This was the best stay I have ever had in Waikiki, and it is %100 worth the value. Staff, valet & maid service deserve the highest rating. The environment is most luxurious. On the 26th floor, as a family of 5, we upgraded to a 3 bedroom / bathroom ocean view suite that includes a kitchen, dining, and living room. The view we had was incredibly beautiful every moment. Very spacious and accommodating, design is great. Our other family members who we brought to visit highly praised the suite, and we had great gatherings. The beds are very soft and comfortable. This truly was the ultimate vacation stay that I will never forget. Thank you for your service and God Bless Trump International Hotel!

So many great things to share about Ka La'i Waikiki. An amazing welcome from Ami and the team. We were made to feel like we were being welcomed home and nothing was too much trouble. Our family are here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we were gifted a beautiful bottle of prosecco. Additionally, the team congratulated us throughout our stay and made us feel like real VIPs. Our room is well appointed, large and clean with a luxurious bathroom and amazing Byredo amenities. The rooms are condo style, with small kitchens but still feel like luxury suites due to the high quality furniture and linens. The location is super convenient, around 2 mins walk to the beach and only a couple of minutes from the shops and restaurants of Waikiki. The hotel itself has an amazing infinity pool. We were worried it would be too small and therefore crowded but throughout our stay we've been able to use it and always get a lounger and space to swim. We've stayed in some amazing hotels all around the world and this one is up there as one of the best, the staff make it exceptional and we highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere where you're made to feel special and looked after. Big thanks from us to the whole team, but especially to Ami who went above and beyond throughout our stay.

Arriving at hotel was a experience in customer service excellence...from valet to the front desk there was smiles and courtesy shown at highest levels. Our front desk check in persons KATHY and Alex went above and beyond to make us feel welcomes and cared for. She got us checked in early and to a beautiful room. Very few hiltons still make diamond members feel valued but at this hotel the opposite is true. Diamond status at this hotel still means something. A hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of waikiki.

This place is truly special! Even to the very special thought given to the name. The rooms are spectacular and beautifully decorated. The views are amazing, and the spaces will be even more exceptional after the renovation!

This location is phenomenal. Very sophisticated and upscale and super clean. The work ethic of the employees here is unmatched. We ate lunch at the restaurant and the Watermelon chicken and steak with wafu sauce were fantastic. Cannot forget the coconut lemonade. Highly recommend staying here.

Yes, I I'm staying in room 1212 and I ordered food and the refusing. To let the driver come up on a Disable person. And then they told me that it would be a $5 delivery fee for the hotel people to bring it to me. I'm really surprised for the amount of money that I paid for this room that I would be put through this. I'm disabled and I cannot believe that they don't are not willing to help out me or that delivery driver that is willing to bring it up. Wouldn't even let me bring it up. So I really would suggest staying somewhere else next time.

Second time we’ve stayed here, absolutely amazing stay in every way. Service is spectacular and incredible attention to detail. Everyone is super kind and attentive without being overbearing. Through AMEX platinum travel, there were some great perks including free room upgrade, breakfast, and free amenities including water bottle gifts, cookies, and chocolate. Rooms were cleaned and fridge restocked with water daily, any requests to housecleaning arrived in under 20 minutes. Great view, wonderful location and great stay again- valet parking was $40 a night and reasonable for the area and service. Thank you!

Trump Waikiki was absolutely amazing. My husband and I just stayed there for a week for our honeymoon and it was incredible. They accommodated us in every way possible. The staff our very passionate about what they do and it shows. They are so friendly, caring, and accommodating without being too "gimmicky" or as if they're being forced to care. Check in was so quick and Doug showed us around and gave us information about the hotel to ensure we were comfortable. Our room was epitome of luxury. My husband jokes that it was the highlight of our honeymoon and being in Hawaii, but it is not far from the truth. The cleaning staff/maids cleaned our room everyday while we were out (including our dishes, etc.) The bathroom is absolutely amazing. The toilet is equipped with a baduet and heated seat and it is a nice touch to make the experience truly luxurious. The hotel is in the perfect location to Waikiki Beach and was a 2-3 minute walk to beach from the lobby, which made for the perfect relaxation experience. We ate at their breakfast buffet several times while we were there and it was SO GOOD. All of the food was fresh and staff was so accommodating while waiting on us. We got to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and relaxing on the deck during our stay and it felt luxurious, especially with the view of the city. Our coffee maker wasn't working and Doug immediately sent a new one to our room, which allowed us to not miss a beat in our plans for the day. I can't rave about this place enough. We always thought "how much better can a 5 star hotel be for this price?", but let me tell you... it's worth it and we will be back. Thank you!

