JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu

I had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Juhu. The room was spacious, spotless, and lived up to the high Marriott standards. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a sea-view room, and the view was absolutely stunning. The gym was fantastic — well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great workout. The breakfast buffet was equally delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, everything about the stay was seamless and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend it for both comfort and quality service.

It was one of the worse and horrible experiences. Me with my family walked in LOTUS CAFE for brunch. We were sitted on table number 83. For 1st half hour nobody even serve us the water. We walked around the buffet and check it out . Nobody offered us any drinks . For a non alcoholic buffet only 1 single drink was given as a part of brunch which was very unusual as compared to other hotels which offers wide variety of Non alcoholic drinks including fresh juices and milkshakes. For my 3 hours in the venue not even once our glasses of water were refilled which is a basic service . Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. Not only was the service lacking, but there was a noticeable difference in treatment between us and certain celebrity guests present at the venue. It felt disrespectful and unfair. A celebrity was offered everything and so many managers and supervisors were attending the table back and forth to check on them . While we sitted there just to get a basic service . Our service silver ware were placed on the side plate while a celebrity gets new and polished silver ware with each new plate of food course on table . Our order for grills were misplaced and didnt receive for almost 45 minutes . After which only 1 supervisor asked me if I was waiting for any service that's when we just received 3 pieces of the same while we ordered 2 sets of the same . A celebrity's table was flogged with all the food and service on the table as silver service. As paying guests, we expected a certain level of hospitality and equal respect, regardless of status. Instead, we felt overlooked, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I believe such an iconic hotel should hold itself to higher standards — for every guest.

Excellent service of each and every staff.. the managers visited us on the table regularly. The service staff ensuring we are well taken care of with little things. Kim, Ishwar and Manoj good job. Food spread was massive. The food was tasty, hygenic and variety

Classy hotel in Juhu, centrally located and is in a league of its own. Decent clean sea facing rooms with all amenities with super comfy beddings and pillows , breakfast was out of this world with varieties from all corners of India. Staff were friendly and helpful. Once you stay at this hotel, all others will seem a notch below. If you are lucky, you will get to spot some celebrities, the atmosphere is always buzzing.

I have been a regular guest at JW Marriott for many years, but my most recent stay was disappointing compared to past visits.||Despite requesting a specific room and floor over 12 months ago, my request was not honoured. To make matters worse, I learned that the room on the floor I had requested was given to a guest who had booked more recently. This was frustrating and not the level of consideration I expect as a loyal customer.||The room I was allocated also had damp issues, which I reported to the front desk manager. Unfortunately, the overall service levels throughout the property felt much lower than in previous stays.||On a positive note, the staff at Lotus Café (breakfast service) and the Spa, particularly Pravin, continue to uphold the JW Marriott standards with attentive and professional service. They remain the highlight of the hotel experience.||I truly hope the management takes steps to restore the consistency and quality that once made this property a standout.

The hotel's fundamentals are simply great: the Juhu location, the wonderful ambience and the comfortable room. The front desk staff were competent and genuinely warm.||I had a chance to chit-chat with a couple of hotel staff - Hearing that they have been working with the same hotel for 15+ years was heartwarming. It speaks volumes about the culture and commitment here—that level of dedication is rare and makes a huge difference in the service you receive.||While JWM is not cheap, it is very good value for money! I wish I had the time to sample the breakfast and visit its restaurants....certainly on my next visit.

Our stay at JW Marriott Juhu was made truly unforgettable by Chinmay’s exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, offering a wonderful services and ensuring we had the best experience with access to the lounge and every comfort we could ask for. The way he cared for us was unmatched and set a new standard, and the entirety of the staff was so sweet, helpful and caring. Thank you, Chinmay, for making our time at JW Marriott so memorable.

JW Marriott Juhu has been one of my favourite stays in the past — I’ve had a full sea view room before, and the experience was truly top-notch. That’s why I chose it again for a special celebration — our birthday and anniversary stay. This time, I booked over a phone call and clearly mentioned our wish for a full sea view room. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t communicate the room details properly. We ended up with a partial view, and worse — the window was dirty, making the view even less enjoyable. Despite informing the reception, no action was taken, which was disappointing for a returning guest on a special occasion. That said, there were some clear highlights: • The spa was exceptional — from the sauna, steam, cold bath, whirlpool jacuzzi, to the relaxation room, everything was serene, clean, and truly therapeutic. The staff there deserves appreciation for their warm and attentive service. • The swimming pool was another plus — especially the saltwater pool, which was a refreshing and unique experience. • The breakfast spread was fantastic — a great mix of Indian and international options, fresh fruits, juices, live counters, and excellent coffee. A perfect start to the morning. Overall, while parts of the stay were memorable, the room experience and lack of proactive service left us a little let down — especially as returning guests celebrating something personal. Still, the property has its charm, and hopefully, with better communication, future stays can be closer to the standard we once loved.
