Upon arrival at the St Regis Resort in Le Morne, Mauritius, we were greeted with unparalleled warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for a truly exceptional 5-star luxury experience. The atmosphere exuded a perfect blend of calm relaxation and sophistication, embodying the essence of the St Regis luxury brand.||Firstly and most importantly we want to say THANK YOU to ALL the people who we never met, the people behind the scenes:|To those who prepared all our food, every day. Thank you to the florist whose beautiful flower displays adorn the resort, they are simply stunning! To all the maintenance teams and security teams, the administration teams, your work is truly valued. Thank you to all the gardeners who work so hard keeping the gardens looking so beautifully cared for.||The room we had was absolutely gorgeous a top floor balcony with an amazing view of the beach and only two minutes from shutting our door to lying on the sun lounger! Rooms are large, and beautifully furnished along with amazing beds and quality bedding. The bath is huge with a great shower and high quality amenities.||Thanks to the Beach Boys who work so hard making sure guests are able to order food and drinks throughout the day. The beach boys in our section were:|Didier|Kevin|Thierry|Vishan|Thank you all!||Thanks to all the amazing buggy/concierge team and the team who greeted us every morning, you are so welcoming!||The culinary offerings at the resort were nothing short of outstanding. The dining experience at Le Manoir was marked by high-quality, beautifully presented dishes. Breakfast was a delightful affair, boasting top-tier ingredients and pastries that in our opinion surpassed even those at the Savoy Hotel in London!||To all the Le Manoir staff, Thank you, including the exceptional restaurant Manager Lucinda and assistant Manger Manisha. Also to service Managers Reena and Nikki, and the outstanding staff members Shyam, Istika, and Vikesh, who all played a crucial role in making our stay unforgettable. Thank you to all those who served us during our stay. ||Special thanks must go to Miss Crystal, Andona, and Christine for their exceptional service at breakfast at Le Manoir, they looked after us every morning where we were greeted with such warmth and kindness and amazing poached eggs and omelettes!||Our wedding anniversary celebration at the resort was made unforgettable by the impeccable care and attention provided by our Butlers Tej and Avish. They went above and beyond to ensure our special occasion was truly memorable. A special mention goes to Jagath at the beach bar for his exceptional service, in line with the professional, and understated standard of excellence at the St Regis Le Morne. ||A memorable dining experience at the Floating Market, under the attentive care of Kritika, showcased excellent service in a stunning restaurant setting with beautiful lighting and water features. Despite a minor mishap during our stay, (I fell backwards into the water whilst taking a photo in the Floating Market!!) the swift response and genuine concern shown by staff members, Keshi, Tej, and Duty Manager J Daniel were very reassuring, highlighting the resort's commitment to guest safety and wellbeing.||Indya restaurant quickly became our favourite dining spot, offering unparalleled food and with Michellin star Chef Malik's engaging and hospitable approach to his diners, coupled with his exceptional culinary skills, left a lasting impression. His engagement with diners and natural connection added a personal touch to the dining experience, which was truly special. Sincere thanks also go to Head of Restaurant Service at Indya, the amazing Ashwyna!! Thank you for your truly outstanding hospitality along with all the Team at Indya.||Our sincere gratitude goes to our amazing butlers Tej and Avish, whose attention to detail was greatly appreciated and for the bubbly and flowers on our wedding anniversary! Huge thanks to our wonderful Housekeeper Jonathan - you are amazing and thank you for the decoration of our room and your lovely flowers. Thanks also go to Sonam and Rishi from the Butler Team for their lovely conversations when we met them.||The beautiful St Regis Bar provided the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks, with Mati's exceptional service leaving a lasting impression. You spoke to so many people every day, morning to evening, you are extremely dedicated.||Our time at the resort was truly magical, with the breathtaking beauty of Le Morne, overseen by the majestic Brabant mountain, adding to the enchanting atmosphere of our stay. However, it has to be stressed it was the wonderful dedicated and committed staff that made our experience even more exceptional.||In conclusion, our stay at St Regis Resort Le Morne was truly unforgettable, and this is thanks to the exceptional staff who made our experience so special!
