From the moment you step out of the car to the time you reach your room, this hotel delivers a true full-service experience. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, making you feel welcome right away. My room was absolutely stunning—comfortable, spacious, and beautifully kept. The hotel lobby is elegant and inviting, and there are plenty of restaurants and amenities on site, so you never run out of options. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Quito!

This Hotel is incredible the way all employee take care of me for everything for inside and up outside. The Hotel is extremely amazing customer service and help for security in the city. Gorgeous hotel! Amazing gym and pool! Rooms are huge. The buffet breakfast was really good too. We were sightseeing all day so didn’t get enough gym or pool time….they can also help you arrange a private driver for sightseeing or an excursion. We used this service to get to the equator monument.

JW Quito is very exquisite. It is a little dated, but very clean and well kept. The hotel is very big. They have a lot of restaurants on site. The staff are amazing and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and some of the rooms have an amazing view. The elite lounge is very nice. They have great breakfast and happy hour food.

Arriving at 2am, front desk and bell hop were so welcoming and helped us quickly unpack our car and get our 2yo to bed! Pool was awesome for little kids with various depths and waterfalls. We appreciated the creature comforts and would happily stay again!

The hotel is beautiful. The outdoor pool is very nice. They have a few restaurants and gift shops. Service is great and I even got a rose and two glasses of wine on arrival. As silver elite member, we got to choose cheese board and a small bottle of wine. Room is very clean and spacious. It has a safe , a small friger. Service is great

We have loved our stay at this hotel. Its about an hour from the airport, but an inexpensive Uber ride to old town, La Floresta neighborhood, and the Quito cable car. Lobby is incredible with a really cool Koi pond. Get free food to feed the fish from the restaurant host. The pool and hot tub are great. The rooms are immaculate. We booked as Bonvoy Titanium and used suite upgrade awards. We were given a 1 bedroom executive suite with lounge access. The lounge is great with free breakfast, access to snacks, fruit, soft drinks, and water throughout the day. In the afternoon they have complimentary appetizers and 2 free glasses of wine or beer each day of your stay. Great restaurants a short Uber away or try one of the hotel restaurants. We enjoyed all of them. See other reviews of the restaurants. This is the only hotel we would stay in Quito!!!

We have stayed here 3 times on our trips to Quito and have always had an excellent experience. The rooms are very clean and the staff all go above and beyond to make sure you are well attended to. If you are in Quito and want a traditional hotel, this is a great option.
