JW Marriott Hotel Madrid

This hotel especially the hotel staff left me speechless. They are so so kind. Mentioned I loved the chocolates that housekeeping leaves and they gave me extras wrapped with a bow & a note! They are extremely attentive and are such lovely people. They held the doors open for the elevator numerous times and were always so happy. Thank you for making our visit so special. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with such amazing staff ever so thank you.

We had an amazing stay at the JW Madrid. The entire hotel staff is exceptional - friendly, helpful, professional, dressed impeccably and ensured we had an amazing stay. The hotel is in a perfect location and an easy walk to all the main sights. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The rainfall shower was probably the best I have ever had - simply amazing. Bed was super comfortable. Fitness center is excellent with plenty of Techno-Gym bikes, elliptical and treadmills. This is a can’t miss hotel in Madrid. Compliments to the entire staff at the JW Madrid.

Wonderful new hotel in a great area. The rooms are large and comfortable and the location excellent. You can walk to most places. The balcony with a view gave a nice view of the street and there wasn’t noise. The young men who help at the front are outstanding. The roads were blocked due to protests on our checkout and they took our luggage and walked with us almost a quarter of a mile so we could find a taxi to the airport. Really exceptional service.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, refined cuisine, and genuinely attentive staff. While the overall experience was very pleasant, the guest room felt somewhat modest compared to the elevated standards I typically associate with JW Marriott. I also found it a bit disappointing that there was no executive lounge.

Booked a suite with a large terrace and was very happy. We enjoyed how lively the location is and had a lovely view of the surrounding city. Great location to walk out to various museums during the day. Staff were uniformly excellent, really first rate experience. I'd originally planned on booking another hotel across the street (Four Seasons), but when I saw this JW was directly across from it and I have good Marriott status, I decided to give the JW a try. So pleased I did, this is a very well-run and comfortable hotel.

Comfortable Stay Close to the Airport We had a good experience at this Marriott hotel. The room was cozy, and the beer was nice and cold—just what we needed after a day of travel. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which was a great way to relax and keep them entertained. One of the best parts was how close the hotel is to the airport, making it super convenient for arrivals and departures. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay!

We arrived during the Blackout in April, 2025. From the minute we walked in to the lobby we felt safe. The hotel had a generator with enough power to run the elevators, kitchen and bar. After a hellish day of traveling, they were able to provide us with food and drinks and extra water. They even walked us to our room and guided us. The staff was so kind and gracious and still very well put together even among the chaos. Once we were there, we felt perfectly safe and secured and taken care of and will never stay anywhere else.||Bathroom water pressure was fantastic. Showers were large with high shower heads for tall people like us. Great location which made it easy to walk everywhere. A few luxury ships across the street and lots of local restaurants and bars very close. great amenities and large towels.

WOW! This hotel was absolute luxury! We were so pleased to be upgraded to a corner room with our Platinum Elite status. It reminds me why I am a bonvoy member. This hotel is centrally located and a quiet reprieve from the busy city. The food was DELICIOUS- the best we had in our 10 days of travel. Thank you for making our last night in Madrid special.
