JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh

Very nice hotel and ideal for business travel. The staff is very supportive and always has a helping and and more or less reads our support need before you can express it. Absolutely astonishing is how they treat repeating guest. I am coming here for a year now and the staff always welcomes me with name and knows my preference even after a 4 weeks break of visits. The service in the executive lounge is great and it is open 24h, so you can have long working sessions or wait in a comfortable area before heading out to your night flight. The only downside is the offered upgrades of rooms, as the junior suites are not made for working in the room and some rooms are still smoking rooms.

I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—premium amenities, high-quality linens, and the stunning city views that made every morning feel special. Dining at the hotel was also a highlight. The restaurants offer a variety of international and local cuisine, all crafted with fresh ingredients and presented with flair. Whether it was breakfast, a quick bite, or a formal dinner, every meal exceeded expectations. The location is perfect for both business and leisure, with easy access to key areas in Riyadh. The spa and wellness facilities were another standout—relaxing, serene, and professionally managed. Overall, my stay at the JW Marriott Riyadh was flawless. It’s a true 5-star experience in every sense. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city and look forward to returning soon.

We had a great stay as a team, arriving to attend EWC. Fahad was great at checking us in and making sure we were taken care of and giving us a good room with a good view. We got bumped up to a Junior suite and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Our team's recent stay at the JW Marriott Riyadh was amazing, and much of it was due to the hospitality shown by the staff. In particular, I wanted to give a shout out to Saif, Sultan, Clinton and Annette were so fantastic and I would like to give them the highest of praise. Thank you for making our entire team feel so welcome and for the exemplary service. In addition, the fitness center was truly one of the best I've had on a business trip! I will definitely be staying at the JW Riyadh again in the future.

We had a dinner in the open buffet at JW Marriott Riyadh it had a great mix of international and local flavors, with something for everyone. The Arabic dishes are rich and authentic, the sushi is fresh and well-prepared, and the salads are packed with flavor. The atmosphere is elegant but not too formal, making it a comfortable spot for a nice dinner. Service is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a buffet with high-quality food and plenty of variety, this is a solid choice.

One of the best hotels in Riyadh. The front office staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, showing great hospitality from check-in to check-out. The kitchen consistently served delicious, high-quality meals. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience we had in the caffe lounge. They apply 100 SAR minimum charge, which is slightly reasonable as there was a football match at that day, but what’s not reasonable is us waiting nearly 45 minutes to just order while the waiter “Mostafa” keeps ignoring us multiple times for no reason. There was no dessert to be served, the coffee was mostly milk and not worth the price which is 52 SAR!
