JW Marriott Hotel Macau

Macau JW Marriott Hotel is fantastic for parent-child trips!||Staying at Macau JW again after a year, my kid still couldn't forget Sky Wave Pool.|We were lucky to miss the previous typhoon signal. Today, the weather is perfect – nice and not hot at all.|We checked in at the executive lounge. This time, two Asian girls attended to us; they were extremely warm and patiently introduced all the hotel facilities. There are plenty of parent-child activities available.|The room setup is wonderful too. They gave my kid a bathrobe-wearing teddy bear, which is absolutely adorable.|A special shout-out to Victory and Ariel from the lounge staff – they were warm, patient, professional, and attentive.

We had an incredible stay at the JW Marriott Macao — the service was truly next level. The staff went above and beyond in every way, and to our surprise, they even decorated our room with birthday decorations and delivered a cake — without us even mentioning a birthday! It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made our stay feel extra special.||The hotel itself is stunning and well-maintained, with amazing amenities. We loved relaxing in the lazy river pool, and there were great food options both at the hotel and nearby. The location is perfect — conveniently connected to Galaxy Macau, giving us easy access to the casino, shopping, and transportation options.||From start to finish, everything was seamless and luxurious. Highly recommend JW Marriott Macao for anyone looking for a five-star experience with unmatched hospitality!

Perfect gateway from Hong Kong. It’s our 5th time staying JW Marriott hotel. Wonderful water park and very near our concert revenue. Convenient for everyone. Thank you Club lounge manager Inga always recognise and welcome us. See you soon again

Checked in quickly and went to executive lounge escorted by English speaking Soon ( great service) The lounge offers a modest but nice dinner for platinum members. We were greeted by Young who took good care of us every night and was very knowledgeable. The buffet breakfast at Urban crust was nice and had great selection ( Chinese, western, Korean, Indian and Japanese). Room was nice with great view and we got a lot of extras- bottle of wine, fruit plate and a Bday cake for my girlfriend ( nice touch from Soon). Overall, a very good experience with a really attentive staff.

Can’t say enough great things about the Jw Macau. To Ms. Sophia, Ms. Inga and the entire staff: thank you for the amazing hospitality and the 5 star customer service. My mom had the birthday surprise that she will never forget. You really didn’t need to do that but went out of your way to make her special day priceless. It’s why we keep coming back. The staff truly cares and makes the difference. Thank you again!

I really recommend this hotel. 👍👍👍 My stay was absolutely great. Service is insane. Room was specious, clean, in perfect condition, welcome amenities were amazing. Stuff is so attentive everywhere from the reception to the housekeeping team. They follow all Marriott standards and even more. In-room dining was delicious. Lounge is nice. Thanks to all employees and management of the hotel. Best experience in Macau. Greatest experience as a Marriott bonvoy member. I wish this hotel to succeed 👏

My husband and I were incredibly wowed and impressed with the top notch hospitality extended to us by the amazing team in JW Marriott Macau which includes Louis from Guest Relations, Inga, Jenny and Matthew from Executive Lounge, Edel from Front Office, and even Mar from Room Service. Our anniversary trip went so smoothly because of all of you, from the very start of the booking all the way up to the time of departure, which really made our stay an enjoyable and memorable one. We would like to applaud the great teamwork behind, making sure that we were very well taken care, and even to the extent of pampering us. The sincerity behind each effort from all of you is greatly appreciated. This has been one of our best stays in a Marriott property, all thanks to the fantastic team behind. A huge thank you for going above and beyond to delight us. We would love to be back again and again!

JW hotel was a true fantastic. The luxurious amenities, including the spa and gym room, were absolutely phenomenal. Inga and Executive Lounge hospitality was top notch, and the staff made me feel at home. Creating a relaxing atmosphere. stay to remember !
