JW Marriott Hotel Madrid

We just stayed 2 nights at one of their Signature Suites and loved every minute of our stay. We are Marriott Titanium Bonvoy members and we were treated like royalty by every member of the hotel, from the reception, luggage attendants, security staff, restaurant/bar staff, and room crew. The food and service was fenomenal every day. The hotel has the best location, especially during the holidays. The real highlight of our stay was the room, just immaculate and perfect in every way. We made use of our incredible roof terrace from morning to night and enjoy watching the lights, sunset, people, live music, etc. Thank you! We will be back soon!

I love staying at the JW Marriott Madrid! You’re always greeted with a smile upon entering. Their rooms are nice, super comfortable, and spacious. The location is unbeatable. Close to everything. Conchi at the front desk always welcomes you back with a warm and sincere smile ! She makes you feel like a friend and goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. Housekeeping, front desk, the entire team is wonderful! Definitely recommend the JW Marriott Madrid!

Absolutely Amazing stay here at JW Marriott in Spain! Upon a cancelled flight and all hotels being booked due to the holiday we settled on JW Marriott and thus began our amazing experience. From being greeted at the door by the most friendly and amazing staff, to being upgraded to an amazing connecting suite, to having dinner reservations made for our group of 10 quickly and at a delicious restaurant within walking distance. We experienced top notch service and over the top friendliness from every staff member we came across. Will stay here again on future visits and highly recommend to anyone staying in Madrid!! Beautiful and clean rooms, lobby and dinning room. Absolutely amazing and top-notch!!!

I will say that we have traveled fairly extensively and stayed in some of the nicest hotels and this hotel is one of the best we have stayed at. Our whole experience was wonderful. We booked here quickly and kinda randomly having not seen the hotel or had time to do any research when our flight was canceled. We are a larger family and I booked 3 rooms for the night. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel received us. The entire staff was so wonderful and dressed so beautifully and were so professional. Taking care of 10 pieces of large luggage and several carry on bags they did it with style. The Concierge booked us a fine restaurant with a table for 10 that we could be at within an hour because it was nearly dinner time when we arrived. The rooms were fabulous and very clean. My wife and I are very picky about rooms and usually just accept that it will not be like home because it’s hard to find a hotel that is really clean. This was not the case here. It was very clean and spacious and was beautifully decorated. We really loved this hotel and wished we could have stayed our whole time in Madrid right at this location. The location of the hotel is the best of your looking to stay in the Madrid downtown area. We have talked about this hotel a lot since we left. If we are ever in that area again this will be where we stay. I just want to say good job to the entire staff and Managment at this hotel.

A lovely lobby bar with excellent cocktails and genuinely friendly, English-speaking staff, making it an easy and welcoming spot to relax. When it comes to food, the anchovies are a clear standout—spectacular, perfectly balanced, and full of flavour. The cheese plate is also highly recommended, offering a refined and satisfying selection. Highly recommend 👌

Absolutely incredible stay! Everything was perfect , beautiful atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. Conchi and Federico went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. Couldn’t recommend this place more , worth every minute and every euro!

I had a wonderful stay at the JW Madrid. The location is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Housekeeping even organized my chaotic makeup setup, which I really appreciated. They also offer a cute welcome gift for guests. The only downside is that there’s no pool, so the hotel gives off more of a chic, cosmopolitan business vibe rather than a relaxing retreat. I didn’t get to try the restaurant, but the breakfast was solid and exactly what I expected.

Superb! The rainfall shower is luxury, the rooms are comfortable and cozy. Oscar and Ryan at the front desk were friendly and professional. I remember their service as a highlight from my stay. My only qualm is the snack jars in their rooms were right next to the complimentary water that had a “complimentary” label on it, so I opened a few without thinking. When I later messaged to ask, reception stated they were 9 euros each. Total rip-off and predatory business practice. They claimed the jars were labeled but it took me 5-10 minutes of opening and closing every closet door and drawer to find a booklet ... and on one of the last pages of that booklet, the jars were listed as a paid purchase. After that much $$$ spent per night, they really nickel-and-dime you. 😂 A little embarrassingly petty and cheap for them. Properties in the USA are more clearly labeled and have more actual complimentary items that you can eat without worry.
