JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa

The service is excellent- attentive- from reception, to poolside to restaurants to even the At your service phone. Food delicious in restaurants. Extensive breakfast buffet. 50$ pp resort fee is steep- i believe that is something that should be included in the high end pricing of JW Marriotts. Being charged for day of check out is also not fair with people who leave early and cant even enjoy the resort. There is also no members lounge. The added parking fee is also a lot. A family of 4 would be paying an extra 200$ a day in resort fees and almost 40$ a day for parking. I would hands down say this is amongst the nicest options in Orlando area were it not for the extra fees. Particularly with afternoon lightening and rain with the pool closing early, it seems unfair for us to be charged the resort fees. The mini golf course is simple and basic and i never saw anyone using it over my 3 days stay .|The lobby restaurant and rooftop 9th floor restaurant are excellent -|I would have given 5 star review if not for the excessive resort fees. Really appreciate the adult pool

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The place is clean, beautiful and the attention to detail is evident. I want to highlight the work of Brenda my housekeeper who kept my room spotless every day. Her dedication and kindness to my family made all the difference. Furthermore the service from the entire staff was exceptional, with attention that truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you Brenda for making our stay even more fantastic. I will definitely return!

The JW is not just a resort, it’s an experience. The top notch customer service is unmatched by other hotels. We felt like royalty there. Every service person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and truly went out of their way to give us a perfect conference/family trip. We enjoyed their restaurants, specifically Sear and Sea and Illume, as well as the lobby bar. We were spoiled at the pool with their staff who set up our chairs and brought a pitcher of ice cold water to us. We enjoyed the attentive pool waiter staff and the DJ’s entertainment. The resort is super close to Disney and you can see the firework show at night. The room is beautiful and the views are picturesque. We will return to this resort again!

Three weeks ago we stayed at this resort. Tristen's love for his job as a front desk agent and for this property convinced us to change our reservation from a different Marriott property. The hotel is beautiful and the staff caters to your every need and above. The service, the professionalism and friendliness of every staff member we encountered was excellent. Our stay was amazing from the front desk in finding us the perfect room to meet our needs, to staff of guest services who found us a roll a way after requesting one from him in the hallway. Friday evening we casually mentioned our intentions to dine at Illume to Louis, our server in the lobby area. We did not have reservation but Louis spoke to his manager and ensured we had dinner on the rooftop patio with a view of Epcot fireworks. They the sticky ribs and the Gyu No Kani roll. They were the BEST! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning and Victoria was cheerful and provided excellent service. We will definitely return and plan to schedule spa treatments and dine at Sear and Sea! Again a very special thank you to Tristen for introducing us to this beautiful hotel.

A very beautiful hotel. The staff was super helpful. I want to thank the housekeeper, Brenda F., for her excellent work. My room was always clean and tidy, even though the children had left a lot of things all over the room. The care she shows in her work is evident. Thank you, Brenda, for making me feel at home. Highly recommended.

beautiful hotel with great service! I just left today and I enjoyed my visit. monday we had facials in the spa and it was a relaxing experience. I left items in my room and they were quickly recovered and I was notified and advised on next steps to have them shipped to me. there was also a charge added to my room that wasn’t mine and the situation was remedied within minutes. the property is really nice and again staff members were pleasant and courteous. the shuttle to the park was brand new and it was nice as well. will definitely stay at this property in the future.

This has been such a lovely and luxurious experience from the moment we checked in. Our room was simply amazing and comfortable and most importantly CLEAN! I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay during such a busy season and especially during a nationals dance competition. HUGE thank you to the housekeeping, for such attention to detail and even tiding some of our items after a long day. I want to especially thank Brenda F. for her hospitality, service, and again GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL! She was a kind face to see every day and always made sure to leave our room spik and span. This is definitely a hotel to rebook when in Orlando!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. The property is stunning—modern, clean, and beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully considered. The amenities are top-notch, from the pool and fitness center to the relaxing common areas and dining options. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the incredible staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Special shoutout to Lisa at the UnReserved restaurant—her friendly energy and attentive service made our dining experience even more memorable. She’s a true gem! I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando area.
