K Maison Boutique Hotel

It's our first time staying here and we stay 9 nights. It's about 10-12 mins walk from hotel to victory monument bts. Location is not far from Siam area, platinum mall, chatuchak, asoke and most of the malls. The hotel has a nice pleasant fragrance the moment you step into. It's nicely lit, minimalist while a touch of oriental luxe. The room is spacious and quite romantic with the translucent toilet door. Initially, we got a classic room, while first nite, when we are about to sleep, we found out there's quite a big yellowish patch on the bedsheets. My partner decided to inform the hotel staff. Immediately, the staff change a new room to us.They did a fast and shift arrangements for the unpleasant first impressions. We really appreciate it. Well, the stay there after the first nite is good and pleasant. The hotel staffs are always smiling and helpful. Whenever we are out of the lift, if the lobby staff is not busy, they will open the door for us especially there's this guy in glasses whom we must mentioned! He will be opening the door for us whenever he is at the lobby which we think that's an nice gesture and extra service. I didnt know he is the Manager named "Nu", until we check out today.Thank you so much, Mr. Nu! The kay's cafe opposite the hotel is amazing. The food is nice. It's ala carte buffet style. There's street food and couple of restaurants nearby. We love the king power DF mall nearby too. The Starbucks there is our favourite. Food at eclipse on 4th floor is nice and reasonable price too. Miss MiMi @double U cafe is very friendly too. The cafe has nice vibes, the food is slightly too sweet for our likings. Overall the stay is nice and good with K Maison boutique hotel. There's something we would like to highlight is the hotel sound proof can be improved and the tap in the toilet can be "longer" and we can wash our hands and things better in the middle of basin without our hands touching the basin wall and spilling the water onto the basin hence flowing all over the floor below.

Very kind staff, available 24/7 they have been helpful with us. The English level is very good so we could communicate effectively. The hotel doesn’t have all the service of a 5 star hotel but it’s a great place for people that just want a stay like us. Highly recommended!

Very good location with Pratumun market within walkable distance. Airport rail and BTS are also within walkable distance. Hotel lobby has a lovely smell which greets you upon checking in. Rooms are nicely decorated with smoothing feeling. Beds are comfortable. English breakfast is nice.

This place is nice. There is no shelves in the room only a few coat hangers so if you have a lot of stuff be prepared to keep them in the suitcase. Bed is big. Tv had only one chanel. The staff were lovely and the location is decent. The breakfast is served across the road in a caffe. You will be presented with a menu, the choice is decent.

The goods: Staff was super nice; the first room we checked into smelled a bit odd (like someone ate something there and the smell just sat in a room with no ventilation). The staff brought this up and we changed to a different room. The location was great. Close to all sorts of public transit and super walkable, which is the biggest plus for us! You can probably take a nice bus to/from DMK airport (I think it's a 5m walk from the hotel). You can also take the train to BKK easily. Lots of malls and coffee shops nearby, too. The meh: I went in expecting a 4-star hotel experience (it's listed as 4-star after all). I didn't feel that way when I stepped into the room. The floor and furniture didn't look like it was well maintained. The curtains and pillows had some stains. Some fixtures in the room had rust and the towel hanger in the bathroom was a bit flimsy. My partner mentioned the hot water had low pressure which bothered him. I took cold showers, so this did not bother me. Overall, this hotel didn't fit my expectation of what a 4-star hotel would be. The attention to detail just wasn't there for me. Would I recommend? It could be a good stay if you get a good deal, and understand that this may not be a 4-star hotel experience.

Stayed here for 5 days and honestly had such a good experience The staff were super helpful the whole time and really friendly Our flight was late at night and they even let us keep a room after checkout which we really appreciated it made things so much easier The food was really good and the coffee was probably the best I’ve had in a long time Only small thing is the food was the same everyday so we did get a bit bored but it was still tasty Overall one of the best stays and I recommend this place without a doubt.

Great stay for 7 days. The room is clean and the hotel is well maintained. Simple decoration yet elegant. Great for couples. Away from street noise yet close to the centre and all shopping areas. All you need is just within walking distance from the hotel. Public laundry, massage shops, markets and convenience stores. The best was the breakfast in Kays caffee with amazing service and friendly staff. The best was French toast and avocado toast. I loved staying there and I miss it.
