"Art Meets Mall As the first Art Mall in the world, K11 has year-round exhibitions and special installations on display, featuring both local and international artists. K11 is also keen on supporting local talents through the K11 Artist Klub art community platform that helps to bridge artists with businesses. After checking out the many fashion, jewellery and accessories shops at the mall, make sure to pop by the K11 DesignStore and K11 Select for some exclusively designed items for sale."

One of the best features? The entertainment zone! I was absolutely blown away by the mix of arcade games, a cinema, and even a virtual reality experience. It’s perfect for families, friends, or even solo visitors looking to unwind after a busy shopping spree.

Very convenient shopping mall located right below the hotel and above the subway station. There’s a great variety of international restaurants, and a fresh market on the basement level that’s fun to browse. One thing to note — the tea restaurant on B1 doesn’t accept credit cards, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great place for both tourists and business travelers."

May 2025 Trendy and busy mall at equally bustling TST. The once trendsetting bldg is connected to a chain hotel is an upscale mall showcasing the pulse of the young HK consumer. For interior retail lots of Japanese slant while upscale brands usually center on lifestyle and clothing while food is also very focuaed on trends and seasons. An Ikea and Marketplace is also found here A MTR access is also conveniently located hear. Expect very heavy foot traffic and spaces are relatively modest in TST area establishments.

The place is beautiful, though there aren’t many seats available. It has a similar vibe to ICONSIAM in Thailand. If I get the chance, I’d love to visit again. I like that the mall smells nice, the restrooms are clean, and there are lots of great photo spots 😄🥰

Loved the design and architecture! Goes really well with the other malls in Hong Kong. The coffee shops are amazing.

It is a very elegant shopping centre located in Xintiandi, featuring an art gallery on the lower level and several high-quality restaurants above. We dined at Serene Hill, an upscale hot pot restaurant. Although the staff did not speak English, they were helpful and assisted us with ordering through a translation app, making it a unique and enjoyable experience. We also recommend exploring the art galleries, which are well worth a visit.

Artistic and interesting shopping mall. There are art exhibitions and live bands, which make the mall more different from commercial malls in Hong Kong

Google
This place was absolutely stunning. The mall is one giant artwork. Architecture-wise it is amazing. The interior is done so well. Definitely have to see it to believe it. Even has a stunning view point of Hongkong island. The elevator button was so unique. Only thing about the mall was how many layers there are. Easy to get lost in. Recommend to anyone who likes building designs or art.

Yelp
K11 is a cool shopping experience! There are many levels to explore! We found an IKEA store and a fancy, clean restroom! There was a Thai restaurant with a bunny theme! A kiosk in the middle had fancy bunny scarves and purses! We surely will return to this modern building!

Yelp
Amazing mall in HK with some super nice shoppes, restaurants and more. Easily accessible via the various trains/trams as well, and some really baller multi-levels. Definitely check it out!

Yelp
Shopaholic dream... After Exploring out to the Ladies' Market we were in desperate need of need of some much needed break and to desperately wanting to get out of the heat. So easy to access as they're connected to the MTR and it was the Tsuen Wan Line and with a short three stops to Mong Kok you're there and just be mindful of which exit as it takes you directly to the mall. Absolutely beautiful you can easily get lost I found to shop at IKEA, Royce Chocolate, and a few more but having that refreshing cup of tea at Naixue was definitely a happy moment for this parched shopaholic. K11 is a wonderful place to hang out. Thank you!

Yelp
A higher end mall. I believe there are 7 floors with a roof garden for pets. I came expecting to see more artwork (supposed to be their thing). A few vitrines and some sculptures. Nice atrium. Hate to admit, I was looking for things to do out of the humid rainy weather. At least this has a pleasant design. Good selection of eateries. I did not explore the sub levels. Nice promenade and some establishments have a view of the harbor.

Yelp
This is a must place to go if you are visiting Hong Kong. It's such a huge mall and so many stores and places to eat inside. They have lots of art to look at in the design of the building. If you love shopping this is definitely the place to go!

Yelp
A beautifully designed mall that looks like a 5-star hotel. Shopping there doesn't match the inventory and styles in the USA.

Yelp
Came here for dinner at Ah Bu on 3rd floor. Parking lot was full and had to find somewhere nearby. Lots of art decors as we roamed after dinner. Saw a couple places that offered cooking classes too. This mall is supposed to bring in more cultural events with some retail therapy. Didn't get a chance to visit all floors!

Yelp
Nice design! The glass curved ball is the focal point at the mall. Interior design is epic and gives you a trendy Japanese feeling which normally won't see in Hong Kong. The under ground tunnel directly link to another mall, it save a lot of time on waiting for the traffic light. It also provides an area for kids which is a bonus for parents. I enjoy the overall experience when shopping in here and definitely come to visit next time when I am in HK.

Yelp
There are a dime a dozen malls throughout Hong Kong, but none that look like K11. Dubbed as the world's first "art mall," K11 sits beneath the Hyatt Regency (https://www.yelp.com/biz/香港凱悅酒店-香港-3) and is one of the most recognizable parts of Tsim Sha Tsui. You know you've made it when you have your own MTR exit. The mall in a word? Beautiful. Mundane, boring, typical are words used to describe most malls in the world but even for HK standards, K11 is one of the more aesthetically pleasing places to shop. It wouldn't be an art mall without art pieces, there's a seasonal exhibition on virtually every floor. The art is subtle, but very much incorporated into the decor of the mall. It's not overwhelming enough to keep folks from realizing they're still shopping. In regards to shopping (practically a sport in these parts), the store lineup is a mesh of mid to high end places, mixed with some casual eateries and restaurants. The lounge space is what I appreciate most and the people watching is to be expected. The rest of the mall is super clean and the WiFi is money. Those two things alone mean I'll be back often.

