My stay at the hotel was great. The entire staff was very friendly and professional, always willing to help with a smile. I especially want to give a shout-out to Brenda, from the housekeeping team, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Her dedication and kindness made us feel comfortable and well cared for at all times. Thank you for everything, and for your positive energy that was always noticeable. Thank you to everyone who works in the restaurants, the market, the hotel lobby, and the pool for your kindness. It was a busy week due to the competitions, but you made us feel well cared for.

Three weeks ago we stayed at this resort. Tristen's love for his job as a front desk agent and for this property convinced us to change our reservation from a different Marriott property. The hotel is beautiful and the staff caters to your every need and above. The service, the professionalism and friendliness of every staff member we encountered was excellent. Our stay was amazing from the front desk in finding us the perfect room to meet our needs, to staff of guest services who found us a roll a way after requesting one from him in the hallway. Friday evening we casually mentioned our intentions to dine at Illume to Louis, our server in the lobby area. We did not have reservation but Louis spoke to his manager and ensured we had dinner on the rooftop patio with a view of Epcot fireworks. They the sticky ribs and the Gyu No Kani roll. They were the BEST! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning and Victoria was cheerful and provided excellent service. We will definitely return and plan to schedule spa treatments and dine at Sear and Sea! Again a very special thank you to Tristen for introducing us to this beautiful hotel.

I would gladly say that this my husbands and mine home away from home. We come here at least once or twice a month. The service has always been phenomenal, we absolutely love this hotel and try to always stay at a JW every time we travel. Emily at the front desk was amazing and so was Lucia from housekeeping. I highly recommend this hotel for business trips, family trips or just a relax trip. Worth every dollar and more!

Google
The service is excellent- attentive- from reception, to poolside to restaurants to even the At your service phone. Food delicious in restaurants. Extensive breakfast buffet. 50$ pp resort fee is steep- i believe that is something that should be included in the high end pricing of JW Marriotts. Being charged for day of check out is also not fair with people who leave early and cant even enjoy the resort. There is also no members lounge. The added parking fee is also a lot. A family of 4 would be paying an extra 200$ a day in resort fees and almost 40$ a day for parking. I would hands down say this is amongst the nicest options in Orlando area were it not for the extra fees. Particularly with afternoon lightening and rain with the pool closing early, it seems unfair for us to be charged the resort fees. The mini golf course is simple and basic and i never saw anyone using it over my 3 days stay .|The lobby restaurant and rooftop 9th floor restaurant are excellent -|I would have given 5 star review if not for the excessive resort fees. Really appreciate the adult pool

Google
beautiful hotel with great service! I just left today and I enjoyed my visit. monday we had facials in the spa and it was a relaxing experience. I left items in my room and they were quickly recovered and I was notified and advised on next steps to have them shipped to me. there was also a charge added to my room that wasn’t mine and the situation was remedied within minutes. the property is really nice and again staff members were pleasant and courteous. the shuttle to the park was brand new and it was nice as well. will definitely stay at this property in the future.

My family had an incredible stay, S/O to Lexi for going above and beyond both before and during our stay! With the blazing heat, the staff helped ensure we stayed hydrated and our child made some wonderful memories in the pool! This is a wonderful property to celebrate a special day, they went above and beyond to ensure it was memorable. The food is also delicious: We enjoyed the breakfast buffet so much our first day, we ate it everyday after! There is seafood and steak on the main floor, burgers and beer by the pool, and some tasty Asian bites and a great sake collection on the roof

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The place is clean, beautiful and the attention to detail is evident. I want to highlight the work of Brenda my housekeeper who kept my room spotless every day. Her dedication and kindness to my family made all the difference. Furthermore the service from the entire staff was exceptional, with attention that truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you Brenda for making our stay even more fantastic. I will definitely return!

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew we had made an excellent decision to book here. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent and that we had everything we needed. It is also a great location for kids with a dedicated kids pool and activity area. The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable. The fitness room was perfect. All the workers were just the best.

Yelp
This hotel is beautiful. The rooms were nice.. when we got there it was like 2 in the morning. My hotel room was clean. This hotel is family friendly , yet elegant for just couples. I have babies and they poop I just asked one of the employee for extra bags and Phillip came with a diaper gene. He knew we need that . The next day in the evening I had such a great experience. If you have the opportunity to get your room serviced by Phillip R. He had made my children so happy. He left a personal touch that had warm our hearts . He knew I had to feed my kids and left extra water for us because I have to mixed my formula , never told him but he noticed . He is so top notch . The next couple of nights we had it service by someone else she wasn't how I wanted to end it. Rooms were clean but didn't get replaced with new toilet paper . I wished Phillip could show all his other employees how to treat the customer's because this is why we always stay at JW Marriott. Phillip R. I just want to thank you so much for making our stay unbelievable. My kids adored you. The restaurant illume on the roof top was amazing and delicious. The fireworks to see was the touch. Unreserved food bazaar - service awful , food was okay. Sear and sea lobby bar - service was good . Drinks was good . The pool service is awesome, they set up towels for you and bring ice water and snacks for free. The set up was a lovely touch. Thank you JW Marriott.

