Wow. If you're going to take a drive out to Sindaghi, in Georgia's winelands, I can't think that you would find a better hotel than this. Unparalleled views, stunning rooms with massive double volume ceilings, and friendly people who go out of their way to help you. Could have done with better coffee options in the room, but the barista-standard coffee in the restaurant more than makes up for that. Amazing stay.

The hotel is in an impeccable location, all the main attractions are within easy reach! We had a two-story room with a spiral staircase! The breakfasts were good, but it was the same every day. But the highlight was the swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the mountains, meadows and villages. We had a view of the square, dogs barked at night - it prevented us from sleeping.

Such an amazing stay! Great location, beautiful views, clean, and truly lovely people. The piano music at night was a special treat. Huge thanks to Mary, Tornike, and Dachi for their warm hospitality. I highly recommend staying at Kabadoni Boutique Hotel ✨

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, even extended by one night. The hotel and restaurant may offer the best view in town, particularly from the "sky lounge" above the 3rd floor. You'll have to take the stairs, but well worth the climb for what amounts to a 360 view of the valley (have to use both doors to see it all) from the roof. We also found the sunset lounge (next to the always closed wine bar) to be a great place to sit and enjoy the view, with some local bread, fruit and cheeses for snacking with no other people around. Front desk staff had good English skills, and were quite helpful when we checked in. There is a larger Spar market about 5 minutes walk away, a bread store just around the corner, and fresh fruits and berries being sold by locals along the edge of the park. Best times of day to explore are before noon and after 5 to avoid the bus loads if tourist that pour in from Tbilisi and beyond in the hours between noon and 5. You'll get a good sense of the local community around sunset when the families and kids come out to enjoy the mostly tourist free town.

A deeply empty experience with a great view.||The view was, without question, stunning , but beyond that, this stay was a complete disappointment. ||What’s marketed as a luxury boutique hotel turned out to be a bland, soul-less building that felt more like a dated office block or a forgotten business hotel.||There were no flowers, no greenery, no artwork, not even a hint of Georgian charm. The room was stripped of character. The bed was rock hard, the balcony had nothing on it, no plants not chairs and table and there was an unsettling sense of emptiness throughout. It was all “functional” in the driest, coldest sense.||The carpet was stained, the corridors felt neglected, and the entire experience lacked warmth, style, and care. ||No spa treatments were available. No steam room. We weren’t told this until we arrived, the one feature we were looking forward to was closed, with no apology or good alternative offered.||To make matters worse, we were charged £100 extra for two nights for a thin, cheap fold-up bed for our daughter, despite arriving late and clearly exhausted. The timing and tone of that moment felt exploitative.||Honestly, I’m shocked this property receives such consistently high reviews. Based on what we experienced, it’s hard not to wonder if the praise is inflated or curated.

We had a suite overlooking Sighnaghi, the vineyard region beyond, and the lower Caucasus mountains, complete with snow caps. It was absolutely spectacular. |Our stay was wonderful. including the fresh pomegranite juice being squeezed at a point on the Sighnaghi wall.|The restaurant was large and comfortable, and the breakfast consisted of a nice spread of breads and meats, plus eggs prepared any way you want them. I had Benedict, and the eggs were deep orange in color. which indicates that they were pure organic. Delicious.|On our next trip to Georgia, we will certainly pass through Sighnaghi and will stay at the Kabadoni.

Imagine a beautiful hotel smacked right in the middle of a beautiful town. That would be Kabadoni botique hotel for you. Its location is actually the chef’s kiss here. They have nice facilities such as a gym, spa, sunset lounge, and a restaurant. To its left is the Sighnaghi viewpoint, the right side is where April 9 Park can be found, plus, any other restaurant is very accessible. The only thing i find lacking is the parking. However, if you arrive before the day tours arrive, plenty can be found. As in front of the hotel, only around 5 cars can fit at a time. The pool is very nice with its view. Outside, friendly dogs are waiting for pets.

I recently had a booking at Kabadoni Boutique Hotel via booking, but unfortunately, I fell seriously ill and was unable to travel. Despite informing the hotel in advance and explaining my situation, they refused to accept my cancellation or offer any flexibility. I understand that hotels have policies, but a little compassion and understanding in exceptional circumstances go a long way. Instead, I was met with rigid rules and complete disregard for my situation. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. I will not be booking with them again and would not recommend it to anyone who values fairness and empathy. There are plenty of hotels that treat their guests with care—sadly, this is not one of them.
