(whispers) JYP
is situated in a pretty quiet neighborhood across from Olympic park and a University, directly next to two different language schools, it feels far removed from the hustle and bustle of hip or upscale areas like Hongdae and Gangnam. JYP building itself looks like someplace any tech worker might work at, with heavily blacked out windows and a locked down front entrance with security guards. Situated right on the street corner, you could pass by without ever realizing the biggest kpop stars in the world could be working right behind that glass.
JYP cafe itself is now closed off from public viewing but there is a conveniently placed Starbucks on the opposite corner where you can enjoy a coffee and watch the entrance, though they have a secure garage in the back so i highly doubt artists are using the front door. Not much else to do other than look at the logo and sip coffee. it's rather out of the way spot from subways so you'll need to walk a bit or catch a bus. It was still a highlight of my visit to Korea.
