!||Staying at Macau JW again after a year, my kid still couldn't forget Sky Wave Pool.|We were lucky to miss the previous typhoon signal. Today, the weather is perfect – nice and not hot at all.|We checked in at the executive lounge. This time, two Asian girls attended to us; they were extremely warm and patiently introduced all the hotel facilities. There are plenty of parent-child activities available.|The room setup is wonderful too. They gave my kid a bathrobe-wearing teddy bear, which is absolutely adorable.|A special shout-out to Victory and Ariel from the lounge staff – they were warm, patient, professional, and attentive.
