I think this place is great for reliable "everyday" Korean food. If I lived nearby (I don't), I'd eat here regularly since all their food is solid. Some people have said their fried chicken is amazing to which I'd say: Don't get carried away. However, it is actually pretty good (as good as you're going to find in the Triangle area and maybe all of NC for sure). You'll have to drive to DC/Virginia or Atlanta to find better.
The good:
Solid standard Korean food at their restaurant with all the things you'd expect and none of the things you wouldn't. Except fish bread (if you don't know, I won't explain...just give it try), they actually do have that and it's decent depending on which person makes it (the owner or a random part-timer...it actually matters a lot.
The market carries some stuff that even Hmart doesn't have but, as you might expect, things are a little bit more expensive (but hey, you are supporting a true small business so just suck it up man)
The quality of food at the restaurant and the store itself exceeds most of the Korean stuff you'll find in NC. It's not fancy but you it hits the spot.
The owner is very friendly and helpful
The rest:
The restaurant can get pretty busy so you might have to wait for your food
The people cooking are not Korean (usually not a good thing) but in this case, they seem to have been trained properly (way better than Hmart)
The market is a little pricier (on avg) than Hmart but not like "holy s..." more
