JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh

Beautiful hotel with a high class service. I traveled here for business and was very impressed with the room quality, service, and hospitality. As an American I was greeted with world class hospitality and friendliness. The fine people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are some of the most kind and hospitable people I have ever engaged with in my years of business travel. The hotel food is amazing and the view is stunning. If you are traveling to Riyadh I recommend this hotel.

Just checked in now I normally rate after my experience however, the amazing reception made me want to give an immediate 5 stars. Very well trained receptionists (Sultan & Wijdan). Very welcoming and cheerful, it sat the tone already. The room is super clean and Ernest from Ghana was also very polite. Photos to follow after checkout. Thank you

Our recent stay at JW Marriott was exceptional. The booking process was seamless and the reception staff were incredibly welcoming. Housekeeping kept things tidy and the valet service was professional. Most important, we were extremely surprised and pleasant by the generous room preparation for our special occasion. Overall, we highly recommend JW Marriott for a fantastic hotel experience near to Riyadh season.

Definitely not 5 stars. I went for a 3-day conference in their auditorium. The service was so bad. Drinking water didn't refill. Run out of Coffee assortment. Lunch set up was late for an hour. Kept all the guests starving. The conference table didn't clean up. And so on etc.... carpark issues, entrance....

Beautiful hotel and service! I would like to thank Mr. Omar for the great service and hospitality that made my stay amazing. I recommend everyone visit the hotel and ask for Omar he is the manager of the lobby. Thank you all for the service you provided to my family.

Had a lovely stay at JW Marriott. The hotel staff are polite, professional and attentive. We'd like to especially thank Eric for the for his excellent hospitality and taking extra care for us while we were there. Kudos to Eric and the entire hospitality team for making their guests feel like home away from home 😊

Cleanliness ⭐️ 3. 📍Location is nearby Diriya (heritage sight about 20min) BLVD World and BLVD City ( about 15min) Riyadh Park (shopping mall) and the airport (about 23min) it depends on the traffic. I will definitely book this hotel in my next trip to Riyadh ❤️Love it

The hotel is very clean, looks well organised as the staff are very attentive. Breakfast is always amazing, such a variety and all very fresh. Staff again have excellent customer service skills, Ahtem, Geraldine, Ailen and vanesa are great staff and the hotel should be proud
