JW Marriott Hotel Seoul

A luxurious experience with excellent amenities and wonderful service from the hotel staff. The location is top notch as well. Oliver, who assisted us with our check in, was particularly gracious, and his warm and professional demeanor stood out even amongst the numerous other experiences we've had previously at other prominent hotels. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience at the JW Marriott Hotel at Express Bus Terminal. Not only is this hotel situated on top of a giant mall with tons of shops and restaurants to explore and make it a great destination for those with a family that don't want to go too far from their hotel, but the service at this hotel was impeccable. Housekeeping was always accommodating over the phone and able to freshen up our room even when we were only gone for a short while. The front desk was able to provide any custom request we made for our toddler (crib, wash basin, and microwave). And the staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to help us each day. I want to give a special shoutout to Helen at the Executive Lounge for remembering our son Andy's name each day we visited. She even sent a card to our room for him that made things extra memorable. This hotel is 11/10 and highly recommend it for families coming to Seoul.

We met Andrew Lee and Edward at concierge during our recent medical trip to Korean hospitals . These two gentlemen were so kind and amazing in their professional service at the main entrance. They were so attentive to our needs throughout our stay like we had our own personal assistants for the trip . Thank you so much for your professionalism.

Room was a little dated and not the new modern JW styling. The AC thermostat in the room was only capable of dropping the set temp to 20C and after 3 days only got down to 21.5C with constant blowing. It was particularly humid during my trip which may have played a role in the AC performance. Other than that they have a great gym and very nice executive lounge/breakfast buffet.

Our family of 5 (including two kids and an elderly parent) visited Korea in April 2025 and stayed at the JW Marriott Seoul. What sets the JW Marriott Seoul apart from other 5 star hotel experience goes beyond the luxury hotel, central location, executive lounge, and stellar service - it's the people. Please be on the look out/ask for Edward (bell hop), Dorothy (front desk manager), Kyrie and Simon (executive lounge). Each of them are truly one of a kind and set the bar high for what it means to go above and beyond. Thank you for making our stay so special and memorable. We can't wait to stay at the JW Marriott Seoul again!

Located very near to the bus terminal and connected to a departmental store, this hotel perfect for travel to and from the airport. The limousine bus service from airport takes about 1 hr to reach the hotel. You will need to walk for about 5 mins from the bus stop to get in. The rooms and services are good. I didn't get to try the breakfast but overall i enjoyed my stay.

Close to the city center, fantastic rooms. The gym was spacious, well kept and loads of equipment for all types of exercises. Breakfast spread is tasty. Recommend getting the exec lounge access

My stay at JW Marriott Hotel was overall very satisfying. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was clean and elegantly designed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the bedding was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was also varied and delicious. It was a perfect place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing time.