Lovely property that has been well maintained! Mahalo to Stacy at check in/front desk. Lovely staff from valet, check in to housekeeping. Love it when properties have access controls in place. We will definitely return again soon!

Five Star resort from every perspective. The staff are wonderful, nice caring people. No request is overlooked. Rooms have kitchens, dishes, full size fridge and freezer, and a separate wine refrigerator. We ordered Instacart delivery from Don Quiote market and had breakfast on the balcony overlooking Waikiki Beach every morning. Friday night fireworks, great view from lobby on 6th floor as well as lounge. Wow, every Friday, 7:45pm. Location is best in Waikiki. Concierege has beach bags with towels, etc. Pool on 6th floor with jacuzzi, overlooking the beach area. No need for a car, everything is within walking distance. Great restaurants at any level of dining all within a few blocks or so. Easy to get around couldn't have a better beach vacation than this!

We previously stayed here when it was the Trump hotel and the quality was just as high as we remembered. The staff are apparently the same as the previous which explains this! I feel like the male front desk staff who checked us in was the same person who checked us in last time (he looked familiar at least) and he made the check in experience really great! We stayed through the Amex platinum hotel collection program and we highly recommend this as the additional amenities through this program were amazing. We were also celebrating some special events so we also very much appreciated the room upgrades they offered us through the Amex platinum hotel collection and Hilton diamond member program. The on site restaurant also has wonderfu mai tai's which they say won an award for "best mai tai in the world" -- it was delicious! The complimentary breakfast was also outstanding! You do pay gratuity which is automatically charged but it was worthwhile because of the broad food options! The complimentary beach bags and towel service on the first floor was lovely. The guy there was so nice -- even asked us if we wanted floaters and we were like yes!! The room welcome gifts were also very thoughtful and the free cookies were especially delicious! Overall a beautiful stay with unbeatable views of the ocean

My cousin asked me to join him on a short visit to Oahu and was able to get a room here with his Amex points. The deal was book 3 nights and get a 4th for free, averaging the cost to about $350/night. Parking is valet only and $40/night. We were upgraded to a partial ocean view with a king bed and a pull out couch. I slept on the couch bed and was surprised by how comfortable it was. It made noise when I moved but I passed out each night. The bed is definitely much more comfortable and he slept well too. The bathroom has a huge tub (which I took advantage of) and is deep and wide. The shower is next to it and it has nice pressure. We had dual sinks and a bidet as well as a kitchen. Our view was relaxing and we could see the water through a few buildings. We took a dip in the pool, which is on the smaller side with the jacuzzi in the middle. Breakfast was included in our deal and it had fresh fruit and veggies, some Japanese options as well as oatmeal, an omelet bar, varying egg benedicts, sausage, bacon French toast or waffles, and a variety of breads/pastries. We loved the Guava juice as it wasn't too thick or sweet. The gym was a decent size with lots of cardio equipment and options for free weights as well as machines. Bottled water and fruit were available as well as rolled damp towels to cool off after and standard workout towels. The library was across the way with many books in Japanese but is a nice place to relax and read if you want to get some quiet time. Beach towels are available near the building entrance and they provide seemingly unlimited reusable bags to carry them and other things as well. We really appreciated this service as we could drop off the Sandy towels before we went into the hotel and the bags were exceedingly helpful for all the things we purchased. The staff is fantastic. They offered to help at every turn. Everyone was very friendly and smiled a lot. We felt very welcome wherever we were in the establishment. It is a block away from the water and conveniently located to the be close enough to walk to the main area for shopping and dining options. We would definitely stay again.