Yelp
K11, my favorite mall ever. I first went to the Shanghai one last year and was pumped to see they have one in Hong Kong. K11 Art Mall has several sections but it promotes art, design, natural living, and culture. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend. https://hk.k11.com

Yelp
This is like a mall who is trying to be trendy. I am guessing its tailored to young people. They have concerts or performance on certain days. Yes the concerts or performance is outdoor. They do have a giant TV screen outdoor. Inside the mall, they have international branded name clothing stores. We came here because we wanted to check out the See's Candies and see if its similar to the North American one. The mall is busy but probably because of its location.

Yelp
Right when I stepped into this shopping center, I knew it felt different from the other shopping centers I've been. It looks hip and millennial? I thought so. I learned that K11 incorporates art within the shopping center which I thought was very neat. They had an ongoing exhibition throughout the mall. There were international and local shops and hip eateries that I would have tried to order but I was full at that time. However, it was a bit empty but clean. I saw middle age ladies sweeping the floors and bathrooms and making sure the area was clean.

Yelp
Store-wise, meh. There's nothing here I was really excited to see. Art-wise, there are some pretty cool/interesting things to look at. If you're in the area or need to kill an hour, it's worth a look.

Yelp
K11 Musea was conceived by the K11 Group and its founder Adrian Cheng. K11 Musea's name is said to derive from "A Muse by the Sea". The complex will include a public art collection and is set to be completed by 2019. The project aims to foment art, culture, and design in Hong Kong.

Yelp
I had come to the mall for one store in particular but ended up staying to window shop. There's art incorporated within the mall and there's a booth (Boft HK) by the escalators on the basement level that you can print photos from. It's $20/2, $40/4, $50/6, $70/10. You can use Bluetooth to print photos from your phone or login in to your instagram and choose photos from there. There's a choice of small photos, greeting cards, gift cards or calendars. The machine only takes $10 & $20 bills. It doesn't take long to print and the quality is pretty good.

Yelp
We stayed at the Hyatt, so this was very conveniently located. There are several artsy displays exhibited - very cool and interesting to view, especially if you're into art. The stores include a variety showcasing clothing, shoes, home culinary equipment, and - of course - restaurants. We felt like a little ice cream, so we tried out this artisanal ice cream place, Baekmidang - so good! Definitely recommend the ice cream here.

Yelp
Going to this mall was an interesting visit. I like that they went to include a "art" portion to it to differentiate themselves. The store selection is somewhat lackluster. A mix of international and local stores. What I did liked a lot was all the smaller artists stands in the K11 select section. It goes from clothing to accessories and a mix mash of everything made by local artists. I was able to find some nice gifts at a decent price. The food options are also very interesting and scattered all over the mall.

Yelp
I go here every time I visit Hong Kong. The shops are on the upscale side which I would expect since the mall is part of the Hyatt hotel. I browse the stores a little, but what I really come here for is the Marketplace food store in the lower level. Lots of local eats to choose from. Fresh fruit and veggies, sushi, deli meats, booze, and just about everything needed to make a short visit more comfortable.

Yelp
Classed as the world's first "art mall", it's got a cool design at the main entrance of the shopping mall. Something you rarely see in hong kong. However saying that, I don't think it's the most uniquely designed. From my recollection, there's a mall in Beijing that had a similar design, even nicer - and NO, beijing didn't copy them because it was from years before k11 opened. When you go inside the shopping mall, the layout does not look any different from any local shopping mall, aside from the art pieces laying around. It was a simple structure that would be expected from any mall. What is unique about it is the art work they have, they would brand the shopping mall with sculptures, paintings, and other art work on every floor. As for the shops, there were a few design shops but certainly would not consider the whole mall is design focused. In my very personal opinion, i would think that if they classified itself as an "art mall", there should be more artistic stores - similar of what pmq is going for. Unfortunately they didn't have that element which is somewhat disappointing. The stores itself weren't very special either, they would have IT, and a few chain stores - I don't get it, what's the point? The chain stores could be found at pretty much any shopping mall, why an art mall? I think i would like this mall more if they had more local designers and handmade goods, to classify as an "Art mall". the up side is however, that they do have quite a few good restaurants in there...

Yelp
This place is your typical shopping plaza plus art works on display making it well decorated. Come here for a quick shop, snack, or just to hang out and take pictures! The building also has several floors that has a lot of restaurants. So go give this place a go and stop by Smile Desserts!

Yelp
Those expecting some kind of revolutionary blend of shopping mall and art gallery will probably be disappointed - this is a shopping mall with various spaces on the walls, outside and hanging off the ceiling for artists to display their work. It is refreshing to see a consumer space committed to exhibiting work by local, Chinese and foreign artists but for me calling this an 'art mall' tends to conjure up a more radical concept which I don't think this is. A highlight was visiting the Agnes B. Rue de Marseille area that was hosting the PUNK exhibition. The rest of the stores were pretty standard offerings you'd find in other high-end malls. The cafes and restaurants looked good but I didn't go inside them. The art itself was impressive, notably Zhang Hua's KEN KEN (a creepy blue blob with a face) and the Yoshitomo Nara BIG PUP HEAD sculpture near the front entrance. One fascinating thing in the mall was the customer service robot which was hovering around, complete with touch screen monitor and a somewhat creepy animated human face. Very clean toilets throughout.
