JW Marriott Hotel Seoul

11 out of 10 starts EVERY DAY! Didn't catch the staff slipping once during our multi-day visit. Concierge, room service, lounge, front desk, all top tier. One of the best hotel experiences we've had in MANY years! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in future visits. My foodie wife enjoyed every lounge breakfast with the variety of foods available. The mall next door was massive. The Seoul tour we did gave us a wonderful view of the city in 1 day. We took advantage of that and spent the remaining days in the lap of luxury! They even accommodated another Amercian couple and us by ensuring we could watch the Super Bowl @830a on a Monday morning. Although it fully broadcast in Korean, we very much appreciated all their efforts! See you again soon JW!

Booked corner room that had Han River views. Beautiful view to wake up to each morning for a four night stay. Nice executive lounge access as platinum member. Breakfast is same each day with enough variety and dinner rotates a little. Staff can microwave plate of food for those like me who like super hot food. Shout out to Yena and Helen for great hospitality. Thank you Jason for handling coordination of luggage transfer from previous hotel. Huge time saver! Awesome location connected to the giant Shinsegae mall and various subways/buses. Housekeeping was great and made me feel cared for when returning after a long day to perfectly arranged bathroom items. Convenience store a stones throw away for late night needs. Nothing over the top to warrant 5 stars. Solid 4 star stay in a wonderful space with good service in a perfect location.

The service here was amazing! I really enjoyed their hospitality. The rooms were cleaned top-notch, the staff were highly professional and friendly and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Additionally, they went out of their way to help us. Lastly, the facilities were top-notch and outstanding with huge swimming pools and gyms. The food was really delicious too! Overall, I highly recommend and praise this hotel. I had an enjoyable stay here.

This hotel is centrally located and has an attached mall for shopping. I did a solo wellness stay in Seoul and loved visiting the JW Marriott in Seoul. I had excellent service provided by Carol at the concierge desk who helped me make appointments for nail services while I was visiting. She also was able to assist me throughout my stay and I loved her attention to detail and organization. All staff were kind and the executive lounge breakfast was top notch. The breakfast buffet and cappuccinos are amazing. Hotel guests also have access to the sauna, gym, and steam rooms. Highly recommend checking out their facilities. You could spend an entire week here and feel very pampered and relaxed. Great for solo getaways.

My stay at this hotel recalibrated what a hotel can offer. The service was top notch as was the staff, and quality of the location and offerings. Especially Jisu who's in charge of customer relationship was the best staff ever! She made wedding anniversary unforgettable! I really appreciate for her hospitality.

I stayed at JW Marriott Gangnam recently and really enjoyed the Executive Lounge. Chef Yang made a big difference for me. She was friendly, warm, and clearly cares about what she does. The food was delicious and nicely done—modern, clean flavors, nothing over the top. Honestly, she’s one of the reasons I’d want to come back.|Also want to give a shoutout to Ted and Hellen for keeping the lounge running so smoothly. Everything felt well organized and relaxed, and you could tell the team was well taken care of. Overall, a very pleasant lounge experience.

Had a fantastic stay with my parents. The hotel exceeded all expectations. The service was impeccable and every staff member we engaged with was super helpful, contributing to a truly perfect experience. Five stars for the amazing team at the executive lounge (Hyeon, Olivia, Erin, Hana and most importantly Jisu who personally looked after my elderly parents).