Such an amazing stay! All I can say is wow!! I am all about great service and high expectations from hotels when I'm on vacation. I stayed here with my family. Hubby and I brought our one year old. With Hawaii being her first vacation I was a bit worried on how I was going to keep her entertained at a hotel because at home she is used to being in her play pen playing with toys. This hotel came with a tent (extra charge which I didn't mind) it had a camping book and little toys she could play with. It looked like she was camping inside our hotel room. It was cute. My daughter loved it and it definitely kept her distracted and busy... They had a high chair for her as well. My baby was eating breakfast every morning with a nice ocean view. They also provided a crib for her. They asked me if we were celebrating anything. I told them it was my birthday week. They brought out a nice dessert to my room. So thoughtful of them. It made me smile. They have a nice kitchenette. Perfect for washing my baby's bottles. The bath tub and shower are separated from each other which I loved. They gave us $100 credit towards our stay everyday .. We used it for room service for our baby. Food was delicious. My baby loved their mochi pancakes and omelette. They only have valet parking which was awesome. Hubby and I didn't have to worry about parking or anything. Housekeepers cleaned our room everyday. We loved going to a nice, fresh, clean room. We also used their dry cleaning service. They brought it to my room after a couple hours. It was great. I didn't have to wait long. They provide beach towels for you to go to the beach and you can bring as many as you want. They also have beach mats. Service was just amazing here.. Everyone did their part. The staff are all nice and friendly. Definitely made my family and I feel welcome and fell at home. The next time we visit Hawai'i we will definitely be back here to stay.

It was such a great staycation for my son's birthday! He enjoyed the spacious room, the view where he could look at the ocean and watch the airplanes and boats, the pool and especially the bath tub lol When we checked in, there was a stingray stuffed animal on the bed for him. Also a plate that said happy birthday on it and brownies in the fridge. Very thoughtful of them. Family came over and we cooked dinner in the awesome kitchen. All the cooking tools were there. Services were great in every department. We were very happy! Main thing is my son enjoyed himself. Will be staying here again!

We accidentally confused this hotel with ours next door. We were met by valet who quickly unpacked our car onto a cart. We were then met by guest services who gave us chilled bottles of water and escorted us to the lobby on an upper floor. While we were trying to check in and figuring out we were at the wrong place we were given glasses of chilled cucumber water and gourmet fruit jellies. Even after we figured out we weren't staying there the staff were so kind to us. They helped us pack our bags back up and showed us the way to our place. Truly a first class experience, I wish we had stayed here instead!

This review is for folks who are considering residing here long term - don't. I stayed here three times as a hotel guest and had a great experience, so I decided to try a longer term stay while considering buying a property. As a resident, they nickle and dime everything. If you order groceries or food delivery, they charge $5 per bag to bring it to your room and will not allow any delivery service driver to deliver to your room. The valet staff will all just stand around and smile while they watch you stuggle with your groceries. There's one older gentleman who tries to be helpful and offers a reusable bag, but that's all. They should be embarrassed to say they're 5 star service. Ritz-Carlton across the street blows this property away in terms of attention to detail and service - they'll bring all deliveries and mail to your room at no charge. The worst living mistake I ever made was signing a 1 year lease here. I'm glad I learned this lesson before buying. Considering renting or buying a condotel for a residence , Ritz-Carlton is so worth the little extra.

This hotel is amazing. Stayed here for a weekend getaway. Service was excellent, everyone was always so willingly helpful and friendly. They provided a crib upon request and it was already in the room when we arrived. Room service was prompt, food was great. Loved the full kitchenette, & $50 comp of food/drinks per day! Also had the latest check out time out of any other hotel in Waikiki. Supposed to check out at 11am, they gave us until 8pm. Kama'aina rates were unreal as well. Will definitely stay here again.