Yelp
Here for a conference. Had a really nice stay at the JW. Marriott properties typically don't disappoint but the rooftop bar with the tiki drink was a highlight. That and the mini golf course. A little bummed there was no lounge and the only consolation was a wellness course in the morning. Rooms were very nice. All the food was very good. Even the conference coffee was good which is usually a low point for any conference catering. I'd be more than happy to return to this property.

Yelp
I recently stayed at this Marriott hotel for 3 nights during the Creator Fest. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I was disappointed that I didn't receive any hotel points or stay, despite using my Bonvoy credit card. It turns out that the Creator Fest put us in a group rate bundle, which I wasn't aware of when I booked through the Marriott Bonvoy website. This was quite frustrating, especially since I'm only 4 nights away from reaching Gold status. On a positive note, the staff was wonderful. I appreciated the way I was addressed by the front desk staff and thanked for being a Silver member. The restaurants were good, and the hotel was clean. However, I'm giving them 4 stars due to the issue with not receiving credit for my stay, even though I used my Marriott Visa.

Yelp
While I was in Orlando I stayed at the JW Marriott for about 3 nights and I would have to say it's not up to par with other JW Marriott's. This particular JW Marriott is like at the very end of Chelonia Parkway and it's like literally a mile from Main Street. It does have self parking and valet parking. Even though this hotel is near Universal Studios Orlando and Walt Disney World, there is no benefits from staying here for the theme parks. There is no early entry and your parking here does not cover the parking at the theme parks. The self parking fee costs more than like a Disney Swan Reserved which does cover parking at the Theme parks. The hotel layout is that there is a separate elevator for the parking than to the hotel rooms so you cannot just go straight from your car to your room. My experience here is subpar due to these four main events I encountered here. First, the shower was stuck on super hot water and had no cold water coming out. Had to call the front desk to send someone up to fix it. Secondly, the hair dryer in this room was so gross since the intake was full of hair and dust. Third, when we ordered room service, right before they delivered ice cream to us, they called us. We confirmed the flavors and when we got it, it was incorrect. We had to call and ask for another one. Lastly, the curtains left a huge gap in the center where it kept letting light in. The bathroom was nice with decent water pressure for the shower and the sink water pressure wasn't good at all. The ventilation in the bathroom is poor and it gets stuffy. They do have hotel water and it's like a small bottle of water, it's not full sized like how other hotels would offer. The gym is nice, it's 24/7 and it's probably one of the nicest hotel gyms I've been in. All of the equipment worked, they offered towels in the gym, and there was also free headphones for you to plug into the machines if you wanted to listen to something, and they had the same half sized bottled water. Overall, it's an okay place but there are other hotels in the area which are way more worth it and would have a much better time.

Yelp
Overall, the property is beautiful but finding bloodstains on the comforter is pretty gross.

Yelp
The pictures will show you the story. Service is impecable. I ordered in the first night, because I was exhausted. I told inroom dining about my dairy allergy and they places my order. They called me back because the bun had dairy in it. It was fine since I never have an issue with bakery offerings. Everything was perfect. I stayed in the exec suite, fantastic. That said, they lack USB-C connections which are a must. Otherwise sweet the room, etc. A couple of key tips 1. When you take a shower the turn on buttons are on the wall next to entry into the shower. If you want the rain shower select the button that looks sort of like it. Then move their dial for temp. When you are done, you have to click the button to tuen off the shower. 2. The light around the tv in the bedroom, isn't easy to find, because its not on the wall. Its below the tv in their faux wood. Its a black button. 3. They lack any splenda or equal sugar for their espresso machine. Mine had those pink ones whose ingredient was in Tab back in the day. In other words, avoid like the plague. Bed is very comfortable. For breakfast they offer a'la carte, or you can do buffet. Oh and they have egg whites.

Yelp
As someone who travels often, I thought I knew top level customer service until my stay here. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and I will come back time and time again to relive our wonderful trip. Amazing restaurants, fantastic views and a perfect pool made for a wonderful stay.

Yelp
The JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek has been opened four years and is a truly luxury property. This resort exudes an upscale sophistication and is staffed by wonderfully warm people. I attended a conference at the hotel and did my best to check out all the amenities, from the spa, workout room to the restaurants. I appreciate the little things. For example, when I went out for an early morning run, there was water and towels waiting at the front door. Although the JW doesn't have a concierge club or M Lounge, Bonvoy Elite members get a complimentary buffet breakfast at the Unreserved Restaurant on the first level. The selection and quality of food served at the breakfast buffet was over the top. Make sure to get a cook to order omelette and crepe! Speaking of the spa, it was amazing. I had Matthew as my therapist for a deep tissue massage. Truly one of the best I've ever had. The fact that he has done sports massage really allowed him to zero in on my trouble areas. Ask for him! The Sear and Sea Restaurant was good, but pricey and the service wasn't what I expected. See my separate review. The Illume rooftop lounge provides great views of the parks, especially of the firework displays. I'd love to come back when I am in vacation mode!

