JW Marriott Hotel Seoul

Booked corner room that had Han River views. Beautiful view to wake up to each morning for a four night stay. Nice executive lounge access as platinum member. Breakfast is same each day with enough variety and dinner rotates a little. Staff can microwave plate of food for those like me who like super hot food. Shout out to Yena and Helen for great hospitality. Thank you Jason for handling coordination of luggage transfer from previous hotel. Huge time saver! Awesome location connected to the giant Shinsegae mall and various subways/buses. Housekeeping was great and made me feel cared for when returning after a long day to perfectly arranged bathroom items. Convenience store a stones throw away for late night needs. Nothing over the top to warrant 5 stars. Solid 4 star stay in a wonderful space with good service in a perfect location.

The service here was amazing! I really enjoyed their hospitality. The rooms were cleaned top-notch, the staff were highly professional and friendly and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Additionally, they went out of their way to help us. Lastly, the facilities were top-notch and outstanding with huge swimming pools and gyms. The food was really delicious too! Overall, I highly recommend and praise this hotel. I had an enjoyable stay here.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. From arriving to checking out, we experienced extremely well-coordinated and friendly service. As we were bringing our baby, we had a special laundry request which was taken on and solved to perfection. Thank you to all staff here - your approach should be modeled at hotels around the world. PS. The cleaning staff was a great hit with our kids.

Great location, service and room were great. Only hiccup was not being able to get a room with one large bed instead of 2 beds. (requested but unavailable). They did make it up by giving us some wine and cheese in the toom. Good touch. Parking was also included which is great. But you have to validate with the hotel each time you return. There was once, I asked for validation and it did not work. I had to pay for overnight parking first and the hotel them applied for refund. A bit inconvenient. If you go, make sure you use the gym and pool. Fantastic!!

Bathroom sink was broken, everything they provide in room is additional charges even in gym some amenities you have to pay extra. Check-in had long line. We stayed in Hong Kong JW Marriott 6 nights it was great. Then we came to this Marriott it was totally opposite experience so we only stayed 1 night and cancelled our remaining 3 nights. Staff was very respectful and kind.

The JW Marriott Seoul is an incredibly impressive hotel with an exceptional team. Every staff member there is incredibly attentive and demonstrates a genuine sense of hospitality. They go above and beyond to assist you with everything without expecting any tips or favors. Their dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

We had another wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Seoul this year! We decided to return because of our great experience last time, and once again the team exceeded our expectations.||A special thank-you to Jeff Kim, who greeted us with a handwritten welcome card just like before. It truly made us feel remembered and appreciated, and it set the tone for a fantastic stay. His warm hospitality left a lasting impression on us.||The service was excellent across the board, and every staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. Thanks to the comfortable atmosphere and outstanding service, our trip was incredibly relaxing once again.||We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great experience at the lounge. Great guest services by Lina who attended to my numberous questions in Hanwoo restaurant! She made great effort to look for a restaurant and recommended one that is close to hotel that I don’t have to travel far. Greatly appreciate her attentiveness and professionalism!
