JW Marriott Hotel Madrid

We just stayed 2 nights at one of their Signature Suites and loved every minute of our stay. We are Marriott Titanium Bonvoy members and we were treated like royalty by every member of the hotel, from the reception, luggage attendants, security staff, restaurant/bar staff, and room crew. The food and service was fenomenal every day. The hotel has the best location, especially during the holidays. The real highlight of our stay was the room, just immaculate and perfect in every way. We made use of our incredible roof terrace from morning to night and enjoy watching the lights, sunset, people, live music, etc. Thank you! We will be back soon!

We stayed here twice this month- first for 4nights & then a week later for 2 nights. Both times were fantastic. The staff are incredibly helpful. The bellhop is so on top of his game from assisting w/luggage upon arrival to looking up cars for departure & assisting you out. Another helpful employee was Victoria in the restaurant during the early day hours. She always made us comfortable- especially our toddler. She is a ray of sunshine & a true gem- they’re lucky to have her. For our second stay we stayed in a larger corner room & it was so worth it. I would say it’s four seasons vibes without the price. Great beautiful location Also tried the spa. Smaller than other hotels & not as many amenities. The massage with Bianca was nice, but 10 min short. Overall would stay again for sure!

We stayed here for four days for a sight-seeing vacation. The staff at this hotel is the best in the world. They are so kind, attentive, and professional, without ever feeling unnatural. Our room was made tidy each day. The mini bar is wonderful with drinks and snacks priced surprisingly affordably. Each night we received chocolates, and a few times we also received sweet notes and small gifts, such as a box of chocolates, or a sachet of lavender, to enhance our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect - walkable distance for so many great sites, restaurants, bars, shopping, and parks. In addition, it is very close to the metro, and there are taxis just outside the door to be used at any minute. Madrid is beautiful and fun. It is an easy city to visit. This is the perfect hotel for any sort of trip. I’ve tried other Marriott properties in Europe and have not been as impressed (for example, the Courtyard Marriott at Gare de Lyon, Paris). This hotel is on another level of beauty and service.

Service: All staff were very helpful, polite, and energetic when communicating 😊 Lots of smiles and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. 💫Food: Didn’t have their breakfast, but I tried the tomato pasta at the lobby — it was perfectly al dente with fresh tomatoes 🍅 The portion was a bit small, but overall very tasty! 🍝Room: Very clean, tidy, and has a modern-classic look 🛏️ The only small complaint is that I wish the bathroom countertop were a bit bigger so two people could use it comfortably, and there was a bit more storage space. 🚿

The JW Marriott Hotel Madrid is a wonderful combination of old-world service and modern comfort. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed with contemporary amenities while still maintaining a refined, classic feel. Its location is phenomenal—right in the heart of Madrid—making it easy to explore the city’s major attractions on foot. The hotel feels exceptionally safe, and the staff is personable, attentive, and committed to delivering a high level of service. A terrific choice for both comfort and convenience in Madrid.

A truly wonderful stay at JW Marriott Madrid. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was personal, gracious, and genuinely heartfelt. The team has a rare ability to make you feel not like a guest, but like you’re coming home. Beautiful property, impeccable service, and people who clearly care. I can say that after many months the signature scent that is present inside the hotel still stays in my olfactory memory. When it comes to interior itself, I also love the spacious and minimalist bathroom that is while styled as it was carved out from inestimable block. This feature gives you a really unique sensation. The room itself was a mix of traditional charm combined with modern comfort and polished simplicity. I also loved the view from the balcony that is partially open to Four Seasons Madrid hotel (sorry to mention competition- it won’t affect my review nonetheless ;-)) If you are looking for a place that is an emblem of quiet luxury- that is a go!

Had a great experience. Before arrival, I received a questionnaire about our interests and why we were coming so they could customize recommendations. I mentioned we were celebrating my wife’s 40th, and the general manager Uxia reached out directly. He offered to print a picture and write a note on my behalf along with some treats. My wife loved it. Total hit. Whole team was gracias and willing to help with anything. Very nice hotel.
