JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu

My recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I entered the lobby. The ambiance is luxurious yet comforting — you immediately feel at home in the midst of elegance. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a stunning view of the MARINE DRIVE. The bed comfort and attention to detail in amenities truly reflect Marriott’s world-class standards. The staff deserves special appreciation — always attentive, polite, and eager to help. Every request was handled with professionalism and a personal touch. The breakfast buffet at Lotus Café was a highlight — an incredible spread of Indian and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The pool area overlooking Juhu Beach adds a magical charm, perfect for relaxing evenings. Overall, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu sets the benchmark for luxury hospitality in Mumbai. Whether for business, leisure, or a special occasion, this hotel is a perfect choice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! — Highly Recommended!

Had a wonderful experience at Lotus Café today. Aakash provided excellent service throughout — attentive, polite, and always with a warm smile. He made sure everything was perfect and went out of his way to accommodate our requests. Truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommended!

The JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu is a very nice hotel. The buffet is especially good! Although I find dinner there a bit too expensive. It's India, the price should reflect that. The rooms are nice, exactly as you expect from Marriott. The hotel staff is exceptional and deserves a special recognition. The pool is nice, but the outside sitting area could be improved maybe. There's only little protection from sun or rain. Inside has also not that many public sitting areas. Which is a bit unusual for a hotel that also serves as business venue. I noticed this lack of sitting areas for all Marriott Hotels I've been to. The only negative thing about the hotel is the noise from all the A/Cs outside and inside. That's why it is only 4 stars instead of 5. Either way, if you're in Mumbai, I can recommend this hotel for all purposes.

It was one of the worse and horrible experiences. Me with my family walked in LOTUS CAFE for brunch. We were sitted on table number 83. For 1st half hour nobody even serve us the water. We walked around the buffet and check it out . Nobody offered us any drinks . For a non alcoholic buffet only 1 single drink was given as a part of brunch which was very unusual as compared to other hotels which offers wide variety of Non alcoholic drinks including fresh juices and milkshakes. For my 3 hours in the venue not even once our glasses of water were refilled which is a basic service . Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. Not only was the service lacking, but there was a noticeable difference in treatment between us and certain celebrity guests present at the venue. It felt disrespectful and unfair. A celebrity was offered everything and so many managers and supervisors were attending the table back and forth to check on them . While we sitted there just to get a basic service . Our service silver ware were placed on the side plate while a celebrity gets new and polished silver ware with each new plate of food course on table . Our order for grills were misplaced and didnt receive for almost 45 minutes . After which only 1 supervisor asked me if I was waiting for any service that's when we just received 3 pieces of the same while we ordered 2 sets of the same . A celebrity's table was flogged with all the food and service on the table as silver service. As paying guests, we expected a certain level of hospitality and equal respect, regardless of status. Instead, we felt overlooked, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I believe such an iconic hotel should hold itself to higher standards — for every guest.

Great experience overall. We were looked after by all the staff at the breakfast area especially Chandan. Got a good surprise for my birthday with the room decoration provided by Meet, Shashank, and Arivind

Good experience and great staff. Enjoyed the view and had a great time here.. ocean view rooms are suggested for the stay. Juhu beach is near by 2mins walk. Great food choices in buffet breakfast and also the executive lounge food was good as well with limited choices of hard drinks. They had direct access to juhu beach as well where you can go and relax for peaceful time.
