The staff was courteous, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout the meal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a truly wonderful stay at the JW Marriott. Abishak, the Executive Concierge, is very lovely and soft-spoken and truly went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way he could. I can’t express my gratitude enough — his kindness and genuine care meant so much to us. Jude, the Assistant Front Office Manager, whom we’ve known for the past two years, also went above and beyond. He is always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and made our stay comfortable and special. A special mention as well to the hotel driver, Sayed, who dropped us off — he was so friendly and pleasant. They all made our experience amazing and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel from the heart. We also had a wonderful dining experience at JW. The breakfast spread and food quality were excellent. The highlight was the dessert chef at the lounge who thoughtfully prepared a special dessert for us on request — it was delicious and such a kind gesture. Truly memorable hospitality.

I had an amazing stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu! From the moment I entered the lobby, the ambiance felt luxurious yet extremely welcoming. The location right on Juhu Beach is unbeatable — waking up to sea views every morning was the perfect start to the day. The rooms were spacious, spotless and very comfortable, with every small detail thoughtfully taken care of. The staff went above and beyond throughout my visit — polite, attentive and always ready to help, whether it was housekeeping, reception or the restaurant team. Breakfast at the buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The pool area and overall resort vibe made it feel like a peaceful escape from the busy city, while still being close to everything. Overall, this hotel truly delivers a 5-star experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for luxury, comfort and great service in Mumbai.

We had heard so many good things about this hotel, so we had to check it out — and overall, it was a really lovely experience. The coffee was amazing, and the pastries genuinely impressed me. Good pastries in India can be hard to find, so this was such a pleasant surprise. Everything looked fresh, well-made, and actually tempting, which isn’t always the case. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving quality coffee and desserts. There was a small misunderstanding when we wanted to sit inside the Med Zozo restaurant area with our coffee. The coffee shop staff told us it was fine, but the restaurant team said it wasn’t. That said, management handled the situation really well — everyone was polite, professional, and helpful, which we really appreciated. I also tried a Porn Star Martini, which was delicious. They don’t use vanilla vodka, only regular vodka, so I opted to skip the vodka altogether. However, they charged me more for just the champagne and mix, which didn’t quite make sense. Still, the drink itself was excellent. The hotel is currently under renovation, so there aren’t many rooms available right now. We’re staying at the Taj in Colaba, but honestly, this property feels much better — it’s calmer, less crowded, and doesn’t have random people constantly walking in and out like at the Taj. The atmosphere here is far more relaxed and refined. Overall, we would definitely return. A great spot for coffee, desserts, drinks, and a peaceful vibe. ✨

Our experience at Lotus Cafe was excellent. Rahul/Kim/Ajit were serving us & took wonderful care. Ham sandwiches were grilled to perfection. Wild mushroom soup was awesome. Ambience was good with music playing in the background. The entire staff was welcoming, polite and very attentive.

One of the prime luxury hotel at city's most well-known places. Private beach and local market accessible. Costing as good as a luxury hotel..Higher. The hotel has a big restaurant as well as a decent-sized coffee and eating space inside. Ola/Uber or private taxis pick up and drop off facility.

Booked a one-night stay at JW Marriott to celebrate our 10-year anniversary without informing the hotel in advance, yet they made it incredibly special. Every experience felt thoughtful and personalised, with exceptional service throughout. Truly among the best customer service we’ve experienced. Beautiful, peaceful beachfront location, excellent food, and high-quality rooms — the ocean view from the bathtub was a highlight. Outstanding hospitality. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at JW Marriott Juhu. While the rooms are on the smaller side, the outstanding service more than makes up for it. A special mention to Ayesha at check-in, who was super professional and made the arrival smooth and welcoming. Kunal from housekeeping ensured everything was spotless and comfortable throughout the stay, and Parag at breakfast stood out for his attentiveness and warmth. The location is excellent—right by Juhu Beach—and the breakfast spread was impressive with great variety and service. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Would gladly return.