Yelp
Love, love, love, love, love, love the staff here! First, we went to check in at 7 am after a red eye - and they made sure to find us a room as soon as possible so we can fall asleep and get some shut eye. Room was spacious and clean. No issues here. Robes are provided. The lotion (additional $45 if you take it) smelled wonderful! I was tempted but needed luggage space for Disney merch. Coffee (the Marketplace) team were super friendly as they provided me my nitro cold brew. Went to the pool - again, amazing service by everyone there! Made sure I had shade, checked in on me regularly, and answered any and all questions. Then as we left, we had an issue where our Lyft driver wasn't coming up to the front door. So valet team ran down to tell the driver where to go. He left us and cancelled the ride!!! Rude. The valet team made sure the whole time we were taken care of and got safely into another Lyft. I appreciate this whole team so much! Thank you for an amazing, luxurious stay - will definitely be back!

Yelp
Recommend this hotel if you are looking for a modern, yet low key resort that is entry level luxury but not breaking the bank. It's smaller than the other JW but recently built and closer to the parks. The rooms are nice and the restaurants are good. Customer service has been great. I think this place is good for people who will spend most of their time away from the hotel but want the option to lounge at a nice luxury pool or not go far to get a great meal. There is a roof top bar and restaurant as well as a Michelin rated steakhouse on the property.

Yelp
What a beautiful hotel with a coffee bar and multiple eating options on the property. The staff were all so friendly and the amenities were clean--we especially loved hanging out by the pool area. My boyfriend and I only stayed for one night, but we had a great experience. Highly recommend.

Yelp
This is our second year staying here. We come here annually for my husband's corporate celebration. The hotel itself is beautiful. Aesthetically stunning, new, clean, grandiose, everything you'd expect of a high end hotel. It's located close to Disney parks and Disney springs and they offer a shuttle to and from either for hotel guests. There are 3 restaurants on site, I've reviewed all individually, 2 pools, a kids club lounge with all kinds of fun activities, a rooftop putt putt course and a rock climbing wall. We enjoyed time at the pool both days during our stay and took advantage of the poolside food and beverage. There is one adult pool and a family friendly pool. NO LAZY RIVER (got the question a lot). There is a bar located in the center of each of the pools. Pool area is fenced in and only hotel guests with card can access which I appreciate for security and safety. The hotel rooms themselves are lovely. Beds are comfortable. Quiet AC that actually blows icy cold air, if you're there in July like we were you'll understand the importance of this! Our room had a larger walk in shower, a separate jetted tub and a king bed. We also had a connecting room with two queens and same bathroom setup, I really really wanted to rate this higher but myself and others have had issues with the reservation and check in process two years in a row. This year we called ahead multiple times to ensure we had connecting rooms under the corporate rate and were confidently assured that we were all set. We come to check in at 2 and there is no note of need for connecting room. Guest services were very apologetic and made a note to get it fixed. They gave us one room and said connecting room would be ready shortly, they would call when ready. we went to the pool and waited. I received a call around 4 that our room was ready and they were going to upgrade us, SWEET! But they missed the connecting room again, so now it's going on 5:30. We have one room on 16. One room on 14. And an hour to get ready for dinner and get the kids ready for bed..... My husband finally got it taken care of and then they placed a hold on my card for $468! Not our corporate rate which should have been half and arrange it the time of booking. It was beyond frustrating and I wasted the better part of 3 hours going back and forth with the front desk to get it figured out then had to have my husbands boss walk down to talk about he rate. It was a nightmare. Great hotel. Cluster of a situation if you need anything beyond standard hotel. I won't bore you with the lost items situation but just note that if you leave something and call to have them put it aside and they confirm they have placed it on hold that you may need to wait an hour for them to track it down.

Yelp
The grounds, landscaping, lobby, restaurants, and recreational areas were all lovely. However, that is not where the guests sleep. With that being said, the room itself was not up to par. The cleaning staff had to re-clean and disinfect the room and bathroom due to a mess left by previous guests. The entire stay was refunded due to this inconvenience, and the management was apologetic. I appreciated their accountability, even though they are not directly responsible for the cleanliness of the rooms; that is the cleaning staff's responsibility.

Yelp
Simply amazing and perfect for a disney weekend! Because we are locals and have stayed at several disney themed hotels. I went for luxury without disney decor everywhere for our anniversary and daughter's birthday weekend. I truly enjoyed this location versus Grande Lakes simply because it was family friendly for our 3 year and 5 year old. Pool was amazing and not too deep for the little ones. Poolside service was amazing and the littles loved the food and ice cream! Mommy and daddy enjoyed sushi and the bar lol. Room and amenities were amazing as well. We utilized the disney shuttle to visit the theme parks & disney springs each day so we didn't have to drive at all during our staycation! They brought our little one birthday balloons and stuff animals for her birthday , she was so happy ! We are already looking to come back before end of summer!

Yelp
10:10 impressed. I was underwhelmed by the Ritz last year, it felt dated and the massage felt rushed, entire spa was packed.. and unimpressive service. Now this, THE JW (Bonnet Creek) has blown me away. I came for a wedding, and all of the staff have the same energy, consistent, predictive the hotel is modern but warm, feels intimate and every bit of 4/5 stars. The spa took the cake. Masako is the best masseuses Ive ever had, the winter serenity massage had cbd cooling gel. For having over 100 plus massages, Masako and the spa has taken the cake. Only rival being Faena in Miami.

