JW Marriott Hotel Madrid

I had a wonderful stay at the JW Madrid. The location is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Housekeeping even organized my chaotic makeup setup, which I really appreciated. They also offer a cute welcome gift for guests. The only downside is that there’s no pool, so the hotel gives off more of a chic, cosmopolitan business vibe rather than a relaxing retreat. I didn’t get to try the restaurant, but the breakfast was solid and exactly what I expected.

Very close to Madrid airport. Nice rooms and can’t fault the service, helped me at 4.30am with a problem I was having. Would recommend. Even though it’s right next to airport the rooms are quite sound proof. Also has a gym, quite basic. Would love if they also had a place to do pull up ups and heavier dumbells!

We booked three rooms for three nights at JW Marriott Madrid. As soon as my Uber arrived the hotel, Marriott staff greeted and approached to pick up luggage and led me to check in. The check in process was smooth and welcoming. As a Bonvoy platinum member we got upgraded on our rooms. Exceptional and excellent service at the front desk. Upon the first night, I inquired about a bathtub option at the hotel and they further upgraded my room to a suite with bathtub. What a generous and unexpected offer. Our three night stay at JW Marriott Madrid is exceptional. The breakfast at Qu offers quite a wide variety of options. From cold cut to hot omelette, fresh juices to espresso, pastry and yogurt. I thoroughly enjoyed the three day breakfast without feeling bored of the options. Location is central and closed to many good restaurants and walking distance to tourists attractions. I will for sure stay at JW Marriott Madrid again if I’d ever visit Madrid in the future. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at the JW Marriott Madrid, it truly deserves 5 stars. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. Housekeeping was impeccable, and every detail was handled with care. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with a great view of the city streets. The location is fantastic — easy to walk everywhere and perfectly situated for exploring Madrid. Breakfast at the hotel each morning was delicious, with plenty of options and excellent quality. Overall, an outstanding stay and one we would happily repeat. Highly recommended!

Today is my first day at JW Marriott Hotel Madrid, and I already love it! The hospitality, attention to detail, and elegant atmosphere are truly exceptional. The staff are warm and professional, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. I still have six more days to enjoy my stay, but I can already tell this hotel sets a new standard for luxury in Madrid.

Wonderful new hotel in a great area. The rooms are large and comfortable and the location excellent. You can walk to most places. The balcony with a view gave a nice view of the street and there wasn’t noise. The young men who help at the front are outstanding. The roads were blocked due to protests on our checkout and they took our luggage and walked with us almost a quarter of a mile so we could find a taxi to the airport. Really exceptional service.

We were greeted at the entrance and shown to reception who were very friendly and efficient. Room 602, a Junior Suite with terrace, was a lovely big room, largely decorated in shades of brown but with a classy, expensive finish. Huge comfortable bed, separate sofa, chair and marble table, fridge drawer, kettle, mugs. Lots of wardrobe and storage space. Loads of usb A and C charging as well as plugs. WiFi good. Bathroom had a huge and powerful shower, one wash basin and a separate WC.|The terrace was huge and would have been even more amazing had it stopped raining for longer!|Turndown first night left a large chocolate and a pillow spray; two small chocolates every night after that.|Housekeeping were awesome; we never saw them but they serviced the room as soon as we went out every day.|The location is great, as it is quiet, but within walking distance of everything.|Our flight was cancelled and we had to extend our stay for another night. The hotel made this very easy and also the concierge was very helpful in talking to our airline.|Breakfast was an excellent buffet with hot eggs and sides to order, although service was quite slow.|We had a bar meal on our first night: fish and chips and ham croquettes - very tasty. With a gin and tonic and two beers, €71.

Centrally located, a sleek beautiful room, very comfortable bed, spacious modern bathroom, lobby is relaxing and homie. House keeping is very good. I ll come back to the same hotel when in Madrid.
