We stayed here for two nights, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations at all. The rooms were extremely small and felt cramped. The TV was very old-style and wasn’t working. We informed the staff, but no action was taken and there were no updates during our entire stay. On top of that, the shower head in the bathroom was broken, and the Wi-Fi connection in our room was very poor and unreliable. Since this property is marketed as a boutique hotel, we had certain expectations, but sadly, they were not met. There was no kettle in the room, which is a basic amenity, especially for guests who want to have tea or coffee. Overall, the hotel feels very old, and we honestly do not understand why it is classified as a four-star property. There was nothing luxurious about the stay, and for the price paid, it felt far below expectations. Breakfast was very limited, and none of the food items were labelled, making it difficult to know what was being served. During check-in, some painting work was going on, and the smell of paint was extremely strong. I personally developed allergic rhinitis because of it. When we requested a room change due to the paint smell, the staff refused, saying no rooms were available. This was confusing because we were initially asked to move rooms at the time of check-in itself. The staff did not seem very accommodating, warm, or understanding of the situation. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the pricing and the expectations associated with a boutique, four-star hotel. We did not feel that the stay justified the cost.

I have to say this was one of our best stays. Our room had such a beautiful view of the mountains. The receptionist was fantastic and very helpful. Also, the restaurant had the best food we had in Georgia! The waiter working in the restaurant took his time and explained the dishes to us as well as recommend things which ended up being delicious. I honestly recommend it.

Kabadoni Boutique Hotel is probably the nicest hotel in the center of Sighnaghi. I had a very pleasant stay, and they kindly upgraded my room to a terrace room, which was spacious and came with a bathtub — something I really appreciated. I didn’t use the swimming pool as the water was a bit colder than expected (27°C), but the view from the pool was great as well.

The views. Ohmygod. Breathtaking. The staff was also above and beyond. They weren't just friendly -- they cared, and wanted to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, the bed comfortable, and wow the views were unparalleled. Highly recommend. These were all taken from my hotel room window.

The hotel offers a mix of strong positives and disappointing drawbacks that travelers should be aware of before booking.||Pros:||The views are truly stunning and one of the highlights of the stay.||Rooms are modern, clean, spacious, and well maintained.||Beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep—at least when the room setup allows it.|||Cons:||Breakfast Experience: Unfortunately, the breakfast was the weakest part of the stay. The breads were cold and stale, with no toaster available. The only option was to ask the attendant to take them back to the kitchen, which didn’t result in proper toasting. Cakes were also dry. The restaurant, advertised to open at 8:00 a.m., didn’t unlock its doors until 8:15 after we asked reception for help, and even then, the breakfast bar wasn’t fully set up. By 8:45 a.m., many dishes were still missing—highly inconvenient if you have scheduled tours or early plans.||Room Setup: One of our windows had no blackout curtain, and the light reflected directly on the closet mirror, making the room even brighter in the mornings. This disrupted our sleep significantly.||Temperature: The heating system is not turned on until October. If you stay before then, be prepared for a freezing room in the mornings.||Spa & Wellness: Though spa services are advertised, there was no massage therapist available during our visit. The pool and sauna were turned off upon arrival, requiring us to request them to be powered on. The steam room was also out of service, leaving the spa experience disappointing overall.|||Overall:|The hotel shines in terms of comfort, views, and room quality, but falls short when it comes to service consistency and advertised amenities. If your priority is a modern, spacious room with great views, this may be a good option. However, if you’re counting on a reliable breakfast, wellness facilities, or a restful dark room in the morning, you may want to reconsider.

Very bad experience. Please be careful at this hotel.|We stayed at Kabadoni Hotel and had a very bad and stressful experience. The hotel staff suddenly accused us of breaking a window and demanded USD 400 from us. We had not damaged anything. When we refused to pay for something we didn’t do, they called the police.|The police and translator both felt the hotel management was rude and unreasonable. They also found the charges unrealistic. The manager refused to sign her part of the police report, which showed clearly that the accusation was not honest.|During our stay, the staff behaved strangely and changed attitude when the manager came. They spoke only in Georgian and ignored us, making us feel targeted. We also saw very few guests — it seemed like they tried to put the blame of their loss on foreign visitors like us.|This whole situation caused us fear, stress and humiliation. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially tourists and families. Please think carefully before booking here.

Very nice place to stay in Sighnaghi, convenient to everything. Unfortunately, the local dogs seem to gather in the area in front of the hotel, and with the window open, they woke me up barking and fighting several times during the nights Nice to have a little fridge in the room, and I loved the nice big, deep tub. The coffee/tea situation at breakfast is ridiculous - either get a second machine or a larger machine, and put it away from the other food service areas so it doesn't become so congested.

We booked the Royal suite, the hotel's nicest room. We arrived, they asked us to pay in advance. We get to the room and the key did not work. The reception worker couldn't open the door either - after trying two sets of keys. We eventually got in to find that neither the air conditioner nor the fridge worked (this is in very hot August) and the room was huge with almost no furniture or real facilities. We asked for a refund. Eventually they agreed but told us it would take 5 to 7 days. You would expect that if the facilities are not working they would tell you in advance and certainly not ask you to pay in advance. This is not the behavior of a hotel purporting to be 4 stars and taking $350 per night.