Yelp
The JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek is a lovely hotel located in the Bonnet Creek area and near the Ritz Carlton and other upscale hotels. I was not a guest in the hotel, but did have an opportunity to visit the spa. The experience was phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better treatment during either my massage or my facial. The locker room was clean and included, eucalyptus showers, hot and wet sauna, a very large locker room and a very plush relaxation lounge that included water, nuts, energy bites, and hot tea. When or scheduling spa services, you have unlimited access to the locker room and other areas both before and after your treatment. One key thing that I really love was the cool showers that included a rain mist and since like ocean breeze and eucalyptus. I am a fan of essential oils and similar Smells. My spy treatments I started with a massage and my massage Therapist, Megan, immediately identified my areas she suggested the addition of hot stones and cupping which really relieved some ongoing shoulder pain that I was having. The firm pressure made me nice and ready for a day at the park. My Facial with Marwi was nothing short of amazing and the product they use are awesome. It was interesting to learn that my facialist actually originally lived in the area where I was visiting and formerly worked at a spa in my area. The cost were predictable for a high-level spa, but not overly expensive. They also accept spa Finder gift cards.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious! We ate at Primo and it was very much so authentic Italian food! My moscato was delicious and my seafood was delicious! My family enjoyed their pasta! The service my quick! The waiter complimented my boyfriend and said he was so nice looking that he should just stand outside the ladies bathroom and all the ladies will fall all over him lol, which made no sense and wasn't appreciated, considering I was right there and it was Christmas Eve. They should do sobriety tests on the waiters to make sure they're not drunk talking.Honestly I considered that rude and for that I feel as though we should get something complimentary next time and a different waiter. But food was incredibly delicious and you will definitely have a great time.

Yelp
I have to go 3, I want to go 2 for value for price, but Que se ra ... .I paid top top top $ ($623!) as I had to be in Orlando right after Christmas. I normally choose the Hilton Bonnett Creek, Coronado or Boardwalk, but my AMEX gives me nice deals at Fine hotel brand. Valet- 50$ a day or self park for 35$ (my #might be a bit off) we can't unload and check in with our car n the front of the hotel- a little inconvenience but ok. Valet guys were nice. Check-in- no upgrade as I need no feathers - OK- AMEX gives you upgrade, when available, free breakfast for 2, late check out and $100 hotel credit. Nice - I understand why she couldn't upgrade me, housekeeping already made my room feather-free. . Room- So our room is basic, nice but not Ritz or Fairmont, which is the price point I paid for this week. Shower and amenities nice, glass frosted door on toilette for privacy. Mini fridge, coffee, typical. Peace- Now the star knock-slept on floor 6 or 8, (I can't remember), well NO SLEEP. I thought heard chairs stacking and dragging all night. My husband didn't hear, perhaps I'm crazy's. Kept me up all night! Terrible! Was I crazy? We checked out around 12:30, even though I was able to stay till 4, had 3 people visit my room at 9,10,11 to see when I'm leaving, I have late checkout. We left to go grab a coffee, locked out of our room at noon! Housekeeping selectively spoke English, no problem, I'll speak Spanish so we all understand each other. They would not let me in my room, key card shit off- Had to have the police come!!! Back into our room and checkout- told the gal about the sleep and curious what is above my room? Oh it's a restaurant with outdoor bar/patio! So I wasn't crazy, or having crazy dreams. For the cost i expect sleep. Why are we stacking chairs and being ridiculously noisy with rooms below? If you go to JW sleep low, trust Sleep low. With a few minor changes this place could be a gem. Cost/value/sleep quality If I go back, I'll request to stay LOW and maybe leave happy and rested rather than tired and broke! Update: I messaged the business at their request and a personalized sorry, we will report to our staff was received. That's all folks

Yelp
I stayed at JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek for a conference I was attending. When you first walk into the lobby is a a beautiful room with high ceilings. Looking straight ahead you can see the lobby bar and to the right is the front desk. The staff at the front were so friendly and helpful. The check in process was easy. They request a credit card for incidentals and the card that you provide they place a $200 hold on. There are 6 elevators, I can imagine in days where the shuttle arrives from the airport this area can get busy. We were on the 12th floor. The room was beautiful! Very clean and inviting. Plenty of towels for two. The only problem I had was there was no microwave so if we had left overs from a restaurant brought back to our room we wouldn't be able to warm them up. The room came with two small bottles of water, a Illy coffee machine, and some aromatherapy products in the bathroom. If you take any of the aromatherapy products home you will be charged $45 a bottle. The hotel was very nice but the prices for room services and in the market are insane. I got two waters and they were 5.50 each. A breakfast sandwich was $14. Also the market closed at 9 so if you needed anything like water or drinks after that you would have to get DoorDash which cannot deliver directly to the rooms or get room service which charges $7 for delivery. Edit So I was just stuck in the parking garage elevator for 10 minutes. That took the review down from 4 to 3 stars. Safety is a big issue there. I was stuck with 4 other adults and a child.

