My wife and I were really looking forward to experiencing the Glo Night Track last night, but unfortunately, the visit turned out to be disappointing. After driving over an hour specifically to this location (since our local venue doesn’t offer the Glo Track), we arrived only to find the lights weren’t working. There was no prior notice or signage about this, which was incredibly frustrating after the long trip.
Beyond that, the overall experience left much to be desired. The pit staff offered no explanation of how things worked, and when I asked for a printout of our race results, I was told the printer was out of service. For an activity that markets itself as premium entertainment, those basics should be covered.
We also spent some time in the arcade, but even that felt neglected. We tried to play a game of pool, but every cue stick was damaged—no tips, no chalk, and no staff in sight to assist.
When guests are paying top dollar, there’s a reasonable expectation for quality service, clear communication, and well-maintained facilities. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to meet the level of experience customers are promised—and paying for.
