Wow, wow, just wow. The service here is absolutely impeccable. I often come from climbing mountains and look quite interesting but the warmth and hospitality from the moment I stepped on property was palpable. Every single employee is so kind and gracious. Especial kudos to Francisco & Fabian in the lounge for the cake. The fitness center is phenomenal & the spa was nice to use also and very private. I will definitely be back when visiting one of my favorite places.

An outstanding hotel in the heart of Quito. An amazing oasis in the middle of bustling downtown with many food options and very nice rooms with very nice bathrooms. Staff couldn’t have been better! Excellent stay.

A top-notch hotel with impeccable service and amenities. The fitness room is spacious and has great equipment. The buffet breakfast is delicious. The atrium lobby and cascading waterfalls are beautiful. Even the shower is wonderful. Above all the staff really strive to meet your needs.

The hotel is probably the best place to stay in Quito. Check in was perfect and fast. The room was quite roomy and comfortable in every way and had a huge balcony over-looking the city. The hotel has many dining options including Fago do Chao and Raices. The only negative comment was rain leaked into the room from the balcony during a rainstorm (even with the door closed). ||The hotel has a nice VIP Lounge offering a well-stocked buffet and chef to prepare egg dishes. The hotel has a great bar with live piano music in the early evening. Everything about our stay was comfortable. The staff were very friendly especially the Front Desk and the Bellman Team. The hotel also has many nice shops including a wine store and coffee shop.||I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again when visiting Quito.

As Platinum Elite members, this was our best Bonvoy experience not just in LATAM, but in the entire western hemisphere. This hotel is a fortress of elegance and top-notch service. ||Upon arrival, we were greeted with a rose and welcome drinks. Our huge room was beautiful and beyond comfortable. The pool is stunning, and the food offerings in the hotel are immense and of great quality.||The lounge was the best we've encountered on this side of the globe. Happy hour was very generous in its offerings, the snacks offered throughout the day were an amazing touch, and the atmosphere of the lounge was relaxing and peaceful with gorgeous views over Quito. ||An unfortunate reality is that Quito is not the safest city in the world, and the hotel staff made us feel so prepared and aware of our surroundings. There is not much to do in the direct vicinity of the hotel, but even if there was the neighborhood unfortunately is not one the hotel staff recommended walking around to begin with, but this did not detract from the quality of our stay at all. This was especially not an issue considering how relatively reliable and affordable Uber is in Quito.||We indulged in a 4 hour spa treatment which was very reasonably priced (especially on Wednesdays) and was amazingly executed by our two therapists on December 24 (I unfortunately don't remember their names but they were amazing). However, the spa design is a bit odd (problematic even). We were taken to the gym and pool locker rooms to get undressed, provided robes and slippers, and we were walked upstairs in front of other guests in our robes to the treatment rooms. There was no dedicated spa reception area or sitting area, and the treatment rooms lacked changing areas or showers which logistically made treatments such as body scrubs quite odd.||The service at this hotel was by far the best we've encountered in LATAM. Through and through we had only amazing interactions with every member of staff at the hotel. A special shoutout goes to Carolina at the front desk for her help going above and beyond in arranging an amazing Christmas Eve dinner for us last minute. Additionally, the evening lounge attendant and chef were some of the friendliest and hardest working hotel staff members I've encountered.||Lastly, I would like to share a really special thanks with Fabian. He is the embodiment of professionalism, going above and beyond, and making a guest feel welcomed at all times. If I ever opened a hotel, he would be one of the first people I'd contact - the JW Quito has an amazing asset in Fabian. ||I'd honestly return to beautiful Quito just for the chance to stay at this hotel again, yet alone to explore the stunning city and surroundings, and I'd strongly recommend a stay at this hotel the next time your travels bring you to Quito.

Hotel rooms are large and comfortable. Hotel lobby is attractive and has several nice restaurants and bars. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide selection. Hotel service is outstanding. We left something in our hotel room and the hotel staff held it safely and then delivered it to us when we returned to Quito. The front desk staff went above and beyond. The only negative is location for tourists. It's about 45 min from the airport and several miles from old town.

This hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and knows the meaning of customer service. We arrived to excellent service and an attentive staff! My travel partner’s bag did not arrive and the staff rushed into action, providing expedited laundry service within two hours. The restaurants served excellent food! Partnering with HX, we arrived after a long day of touring to hot towels and hot chocolate! We recommend this hotel!

Great experience at the JW. Access to the executive lounge was helpful for early morning, and evening snacks after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. There is so much to do on property, we didn't get to experience it all. Location was great for the restaurant options, but a bit further from old town. Highly recommend, it met our and exceeded our expectations.