Yelp
I have been going to Orlando for years and always had a time share that we stayed at but once we got rid of the money pit of a timeshare we decided to check out different spots. This one was reasonably priced and close to the ESPN center for our son's basketball tournament. I have stayed at the Gaylord also and up until now it was my favorite. This JW Marriott spot was top notch! From the rooms to the pool service to the food to the customer service as a whole. This place was beautiful. I also got a massage from their spa and it was amazing. Sn: Tesla chargers for my car was also a huge plus. I will be returning!

Yelp
I'm not gonna call. It is not up to the client to do extra work to correct your mistakes. Also, upon check out, I was charged an extra $50 a day bullshit fee, on top of having prepaid the full amount for the hotel. This is completely unacceptable.

Yelp
Excellent hotel Size gives it a more boutique feel Good restaurant options (a little limited at lunch time) Good shuttle service to Disney great pool and great pool service Overall an excellent property I highly recommend I enjoyed it more than the grand lakes JW also here in Orlando That JW is better for kids though - this one more for adults
google avatar

Andrea R.

Yelp
We've stayed at the other JW during past Orlando trips, but chose this one for this past trip since it's new and closer to the parks. They have shuttles going to the parks every hour or so, which we took advantage of a few times...although we also found it easy to just jump in a uber (10 min drive to most of the parks). It's close enough to Disney where's it's convenient and you can even see the Epcot fireworks from their rooftop each night. However, it isn't like Disney threw up in your face like most Disney resorts, which is kind of nice after a long day at the parks. We ate at the bar the first night, which was tasty, but after that did doordash after a long day at the parks. The restaurants were booked with reservations during Christmas week and probably a little fancy for my children. However, the sushi restaurant looked really good and I would have loved to do a date night there sans kids. There's an adult pool and a kids pool that we took advantage of twice. The nice thing was that it wasn't crowded at all since everyone was at the parks. The kids pool is very shallow, which was perfect for my youngest who is just learning to swim. However, my older 2 expressed disappointment that it wasn't a bit deeper. We did order food service while at the pool one day and it was delicious and came out very fast. We didn't take advantage of the kids club, but they also have a mini golf course that we checked out on our last morning. It was the most difficult golf course we've experienced, but a cute idea. The hotel also has hidden fairy doors that my kids were very excited about finding. It was perfect timing since my youngest had just lost his first tooth and is all about the tooth fairy right now. There are so many great hotels in the area, but thought this was a great option for a stay at Disney if you want to be near the parks, but not in an actual Disney resort. We were also able to get into the parks for the early hour by staying here, which is key on a crowded Disney week.

One of our favorite JW locations. Beautiful facilities, awesome pool, great food options and friendly service always! We have stayed here three times and we always love our staycations here. The beds are super comfy and rooms are spacious.

Yelp
This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The check in and check out process is quick and effortless. There is plenty of parking available. They have excellent restaurants and a great play area for children that includes a splash pad.

Yelp
Recently stayed here for a wedding that was in town, the venue was offsite, but there were some events in preparation onsite. The resort is beautiful with great amenities. I was a part of a large group and had a lot of communication with front desk and they were consistently excellent! Valet parking staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately during my stay it was too cold to enjoy the pool but it looked great. I was prepared for warmer weather in Florida. When it did warm up a little I did talk advantage of there very well thought out children's space. We had a toddler who enjoy getting to run outside in between naps and events. I also, did get up to use the gym and it was clean and offered a good variety of equipment for a morning routine. there is also plenty of land in the surrounding area to go out on a walk if desired. I didn't give this a 5 star due to the house keeping service being inconsistent. There was even an encounter with a particular house keeper who was argumentative when requesting cleaning. I wish I got her name to be specific because it's not fair to the rest that were great. But like I mentioned it wasn't consistent like every other area and team was. Some days we got our wind down service with the delicious chocolates and sometimes we didn't. Another area of opportunity is the room service food, it was definitely lacking in options and flavor. The servers and service is great but the food is lacking. I can't forget to mention that the beds where extremely comfortable! Overall a great stay.

Yelp
I stayed at the JW Marriott for a recent Disney trip with some friends and they took such good care of us! The hotel is beautiful with a very modern and sleek design. We happened to run into the GM, Sam, and he was so friendly and helpful as this was our first time to Orlando. I will say the same for all of the staff we encountered. In particular, go visit Francisco at the Illume bar!! The cocktail menu is on point and he can concoct anything you're in the mood for! I especially loved the gorgeous rose flavor he added to my Lychee Martini. Also highly recommend Sear + Sea for dinner and ask for Helena! The food was amazing and I love that they have a good mix of meat and vegetarian options. On top of the friendly staff, I just love the ambiance of this hotel. The proximity to Disney gives you a prime view of the fireworks on the Illume rooftop patio. At the same time, if you are looking for a break from the Disney madness after a day at the parks, this place felt like an upscale and more adult sanctuary!

