JW Marriott Hotel Madrid

A superb hotel with an exceptional location in the very center of Madrid. I spent three days here and I am very satisfied. My flight was very late, yet they were waiting for me and my booking was active at 4am. The service was excellent and so was the room. The breakfast was also very good. The jewel in the crown, however, is the hotel's excellent location in the historic center of Madrid, meters from the Puerta del Sol square. I recommend it.

This is a beautifully decorated hotel newly opened in 2023. It is in an historic building in an absolutely amazing, walkable location with a ton of restaurants and small alleys nearby. Minutes to Prado, Gran via, Palacio Royal, Plaza mayor. Impressive that centrally located and absolutely soundproof . The finishes are high-end end, inviting/ cozy and elegant. Beautiful bedrooms. The service is absolutely impressive, not found at such level even in 5 star hotels. Attentiveness and a “How can I help” service attitude from the Bell desk to the front desk, the bartender and restaurant service staff. Nice little gym and Spa services in the basement. Great lounge areas. No business center. Our top choice for Madrid

Room 304, AMAZING! Two balconies, fabulous views. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are perfection. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Just praise this Marriott and ALL that work there. Everyone from housekeeping to the bar to concierge, BRAVO!

This JW is a very special hotel, unlike any other JW we've stayed at before. It is more like a small luxury boutique hotel, but with all of the amenities and services you expect from Marriott (minus an executive lounge). ||We had a junior suite with terrace. The terrace is enormous and had the most amazing view of Madrid. The hotel is newly furnished and the design is modern, sophisticated, and comfortable. ||The service is excellent. Everyone is very helpful. The breakfast is superb as well is room service. We especially enjoyed the very well equipped and efficiently designed gym (modern, new, and all of the essential equipment you need for a proper workout). ||The location is also excellent. Close to the museums, Retiro, restaurants, and shopping.

I looked forward to returning to the new JW Marriott Madrid. The location is stellar with easy walking to El Prado and Thyssen art museums, as well as the historic areas. I was not disappointed during my return visit. ||The staff was outstanding. I would like to highlight Vero's at reception outstanding customer service. Her attention to detail was amazing!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott in Madrid, and I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, and the experience was equally impressive. The food was delicious, with a diverse menu that showcased the best of Spanish cuisine, and the service was impeccable. Overall, my stay at the JW Marriott Madrid was exceptional in every way. Outstanding hotel all around from the friendly professional employees to the perfect location to all the sites of old Madrid. The hotel is very clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable and no outside noise was heard from the streets below. The bartender Fernando was awesome and Javier at the front door was very helpful as we had a language problem with our ride share driver. Hope to come back again someday!
