Ka Pitseng Guest House

Nice place... but when we arrived they didn't know who we are? How we booked? We could've easily ended up in the wrong room. First morning breakfast was okay. Second morning was a disaster, we were just in the way. The food was awful and greasy. They had a soccer team there that morning and all the staff focused on making them welcome and completely forgot about the rest of the guests. We had to ask for everything from knife to salt. We ended up just eating bread with butter and checked out.

Customer care really needs to be worked on from the security guards, reception staff, cleaning staff and the waiters. The cleanliness of the rooms was also not too impressive. However, the rooms are the basic standard (bed, uncomfortable pillows, coffee station.) Its really not that bad. Especially you just looking for a place to sleep at.

We were met by an employee who told us our room was booked by someone else... After some mix ups we were shown to other comfortable rooms and had no problems. Bit dated but fully furnished and clean. Nice restaurant for dinner. Kind staff. Not many accommodation options in this part of Lesotho so would recommend.

I stayed here on a business trip during a period when it was impossible to find a room in Maseru. It is about 45 minutes from Maseru so it is possible to commute back and forth. The drive from Maseru is quite scenic.||||The room was spacious with a large bathroom, desk, fridge and TV. It was very clean and comfortable. All that missing was internet.||||I ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and was quite satisfied with the food. The service was excellent.||||The hotel is outside the town center just off the main road. As a result it is very peaceful and quiet. It is a short (15 minute walk) into town where there are shops.

We stayed here for one night (in room 3). The room was clean and comfortable but the hotel is showing signs of age. The staff were friendly and helpful, we had a long chat with the owners who told us all about Lesotho.|Breakfast was included and was fine.

it was nice room and be frank it was surprise because we came from long journey was very tired need some place to rest so on the way we got ka pitseng guest house it was really comfort and resalable price

The food was great and service friendly service. Please work on you gluten-free options though

The rooms are equipped with a tv, electric blanket and aircon.||I have stayed there twice and both times, they were clean and the staff is friendly.||||The breakfast is pre-made so you have to ask them to warm up your plate once you have dished up.||||I have stayed in room 12 and room 14 and both rooms were with showers.||The showers sometimes spew water over the shower door and onto the toilet seat- but there is always hot water.