Yelp
We had our annual national meeting here at this property this week, and everything has been top notch. The rooms are cozy, beds are comfy, and you can work from the desk when needed. We spent most of our time down in the conference area in meetings and also for meals. Service was beyond excellent. It's hard to feed and host over 100 people. Timing, execution, quality, and taste all have to meet various expectations. No real complaints from me. The restaurant options are great and Sear and Sea was a great spot for a customer dinner. I'm a platinum elite Marriott member since leaving Hhonors 8 years ago. Love this spot, right near the back entrance to Disney Springs, and close to many of the food and nightlife options in the area. Thanks to the team here! I check out tomorrow but I'm happy this week went so well.

Yelp
Wanted to provide a very positive shout out to Valentina, pool support, for providing us a first class experience at the pool yesterday. She brought us over to empty chairs (right next to the pool), laid out all the towels and also provided us with a picture of water. Thank you Valentina!!!

Yelp
This sleek new hotel is my favorite of the Bonnet Creek offerings. It may not have all the resort amenities of the massive Wyndham, or the poshness of the Waldorf, but its modern, high-ceilinged lobby is just somehow more welcoming, and the bar and restaurant are marvelous. We live nearby, so we just stayed for one night to try the place out, and didn't make use of the pool, but it looked nice. The view from the higher floors looks out over the surrounding forest and wetlands, with Disney icons in the distance. A soon to open rooftop bar should be very nice. Our room was nicely outfitted with a desk, love seat, refrigerator, and espresso machine. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom is luxurious, with tub and separate, large stall shower. We stayed during the pandemic, and it was a bit eerie to have an entire hotel almost to ourselves, but we certainly enjoyed the welcoming staff, and their pampering attention.

Yelp
We have been watching this being built for a while now so it is good to finally get to stay here. We got a package deal that included valet parking and Deb said it was a better deal. Very nice new hotel! Very modern everywhere including the rooms. Nice lobby bar with outdoor seating overlooking the pool. A grab n go for quick snacks and coffee. A Spa that we didn't try. A really nice restaurant that I yelped separately on. Room are very nice. The floor to ceiling windows are very nice and provides lots of good views and natural lighting. The bathroom is awesome. A separate stall for the toilet that has its own door a separate tub and shower! The shuttles to the parks are by reservations so you have to be on their schedule. We Uber'd a couple of times. Very impressed with this place and the staff. Already plan my our next trip!

Yelp
Pros: Stunning modern hotel, seating everywhere Multiple food options on property Very adult/modern room and lobby decor Beautiful bathroom with separate bath tub and walk in shower Wonderful spa on property Very professional staff, everyone was extremely polite and had an answer for everything Love the Marriott app, any requests or chats were answered right away 2 complimentary drinks from the bar Cons: Very expensive food, even the poolside options The JW market's breakfast wasn't great, the burrito was frozen cold on one side and flavorless Would be nice to have more events/activities on property $30 SELF parking fee per night?!

Yelp
I was here for a business meeting and had a very nice experience. The property is very modern and it's pretty new. Everything was very clean and the property is relaxing and definitely feels like you are on a vacation. The staff was fantastic with friendly and helpful attitudes. The pool is large and beautiful even though I didn't go in. They have some excellent dining options on the property including their steak house which was very good! The grounds are very nice and safe with many people walking and jogging. It is in a nice centrally located area with close proximity to the amusement parks. I highly recommend this property.

Yelp
Nice hotel not far from theme parks. Was upgraded to suite high up with a great balcony and views. Pool was beautiful and bar outside was great. Only knock was a group of kids running amok at the adult pool that took way too long to get shut down. Otherwise a great stay.

Yelp
We recently stayed at this hotel for 8 days for a dance convention. We were able to get reasonable room rates due to the group rate. I was really impressed with this hotel. We were on the 6th floor and had a great view of the Epcot fire works every night. The room was extremely clean and the staff that serviced the rooms were friendly and thorough. The pool was lovely and the pool staff was amazing. They were so welcoming and helpful. They provided guests with pitchers of ice water and refilled them regularly, walked around with free small snacks of dried fruit a few times a day, set up towels, moved umbrellas (shout out to Wally). Although extremely expensive ($40/pp) the morning buffet breakfast was immaculate. They had a meats and cheeses station, omelette stations, crepe station, pastries, juices...5 stars. My only complaint was the process of food and items such as sunscreen. I know, I know... it is a resort what did I expect. But it really jacked up the cost of staying here and made it hard on the wallet for a whole week.

Yelp
The GM Robert had his hands full with a huge attendance of soccer fans, angry visitors and a huge police presence. I was one of the angriest visitors and he took everything I threw at him with class and professionalism. Kudos to him and his staff for being top notch.

Yelp
We booked a room through a third party which created an issue with our reservation. After expressing our dissatisfaction with the issue, front desk Amanda went above and beyond to rectify things which were caused by the third party. My fiancé and I were staying here prior to heading on our destination wedding and Amanda sent us the sweetest hand writing card with goodies. Thank you Amanda and the JW Marriott team that goes above and beyond with customer service. Customer service here reminds me of how things were like decades ago in the hospitality industry.

Yelp
The spa experience was absolutely incredible, nothing short from heavenly. I've never felt more calm and relaxed after a massage. This was the first time I almost fell asleep in a massage. The aromatherapy showers were amazing, and I love that they had a special recommended routine to guide their guests if they choose. They have heated neck pads to enjoy when waiting or relaxing in their quiet rooms and an ice bath to exfoliate your face. The best part is you have access to the spa for the rest of the day! I definitely spent the most time here then any other spa I've been too!

Yelp
My wife and love the staff and the Sear and Sea restaurant. Our table wasn't ready, so we were invited to wait at the bar. I ordered two Tito's, dirty martinis. I was asked if we would like blue cheese stuffed or regular olives. The martinis taste great, but 1) you can't charge nearly $65 for 2 drinks. That's literally robbing your customers, and 2) you shouldn't charge for a garnish, regardless of the cost of the drink. It really cheapens the atmosphere. Are we at a Marriott charging $30+ for drinks and gratuity, or not? You can't have it both ways. We ordered mid shelf vodka. What would have Grey Goose or Finlandia have cost us?! JW Marriott - get your act together.

Yelp
One of my favorite resorts in the Orlando area! I have stayed at this resort twice now and I can confidently say that it is worthwhile your state. The staff are very professional, and nice, check in/check out is smooth. The rooms are clean and tidy. The resort is within proximity of some of the Disney world venues such as Disney springs and Epcot. Great family friendly resort. It is also nice to visit as a couple or business retreat. My only recommendation is that they inspect the water drain in the showers.

Yelp
Opted to stay at the JW Marriott during an impromptu trip to Orlando due to the Waldorf Astoria being sold out. This ended up being a blessing in disguise cause the JW Marriott was so much better. Every employee I encountered provided exceptional service and they made my stay memorable. I appreciated how clean the hotel was and all the amenities. While traveling with kids it's helpful to have areas where they can entertain themselves and have fun. My kids loved the outdoor mini golf and the kids area. There were plenty of games to play and both times that we went it was empty so they could play as they pleased. The internet connection is good throughout the hotel and I was even able to work from the pool area. The service at the pool area is top notch and the drinks were great. You won't regret choosing to stay here and if you do, stop by the coffee shop at the lobby for a croissant. I'm still dreaming about them.

Yelp
Excellent property located in Disney in close proximity to all those things Disney. The rooms are spacious, clean and light...the entire hotel seems like daylight all the time with a light, bright feeling throughout. The kids center is nothing like I've seen...extraordinarily awesome! From an interior kids center with books, movies, games to outdoor rock climbing, golfing in the rooftop and large connect four game! I loved this space so much! They have two pools--one for kids and one for adults. The kids pool goes to a little over 3 feet and is very large! No special anything for kids in the pool, but the pool is enough for kiddos! I don't like that they have cabanas in the kids area that you MUST RENT? That's weird...renting them, in a hotel, in the kids section....not cool. The property is wonderful...spacious, and very clean. The staff (beginning from the valet, Diana was AMAZING to us) is SUPER FRIENDLY -think Disney meets Ritz Carlton. They had several fun activities for the children. They hid these tiny fairy doors around the hotel for the kids, we very much enjoyed finding these (every day :-) very fun! We would def stay here again

Yelp
Really Enjoyed this property even though I did not stay the night. Hooked up my laptop in the hotels lobby bar area. The staff was extremely attentive. You can even set up a laptop / workstation type deal even at the bar itself... they have plug ins for your electronics right at the bar. The entire property was pretty to look at even though it was not finished. The outside facade where the fountain is supposed to go is still under construction, Parking is very EASY. If you are visiting during the day, don't valet, just park in the garage. It will cost you $30.00 minimum anyway so just enjoy your visit. It feels like there is "nobody home" when you go from your car to the lobby. There is a very quiet eerie silence to everything. The pool has activity but the overall feel of the place is extremely quiet. Book now for extreme deals. There were no scanners or checkpoints at this property, I would stay here... even though their amenities are at 30%.

Yelp
A friend and I met up here for a girls' weekend last weekend, and we LOVED IT. We had so many positive customer service stories and were totally impressed with how many employees were working multiple jobs and shifts in the hotel in order to get the hotel through the uptick in business as the hotel recovers from Covid. I'll start with our time at the spa. We enjoyed a fabulous visit to the spa for massages with Wil and Michelle, and Jonathan and Terra warmly greeted us upon arrival. My friend and I are big time spa lovers and we both agreed our massages were some of the best we had ever had. Wil did a great job addressing big trigger point problems I had but still making the massage relaxing and enjoyable. (Remember: there's an art to that, y'all!) The massage table I was on was the most comfortable massage table I've ever been on. It's got memory foam in it. So relaxing! We loved trying the sauna, steam room, and aromatherapy/cold showers, too. The only suggestion we have is that management needs to hang some robe/mask hooks around the sauna and steam room so guests can hang with robes before they go in. Instead, we just put our robes and masks in a little pile on the floor by the doors. It would have been good to have some towels on shelves around that entrance, too, instead of walking back to where they were stored. It's a beautiful new spa, but there are these little quirks to work out. Prices are expensive, but sometimes you just have to splurge and enjoy on vacation. Our hotel room was nice and very JW Marriott -- elegant, well appointed, etc. Our small refrigerator was broken upon check in but maintenance swapped it out for a new one and get it working for us within about an hour of check in. I told my friend that we probably would have had a broken refrigerator for days with some hotels, but JW got that taken care of like it was a priority. We appreciated that. The room had a beautiful bathroom with a full tub, glass shower, and separate toilet room. We loved all the small touches like the magnifying makeup mirror and aromatherapy products. We tried the Sear and Sea lobby bar and restaurant, poolside dining/drinks, and Unreserved, and all had exceptional service and great fare. Valet was also very responsive and efficient. Check-in with Danielle was great. The real stars of this hotel right now are the employees, many of which are working double shifts in multiple areas to keep this place operating until they can get more employees on board and trained to handle the growing crowds. We saw employees like Drew at the pool, working poolside all day as a helpful attendant, and then assisting with food service late at night at Sear and Sea. We saw Jory serve us breakfast in the morning with a smile and then working poolside as a server, and at the Unreserved bar all day long (and even training a new employee). We saw Jonathan welcome us at the spa and then later being a welcoming pool attendant. It felt like pool employees Shauna and Emily were there the entire time we were, and they were so sweet and customer-focused to us. Each time, though I'm sure these people were exhausted from working so long and in multiple areas, they made us feel welcomed and important to them. We commented several times that whomever hired all these people hired the right people. They're all so versatile, friendly, and professional. We hope they all get promoted once the hotel gets up to full staffing again, as these are the kind of people they would want representing the JW branding. I didn't catch one of the pool attendants names, but she worked with Emily a lot and was also exceptional. Though all the employees we met were fabulous, we were especially wowed with Jory's work ethic and hope the next time we come to visit he is one of the hotel managers. We were really grateful for the adult only pool so we could relax and work. Both the adult pool and family pool were pretty full on the weekends (and I think the hotel was only 50% full), so competition for chairs may get messy if the hotel is more occupied. The only weird thing there is that kids often end up coming through that adult-only area to go to the hot tub and splash area. Not sure why it was designed that way. We know this will quickly become THE hotel to hit in Orlando. We're happy we got to go while it is on the upswing. We want to come check it out once the sushi bar/restaurant is open. Thank you to all the awesome employees who took such good care of us. We highly recommend this hotel!

Yelp
If you are interested in visiting the Disney Theme Parks, but want to elevate the hotel experience, look no further. I recently enjoyed a stay at this wonderful establishment for the first time and had a great experience with my family. Please read on if you want to learn more ... It began at check in, where we were greeted. Excellent service! And in my situation, I felt the appreciation from the staff with my Marriott Bonvoy Elite status. Upon reaching the room, we were impressed with the well appointed furnishings and the spacious environment. It felt very luxurious, but comfortable. Exactly what we wanted after long days at the parks. And it was very quiet too! As far as amenities are concerned, they offer a gaming area for kids (which included a 9 hole miniature golf course), two swimming pools (where one is an adult pool), and a rooftop lounge (which I unfortunately did not get a chance to visit). Of course, there is always the food. But unlike some other JWs I have visited, this is the one area where a little improvement is needed. First of all, there are a small number of restaurants in this resort. And the prices are somewhat steeper than desired. My favorite was the Unreserved Beer Garden, which had a very pleasant outdoor seating area near the pool. Very relaxing! And although everything we tried tasted wonderful, the menu was quite limited. In fact, I was quite surprised to see the neighboring restaurant in the pool area (Palm Cove) have a more robust menu but limited seating (only at the pool bar, unless you wanted to eat at your pool chair). This is a missed opportunity for this establishment as there is really no great food nearby. For example, Disney Springs has now become an overrated outdoor shopping mall with several average and below average restaurants. Had I know this sooner, and had the variety of food options at the JW be greater, I would have gladly spent more time (and money) at this resort's restaurants. JW ... I hope you are listening ... Last item regarding transportation to the parks. With your resort fee, you can take advantage of the JW shuttle service to every Disney Park. And this was a great option for us. You simply use the online reservation system to book a departure or return trip (and there are several time slots throughout the day) and you are comfortably transported everywhere (even Disney Springs). This one amenity is worth the resort fee by itself. That's it. Not sure when I will be returning to visit Disney again, but when I do, this resort will be at the top of the list.

Yelp
We stayed here for a little staycation to celebrate Valentine's Day! Plus as a Marriott Bonvoy Member I wanted to check this hotel out. Upon arrival the valet didn't bother to even greet us or ask us if we wanted to use them. When I got out of the car and started walking to the main door that's when a valet asked for my name. Check in was super easy and the front desk was very attentive. For our first activity we went to the pool bar and we were greeted by the bartenders but after they got our beers they were too busy chatting and checking her phones that I wasn't asked if we wanted another one until almost an hour later. Went to the rooftop bar for drinks pre dinner and it was awesome! The drinks were pretty good but the staff was amazing! They were extremely attentive. Headed to Sear + Bass for dinner and it was by far one of the worst dinner experiences I had in forever. Went back to the rooftop bar; order a bottle of sake and some appetizers. Sat outside and enjoyed our night. Thanks to the waitress for being awesome! The room had a wet spot in the rug near the bed and on the shower I found toothpicks. I expected more... 1. Clean room 2. Better customer service when I reported the issues with my room
